Hello! Hope its okay that I'm getting in contact here. But no other helpline seems to be responsive or available. I have bought a global mobile pass. ON:IN30408834My train on the interrail reservation service seems to be unavailable. However its available through direct booking if you have a paper pass. I am leaving on Monday 14th at 15;00.Is it possible to exchange my mobile pass for a paper pass before then or will I need to buy these tickets at the gate - I was told this is a risky game. But I definitely need that specific train and can't rebook to somthing more expensive with more changes. I hope you are able to help. Many thanks
Hello,I purchased passes for the family as we were planning on using them at the end of December of this year. COVID restriction forced us to delay our plans. One of my children was 11 years old at the time of our original plans. He has since turned 12 years old and will need a Youth pass.My question is, do I exchange his free child pass for a youth pass and pay the fee, or just purchase a new pass altogether and just let the child ticket expire?Thanks for your help!

I won a discoverEu travel ticket and I was supposed to use it in august but unfortunately i can’t go in august anymore. i already added my pass in the app(with all the information including the validity period) and now i want to change my validity period but i don’t know how. Is a complimentary caregiver pass the exact same as a regular pass? Do you need proof during your trip? Or only when applying for your pass… I have encountered a lot of misunderstanding about my illness, so I am worried whether it would affect my trip if the pass is 'different'.
Can I start my trip in the middle of the month? And is the trip back to my country included in the Pass?

Because i was thinking of leaving the 24 may to comeback the 24 july and I don’t know if that’s possible.I was also wondering if the trip back to my country was include in the days of your pass. Hello! My daughter is going to join Interrail first class this summer. She got two tickets to her 18th birthday but now we have a problem. Her friend who will be with her only has time for three weeks - so is it possible to change the ticket to another person for one week . so my daughter has the possibility to join four weeks? However, something went wrong with the application of one of our friends, so now we have three passes and four people who want to travel. We have been trying to get in contact with someone who could help us with our situation, but we have discovered that they just don't reply or they are bots who can't help us.
