I had two seat reservations on the 8th August:Barcelona-Sants → Nimes Nimes → Marseille St CharBecause all the fast trains were out of order, I had to take another train where no reservation was needed, therefore my seat reservation was “canceled”. I had to take another connection, where I often had to change trains and that's why I missed my next train in Nimes and also the seat reservation.Can I get a refund for those seat reservation?

How can I book 6 seat reservations from Barcelona to Paris on the 9.10 train on Tues 4th October using my global passes? I tried to make seat reservations via the eurail.com website but it says they aren’t available at the end of checkout. I’ve tried trainline and rail europe but there’s no option to add my global passes so it’s charging me full price which is almost $1k. It’s all so confusing for this Aussie :). Thanks in advance.
Hi, please can you advise how to book the ICE 9574 on 23/08/2022 from Stuttgart Hbf to Paris Est at 10:53am and arriving at 14.05pm. The interrail app is showing an error message and when I go to book on the SNCF or DB it’s showing at around €300!I also tried to book the train at a Swiss station but they couldn’t book it either. Plus they say this problems happens all the time (not great for young travellers who are trying to get home). I know I could purchase the tickets from a German train station but this is TOO late and there will most likely be no seats left. Lastly, if I am not able to get a seat reservation for myself and friend can we still get on the train? Or do you HAVE to have a seat reservation? Many thanks, Jess
So I’m very confused about why the schedule I look up online, or on my app, don’t match up with the train station schedules. Trying to get from Madrid to Avignon, see the routes, trains on my app and online..have to make a reservation, we go to the station, and the guy at ticketing says he can only get us to Girona. Makes no sense. We accept the ticket, make the reservation and leave. Get back to our room, see the same trains that will get us to Avignon, and just plan to go to Girona, and go from there. This is the second time this has happened. Why don’t the schedules match?
Hey!I had won an interrail ticket through DiscoverEU. I would like to travel to Istanbul and had already arranged my first few reservations. From Brussels to Videle I have been successful: sometimes through a detour, but that doesn't matter.From Videle (Romania) to Halkili (Turkey), I can't manage to book tickets or make reservations via the app. Since this didn't work, I tried to book a new ticket through the Romanian site, but that caused a lot of side issues. According to the booking, I would have to pick up my ticket at the station itself, but then when completing my payment, I also have to select a station, which does not list 'Videle' as a 'pick-up station' at all. I also can't get contact arranged with the country for the service.Is there perhaps a way to solve this, or to avoid the country of Romania and get to Turkey via a detour, starting from Brussels South on September 1, in the evening, towards Istanbul (pendik) or (halkili).Kind regards,Semih
Hey, I am travelling to paris from the Netherlands and I have 4 changes. For some of my trains I have to wait 2 hours, can I exit the trainstation (check out using my interrail pass) visit the city and continue my journey as planned, without it being seem as seperate travel days? To sum it up, can you check out and back in, as much ad you'd like on 1 travel day?
Nicht nur hatte der ECB 84 von Rimini nach München am Freitag, dem 19.08, (Abfahrt 10.34) eine erhebliche Verspätung von 4 Stunden, auch waren dort jegliche Sitzplatzreservierungen ungültig. Deshalb ist meine Frage ob man denn das Geld für diese Sitzplatzreservierungen zurück erstattet bekommen kann und auch eine Entschädigung für die Verspätung erhalten kann?Darüber hinaus endete der Zug spontan in Rosenheim, weshalb es sich nicht um den ursprünglich geplanten Direktzug handelte.

I want to travel from Paris to Ljubljana, and this requires a change at Zuerich HB. The transfer time is only 15 minutes, and this worries me because I have not been to the station before and do not know how often the TGB Duplex Lyria experiences delays. I am worried also because the connecting train is a night train (Euro Night), so it feels important to arrive on it promptly.If you have been to Zuerich HB before, do you think 15 minutes would be long enough to transfer? Unfortunately, some stations or even ferry connections are not displayed.Question 1: In this case, do I use the manual travel input in the app?Question 2: My ticket is then valid for the manually entered trip? What happens if I need reservations for the connection?Question 3: Where can I find information about which ferries I can use with my ticket? E.g. A few weeks ago I booked a few reservations. I received the confirmation mail and tickets and there were all in my reservation overview. But when I log in now, I don't see the reservations in my overview anymore. I do still have them in my mailbox, but when they're not in the overview anymore does that mean they're cancelled or something (i didn't get an email about this), or is this a technical issue?
I have a eurail pass and am planning on going to Le Havre. The TER train from Paris to Le Havre requires seat reservations but I was not able to do it from eurail. Can I do it somehow though the SNCF website or do I have to purchase the reservation at the train station? There is an option on the SNCF website for €19 but I think this is a ticket not a seat reservation. Is this what I need to purchase?
I have downloaded the interrail app more than three months ago and have my trips etc in order. Do I have to download a newer version of the app to get a more recent planner (timetable), or do I lose all I have downloaded so far if I do? I will be leaving a few dans from now (Maybe a dumb question but I am slightly older...)
Hi there,I am trying to book a ticket for the superfast ferrie from Bari to Corfu. In order to get the discount I have to select the adult category 26-59, but I am only 20. When I select the young adults category I am not able to select the interrail pass by discounts. Does anybody know why? Or had the same problem? Should I just book the ticket under the adult category? I am just worried that I will have trouble when I board the ferrie because obviously my birthday date will be incorrect.
