Hi fellow travellers!While planning my first ever interrail trip I have ran into an issue with booking sleepers. For some reason I can’ t seem to be able to book any form of couchette tickets on night trains.I am looking to book a sleeper on IC 60403, Utrecht Central to Zurich HB. is it possible that this just isn’ t an option on this train? I have the same problem with the ICE trains going from Berlin to Rotterdam. Is there any way to book a sleeper for these trains, or should I look for a different train. And if so, what train would you recommend :)Thanks a lot in advance,Julian

Hello, I would like to ask you. I would like to go:  Day 1 - rome - florence - romeDay 2 - rome - napoli - pompei - napoli - rome Is it possible to use interrail pass from napoli to pompei? Is it nescessary to reserve a seat? Is there any chance high-speed trains will be full?  Thank you 

This is my travel plan first to get from Zurich Hb to Halkali as soon as possible. If there is a faster way than I have in the pictures, please tell me. From Istanbul I will go by bus to Thessaloniki (because there seems to be no train connection) and then by bus from Thessaloniki to Sofia. Then from Sofia to Bucharest to Budapest and finally back to Zurich Hb. Is that too much for the 15 days I have planned? Would you take Greece off the list?

Hi All, We are traveling to Spain and UK in late May to late June.We purchased a Eurail pass to cover 4 trains- London to Bristol- Cheltenham to Edinburgh- Madrid to Seville- Seville to Granada We paid approx $385 each for the pass. We thought it was worth it because we calculated what the trains would have cost to buy individual tickets (somewhere between $440 and $470, once you include booking fees and the like).Once you purchase the seat reservations we are probably paying close to $420 or so with the pass.Anyway, since buying the pass we've now found out about the whole Spain train reservation thing (can only book seat reservations once in Spain). Plus, Eurail doesn't seem to let us book the seats for the UK trains either. The whole thing is pretty convoluted and time-consuming... Does anyone know why it seems you can book tickets on Spain and UK trains in advance, just not the seat reservations?We are considering getting our pass refunded (only get 85% back), and just buying the t

Hello! We will be traveling in Switzerland for 6 days in late May 2023. We have identified several small quaint towns to potentially visit while there. My concern is the lists came from large national publications with millions of subscribers. Using the interrail pass in Switzerland in January and now again in March I must experience that some SBB trains e.g. between Kreuzlingen and Weinfelden, or Weinfelden-Winterthur are not bookable anymore Lines which are marked as valid in the Swiss Interrail map Map of Switzerland_SBB.JPG (1124×795) (interrail.eu) can no longer be booked (and I booked them with my old pass in January): But it worked beforehand, e.g. example from January:and the exactly same train in March:How could this happen and why is there no information about on the page that not all SBB trains are supported anymore or at least a current map of supported trains?

Hello All I'm not sure if this is the right spot to ask but hoping you could all help me out with some questions that I have or if there might be a different group that I could ask. My partner and I are coming over for a 6 week Europe holiday and I'm wondering what is the best way to get around. I've been looking on the EU Rail website and each time I look at it I get more and more confused. My partner has family in Scotland so we were thinking of basing ourselves there and then doing Europre and flying back and going again. Could anyone please advise me what the best thing to do is as I dont have much of an idea.Thank you Daniel

I’ve saved journeys in My Trips. But they don’t yet have the Grey Toggle. When is this added ?

Hi, this is my first post and we are travelling tomorrow. Eventually on this trip we plan to visit Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway. I have seen some places .. hostels and Airbnb … charge for sheets and towels. We are taking towels but wonder if it is necessary to take sheets? Are they expensive to hire ? We are getting very short of space in luggage! 

Despite the “Solved” label https://community.eurail.com/topic/show?tid=9661&fid=40 the trains are still not bookable in the rail planner app. According to support a new release should have been launched last week resolving this issue.

I have bought a eurail global  mobile pass for 7 days in 1 month, for 3 persons. I am just confused about the travel days. Please let me know whether I can use this pass on any 7 days as per my choice within 1 month or the days are consecutive because if the days are consecutive then it does not make any sense to buy the ticket as it will not be possible for a person to travel all days. And my 2nd question is what is the travel day and what time will it start how will i plan my trip with these travel days/ My last query is about this 1 month. is this 1 month signify 30 days from the starting day or it is restricted in that particular month when the travel starts. If a person buys a mobile pass for 7 days in 1 month and he activates his first journey on 26th of april then will the pass lapse on 30th april or it will end in 25th may. 

When i try to book ticket from Paris to nice on May 26th i getting one of the legs of your journey could not be booked in last page . Tried almost all the trains on that day but still getting same issue.

Hello,What is the recommended way to create 4 trips on my Global Mobile pass for the 4 family members who travel together?Do I create an empty trip and then make 3 copies and link each empty trip to a person?After that, do I search for journeys and add each journey to all 4 trips at the same time? So, in this way, I start with 4 empty trips and then keep on adding journeys? Our holiday includes 15 days of train rides over a month.So, do I create one trip and add all the 15 different journeys to the trip?Then, how do I add special reservations like the Glacier Express to the mobile pass?

Die SNCF teilte mir heute mir heute mit, dass der von mir gebuchte Zug am Montag wegen Streiks ausfällt und ich meine Tickets ohne Zusatzkosten umtauschen könne. Ich habe ja allerdings nur eine Sitzplatzreservierung über Interrail gekauft und kann diese auf SNCF nicht stornieren (da ich sie ja auch nicht dort gekauft habe). Wie kann ich diese auf Interrail stornieren?

Hi,I made some trips on a Android and wants to copy them to my wifes iPhone. When I open the mail I get the question for “import this trip” and I hit the button. But when I look in the app there is no trip. What do I do wrong?

Hi guys, I am a new Interrail pass user and I am a little confused ahahah I have activated my pass and have a validity date starting in summer. I have added journeys to the ‘my trip’ section of the app. However, I do not understand if I need to add/connect it to my pass (the toggle that turns from grey to orange on the right) at this stage? Or if I just do this the day of/day before the train?I am aware that during peak season you are advised to book reservations for certain trains (separate to the app) but wondered if I don’t add certain journeys to my pass, that this will mean tickets sell/run out too?Also, will seat reservations sell out? As I don’t want to book all of my trains right now but I know roughly which ones I would want to get?! Thank you and happy travels :)

Bonjour, Je suis française et j’aimerai savoir si deux trajets faits dans la même journée dans mon pays d’origine comptent comme un aller ou un aller-retour (dans mon global pass)? J’aimerai rentrer de Londres à Paris et dans la même journée descendre sur Lyon. Il s’agirait de mon allée. Puis mon retour se ferait en fin de voyage je souhaite faire un Bruxelles/Paris, et à nouveau rentrer dans la même journée sur Lyon. Deux voyages en un, mais aurais je déjà épuisé mon aller-retour en faisant (1)Londres/Paris (2)Paris/Lyon  ? Merci à tous pour votre aide !
