Hello there,I have just purchased a Eurail Pass for my friend and a Interrail pass for myself since we wanted to explore Paris coming from Frankfurt but I’m guessing that the website recommended me the wrong pass because I can’t even use the passes for that journey and I would like to exchange the passes or receive a refund. And I sadly haven’t received a response yet which is a huge bummer.
I have sent an exchange request twice to customer service but have not received a response so I now have both a Global Pass and France pass. Will Customer service do the exchange as requested? First request was over a week ago. We travel in a couple of days and I don’t want the time to expire and not get the return.
Hi!I have an urgent problem. I bought a new phone for my trip, but the mobile pass is on the old one. I have ready contacten the customer service some days ago but no response. I have bought a 2 months-global pass with the youth-discount. Considering that I will turn 27 years on the 21st of August, I was wondering whether this means that I will be able to travel after that 21st of August as long as I activate the pass before that date. Or do I have to finish my travel before I turn 27? Thank you in advance for your clarifications.Matteo.

Hello,I’m interested in doing a trip through Portugal, starting from Barcelona. The trip would start on Barcelona to Porto (the idea is to stay for 4 days in Porto), then we’ll go to Lisbon (the idea is to stay for 3 days), and as the last destination we would visit Faro (the idea is to stay for 2 days). Counting one day for the trip BARCELONA-PORTUGAL and one day back to BARCELONA. We do not know if we have to select the nights we want to spend in each city or only the duration of the trip. We also do not know what pass/ticket is more suitable for our case. We accept any recommendations. Also if you could inform us for any COVID regulations for the travel on the train and also the COVID regulations of PORTUGAL, we will appreciate very much!Thanks for your time. Hi!im wondering if Greek island ferry passes really take 6 weeks to be delivered? We can’t book on any ferries without and in 2022 it seems like a long time for post to come.Both my friend and I have tried to speak to customer service but not heard anything yet.many thanks
hi, i already booked the interrail ticket for 2 months and I was planning to activate it the 15 of June, it is possible to book the tickets of each train now and plan the trip without activate it?? so the day I will start the trip I will activate it and I will have directly the tickets?? Hi. I’m Namhyuck Kim from South Korea.Recently I tried to book Eurostar by your system, and you know, it doesn’t work. As a result, I try to reserve the seat in B-eruop website, but they require the cover number. So please send me cover number… The one I want to reserve was already sold out.. it make me really sad..There are a lot of people like me.To solve this question, I wish Eurail company to improve their system by solving error when booking Eurostar by your site reservation system, or changing the booking way in B-europe website to require pass reference not cover number.
Hey,as I already said, my ticket was forwarded to the postal station after I was not at home during the actual delivery. When I went to pick it up, it was unfortunately already sent back to the sender. What happens now? How and especially when will I get my ticket?Thanks in advance for the answer...

Hello, Yesterday I ordered for me and my friends ticket for two trains in Italy. In the order there was reservation for second class seats. But today when I look closer there is written that we have first class seats. Our pass is only valid in second class. Does that mean that we can’t board this trains ?
HiI’ve got a journey planned soon and I’m still scratching my head about how the inbound/outbound section works. I live in England and will be travelling to London to catch the euro. I need to swap stations in London. Is it ok to have both trains listed on my app (Hometown-Euston & St Pancras-Paris) or am I best using the planner to find the route that goes from Hometown to Paris, showing a change?Also, on the return journey we are having to stay a night in London due to missing the last train to my hometown. Am I right in saying I won’t be able to use my pass the following day as I’ve already used the inbound ticket to get to London?Hope all that makes sense
