I wanted to exchange this 7-day passe for a 5-day pass, so, as said on the site (https://www.interrail.eu/en/ interrail-passes/ordering-info/refund-exchange-policy)I bought the 5-day one that I actually needed and I asked the refund of the one that I have bought by mistake (the 7-day one), however I haven't received any confirmation email about the refund and I have not received the money(264-15=249€). Please could you please help me, I don't know if I'm making something wrong or if this just takes a lot of time.
We are visiting our daughter who is a teaching assistant in French schools - duration of her stay will be 7 months to 1 year max. Can we buy her a Eurail pass so that she can travel with us for a few weeks? Or is she required to purchase an Interrail pass?
I have activated my mobile pass (updated to version 25.0.0) at my travel date (22/8) and entered two days’ travel. The first two days are now shown as “used.” But I cannot open “Show ticket” as clicking on the first day button does not work. Is this normal? Must I wait until 22/8 to be able to show the ticket?
I am planning a Eurail trip and will be traveling on my South African passport as I currently reside there. I do however also have a Swiss passport and wondered if the regulations regarding one in-bound & one out-bound trip in Switzerland also apply to me, or whether I would be able to visit multiple destinations in Switzerland as well?
I accidentally reserved a train on the wrong day, will this still count as a travel day if i don't actually travel?
I bought my interrail pass (10 travel days within 2 months) but when I tried to reserve my first train journey I accidentally reserved it a month earlier than I meant to, when I won't even be travelling so won’t have activated my pass. Will this count as a travel day even if I don’t actually travel?
Help please!im wanting to buy a Eurail global pass but am planning to travel with a friend who doesn’t have a pass/won’t be buying one, so she’ll just be buying individual train tickets.does anyone know if we’ll still be able to be on the same trains?! Or will we be split up due to the fact that we don’t have the same access to trains. can someone honestly just please explain it to me because nothing on the Eurail website seems to ease my confusion. Don’t wanna waste my money on a pass if it means I won’t be able to travel with my friend who doesn’t have a pass.
I have a 2 month global pass. I have used my outbound trip and want to use my inbound trip to return to my home country for a week. I then want to fly to another country,Portugal and use my pass to get to say Istanbul then fly back home from Istanbul. Is this ok?Thanks
Hi. I’m from South Africa, planning to visit Netherlands and Belgium next year in April. I want to make sure before I book:Can I buy the Benelex pass to travel from Amsterdam to Bruges, and then make daytrips from Bruges to other cities? And then I want to travel back to Amsterdam. Then I want to travel around the Netherlands as well.If I fill in the trip planner the Benelux pass is not one of the options I can buy, so I just want to make sure if it will work..Thanks.
Hi, I just wanted to check again before my trip. I’m going from london to paris via eurostar, ive made the seat reservations for the eurostar trip. From my understanding how this seat reservation works is that for the eurostar train which ive bought the ticket/seat reservation for, I need to add that same train to my trip that is linked to my mobile pass. Then when I’m on the train I show both the mobile pass and the eurostar ticket I’ve bought? Thanks!
Help me please!I bought an interrail pass mobile ticket, but unfortunately I made a typo when writing my surname. I wrote sanfiLLippo instead of SANFILIPPO emailed customer service several times, but got no response. I haven't activated the pass yet but I'm leaving in a few days and I don't know what to do !!
I have the 7days in 1 month pass. I have booked 3 days in august. The mobile app does not allow me to have travel days in september, since it is the next calender date. Is it a rule or a bug in the mobileapp. Please help, I need it quickly!Thank you
Hi !As an Indian citizen living in Sweden with a work permit, along with my husband, we are planning a week-long trip to Germany in December. We intend to visit two or maybe three cities during our stay. Can anyone provide guidance on whether we should opt for a Eurail pass or an Interrail pass for our travels in Germany? Any help will be appreciated !Thanks in advance!
My sweetheart and I are visiting Germany and Italy in September/October. Should we purchase a 3 day Eurail pass from DB to travel from Frankfurt to Munich on the 21st and then Munich to Venice on the 23rd or buy individual tickets? I’ve heard you can buy a “Twin Pass” to save money also. I haven’t seen them on the DB site though. Whats the best way….Will we need to make seat reservations for the Venice trip on TrenItalia?Any advice is appreciated...Thank youNorman
I bought a continuous pass during the sale a few weeks ago and am planning on using it next month. However, I have trouble with my account(s).I made reservations on the website, but after activating the mobile pass in the app, I do not see those reservations in the app.I do not see the trip I made on the website in the app, nor do I see the trip I made in the app on the website. It seems like they are two separate accounts even though both are connected to the same pass. Edit: How do you use interrail? The feeling I get now is that where possible you can use the QR code from the pass in the app, but for some trains you need to make reservations, and then you need to use the tickets you get in your mail, and not the QR code in the app. Is this correct?
Hello,my residency is in Leipzig, Germany. Here is my itinerary:24.05.2023 Leipzig to Zürich26.05.2023 Zürich to Innsbruck to Leipzig (I want to spend some hours in Innsbruck and then travel back to Leipzig, but I have to transit in München, Germany during my trip from Innsbruck to Leipzig). I went to book a seat reservation from Vienna to Krakow and it wants me to pay $10 to send a paper copy to my home address which is pointless as I am already in Europe, is there a way I can get it emailed to me instead and avoid paying the $10. I have booked seat reservations in the past and haven’t had this issue
Hello there. So, I‘vê been using the app with no big issues for the last weeks and suddenly on My Trip it says “not connected to mobile pass”. I’ve updated the app but nothing changed. Can I just try to “add my pass” again, like the the first time or will this be a problem since I already activated it? Thank you!
