Hi everyone, i would like to travel from Stuttgart to Milan and back. Which Interrail Ticket do I have to take? I’m not sure because the rail planner mentions to book a Interrail Italy Pass with 3 travel days? Is this the right way to do it? thanks in advance for a quick reply. BR
If I start my trip from Luxemburg next weekend and go to Swizerland and come back to Germany. After that I have spent my inbound trip, right? So, do I have outbound still left and its valid normally after that?? So it doesn’t stop working after I have used inbound? Because I thought to have a break after luxemburg and swizerland and come back to germany. And after a few weeks, I wanna continue my interrail. Kind regards, Viljami Laakkonen
I have booked trains to and from London (to go to and from Paris on the Eurostar) on my inbound/outbound travel days for my global pass this summer. Whilst I have reservations also booked on the Eurostar I am able to add the journey from Bournemouth to and from London on the inbound and outbound journeys. My biggest concern is that the QR code for the Bournemouth to/from London journey isn't recognised by the conductor or at the barriers in Waterloo station. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Hi community, I need your urgent help!I bought an Interrail pass yesterday and realised you couldn't travel more than twice in the country of residency.I am a Chinese citizen and have a valid passport. I wanted to travel in Sweden but I accidentally put Sweden as the country of residence. Is there a way to exchange the Interrail pass for a Eurail pass? Also, is my passport enough to prove my residency outside Europe?Thank you so much for the answers!
Hi, I have bought my paper copy from a Central Station and I have tried to book a ferry through blue star ferries webpage. They are asking me for the pass cover number. I assume that is the number right below the QR code. When I put this number in the reservation form though I get a message that it is incorrect. Since I bought the ticket two days ago does the number need to be activated somehow? Also, can someone that has used a greek islands pass confirm what number they have put in the form? Thank you,Xen
I bought 5 adults passes one free child pass but would not let me proceed with 3 year old pass as you have to enter the date of birth - it comes up with an error message saying child passes are only available to those 4-11 on the date that the pass starts so I had to remove the 3 year old pass to let me proceed to buy the other 5 - this is very frustrating - we will need to make reservations on some trains that are long/overnight journeys and cant for the 3 year old. Customer Services have not replied even though I marked it urgent as we plan to travel before the end of June

Hello, I would like to ask a question about buying an Interrail pass. I would like to go to Italy from Monday to Thursday and travel around cities in there. I will be starting my trip in Czech Republic and then I won’t go back there by train because I will fly on my way back. So I would like to ask, if it is necessary to buy an INTERRAIL GLOBAL PASS when I will be just starting in Czech and then I will be travelling only in Italy or if I can buy only ONE COUNTRY PASS for Italy. I'm not sure that I won't get into trouble after that if I travel from the Czech Republic, then I'll only be in Italy, but the start is in another country. Thank you. Best Regards Valentýna Vavřičková
Hi everyone, first of all sorry for my bad english. I am traveling to Europe in August, and I want to go to different countries (England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, and others). In that matter, I want to know if it’s better to purchase an eurail pass, or if it’s more suitable to buy individual tickets each time. I want to visit a lot of cities in each country, and also do long travels (like from England to Scotland). We are 3 adults, one of them with intelectual dissabilities. Thank you so much for your time!!! Please help this chilean in trouble
When I try to activate my pass on the mobile app, it tells me that it is activated on another device, but I don't remember having activated my pass on another device. What should I do ? I'm leaving in less than a week and I don't know what to do if I buy another one or what. Thanks
Hey Eurail friends!Does anyone know if it is possible to exchange a pass type, without first purchasing the 2nd pass type that you wish to hold?My partner and I purchased 5-day Global passes, & as soon as we did, we went to book all our trains that we planned to take, and they were all completely booked up! (For some reason it only shows you actual availability on reserved trains after you buy your pass?) So we had to get flights around europe so we could meet up with our hotel bookings. We would like to instead get a One-Country 3 day pass, since we’ll still be able to use it when we get to Italy and train around. Problem is, I don’t have enough money available on my Credit Card currently to pay for both passes (eurail says their pass exchange works in a way where you have to first purchase the new pass that you want, and they’ll refund you the difference, with a 15euro service fee per pass)Does anyone know any way around this? I feel so stuck. I emailed them last week to inquire
Hi,I have a problem with a night train from sweden back to my residence country germany. When using the night train from Malmo C to Hamburg the mobile pass uses my last inbound travel day on the 18th april but i need it on the 19th april to get back home. The workaround i have found here does not work because the last stop of the train is in Denmark before midnight. Border crossing to germany should be around 3:00am.Does anyone have an idea how to use it correctly in the app to have a valid ticket?
Hello everyone! Quick question, I hope you can help me. I have won an interrail pass on a social network competition, but lots of month have passed and I don’t think I will be able to use my prize. I didn’t activate it or anything, I just have the code but never used it. Should I consider it lost? Can I get a refund even if I didn’t pay for it? Can I extend it somehow/also by paying? Thank you in advance guys!
