Good morning, I wanted to ask if it was possible to leave a group traveler to become a solo traveler because our interests did not match anymore. I wanted to ask if I could do a process to become a solo traveler. Thank you for your answers,Have a great day,Cha.
App says "It looks like you are offline. Go online to see your passes" while I'm connected to internet
Hello. I have an urgent question/issue. My Eurail app keeps saying that "It looks like you are offline. Go online to see your passes", when I try to view my pass (QR code). The internet on my phone is working fine (both WiFi and mobile data). I have restarted the app, restarted my phone, disabled the app and enabled it, but still getting the same error when trying to access my pass. Can anyone help?
I’ve finally made my itinerary and ready to book and start travel on Tuesday but well several things:The colors are hard to see on iPhone Chat program (on iPhone) hides the “X” to close it out because it covers almost the entire screen and you just can’t log out Some links do not work like I mentioned here: And lastly, the form to purchase has issues as I am not able to buy a pass. What gives people? Here is the error I get when I try to purchase a pass: can you imagine what other heads I may encounter while I travel gosh kind of scary and getting high Anxiety over all, gosh oh and did I mentioned that I just finished planning my itinerary? oh and I went to Frankfurt main train station and the DB office (service center) offer “zero” “0” support for eurail.com. Even though the links (https://www.bahn.com/en/offers/passes/eurail-pass) from DB itself sends you to eurail.com (funny right)?
Hello ! Hope you're doing great ! I've just booked my first interrail pass ! it was recommended to me because i'm used to travel a lot by train and in that case all the time between 2 stations Bruxelles-midi (Belgium - my home country) and Lyon Part-Dieu (France) the country in which my girlfriend lives in ! So with the recommandation of an agent in France I took the 2 months pass (with 10 trips), i activated my account just a few moments ago and when i want to book a trip between Bruxelles and Lyon it says that it needs to be an inbound/outbound trip and I only have 2 of those instead of the 10.Is that normal did i miss understood something in the pass ? if I did can you help me about it 🙂 ? Many thanks in advance and wish you a great evening ! FrancoisP
Hello, I am from Paris. I am going to London then Liverpool from March 26th to March 28th. As I used my outbound and inbound journeys, I was wondering if it was possible to travel in my own country (France) and use my interrail pass in April (my pass is valid from March 26th to April 25th) ? Or can i only travel in my own country between my outbound et inbound journey ? I can book tickets on the interrail website for a round trip in France from April 14th to April the 17th but can I be sure that I’ll be travelling in good standings ? Thank you in advance for your help, Lucy
Beste Interrail community, even een praktische vraag.
I‘ve always thought as DiscoverEu winners we only have 30days max to travel, but someone told me that it isn’t the days that count BUT the days you travel by train. So my question is: Could I travel for 2 weeks in June 2022 for example (with maybe 7 train travel days) and then again finish the rest with 4 weeks traveling during August 2022? Is that possible? to have a break and continue later? Thank in advance!
My daughter and I are travelling to France in April. We have 4 different cities we are visiting and the train goes to each of them. There are so many different websites to buy train tickets from I am worried that I will buy something incorrectly. How can I be sure that the Eurail France pass (4 days in one month) is the right one for us. And how can I check the trains?
Hi,I have to take :a night train from Helsinki to Rovaniemi on Monday 7 March, with a cabin if possible a train from Rovaniemi to Kuopio on Friday 11 March a train from Kuopio to Helsinki on Sunday 13 March. If I take the pass at 105 euros for 1 country (Finland) and 3 trips, can you tell me if the rates are more advantageous than if I take individual bookings ? Best regards Candice FORNO
Good evening all,I’m planning a trip for the end of August including Belgium & The Netherlands coming from the US, and we’ll be flying in and out of London Heathrow. I’ve been looking at the Benelux Pass, and while this website says Eurostar from London to Brussels is included with the pass, the trip planner is telling me to purchase global passes, and I cannot find any further information in regards to it. I have two general questions to ask: Does the Benelux pass truly include the Eurostar from London to Brussels? And if so, would that cover London to Amsterdam? Do the days of traveling run consecutively? Or can I space 4 days of travel (per se) over a weeks long trip. Thanks in advance. This will be my first trip to Europe and I’m used to simply dealing with airports and rental cars in the States.
Hello! My friends and I have been chosen to recieve a DiscoverEU pass to travel Europe with. However, something went wrong with the application of one of our friends, so now we have three passes and four people who want to travel. We have been trying to get in contact with someone who could help us with our situation, but we have discovered that they just don't reply or they are bots who can't help us. Do you have any contact info (emails, facebook pages, phone numbers) that could maybe further our situation? Thanks in advance!
Hello! My name is Maja and I am planning to travel through France and Italy this summer with my boyfriend. We have all of our destinations and dates ready, but I have a few questions regarding the trains (interrail). Here is our route: London-Paris Paris-Nice night train In Nice we would like to visit Cannes, Antibes and Monte Carlo as day trips. Should we book transportation separately or via interrail? Nice-Vernazza (Cinque Terre) Cinque Terre-Florence Florence-Venice (from Venice we fly to Greece) So I was thinking about buying the global pass for 1 month with 5 travel days. Should that work or do we need the 7 travel days due to the overnight train? I was also wondering if it is cheaper to book all of the trains separately (not with an interrail pass) since most of these trains require seat reservations. I would be so glad to get some tips from you experts, as I have tried researching online by myself without getting any wiser. Best regards, Maja
Hi there, I am planning on traveling with my 15-year old son between May 25th and June 8th 2022. Which global pass is best for me? I am thinking that we’ll travel via train part of the time but not all the time. Are we better off buying a few more days and a two month pass or simply going with the 7-travel day pass over a month. I fully understand that this is a rather subjective question and thanks in advance for your thoughts.Kind regards,Andrew
