Hola, mis amigas y yo tenemos el pase Flex para hacer el Interrail este verano. Hemos organizado ya los trenes y queríamos reservar los asientos. Pero en la mayoría nos pone una notificación en rojo de que no hay resultados de precios para reservar el tren pues es posible que se hayan agotado. Sin embargo, desde HelpCenter me han dicho que eso no pasa nada, que continúe con mi reserva. Pero ya no sé qué hacer. Que alguien me ayude por favor.

I am travelling totally by train.With the Global Pass /Continuous 2 month Pass, does that mean it is used from major cities between countries eg Zurich to Vienna to Paris and so on or can it  be also used in say Austria, where I will be for 10 days, between all the towns I want to visit?Hope I explained this well enough to followSue 

There is a national rail strike scheduled for 19 March 2025 in Italy, which is one of our travel days.I’m not sure what happens about ticket validity if we can’t travel on that date and have to do so on another day.We have reserved seats on a particular train (Messina to Palermo) and this constitutes one of our travel days - I’ve already filled in details on our paper Global First Class travel passes.The rules on travel days seem to be quite strict - do we lose that day’s travel?If we spend money on another train do we have to claim that on travel insurance?

On this site - it asked if I wanted to generate a pass cover to use on trains trains - sure?. What is a pass cover? This is different than my Eurail Global Pass so what is this for? Can I book directly on other train sites?2.Also - I already worked out my itinerary and bought my tickets - can I still make a trip plan so I can see it more organized on this site (as well as that I bought some tickets through RailEurope)? 3.My trips show up on laptop but not on app - suggestions? ​​​​​​​THANKS!

Hi, I’m going to France this April.I have got the App from SNFC, now I can buy ordinary tickets to most trains in France but...going by Interrail means you only have to buy reservations - and on certain trains.On the app I miss the option to book ONLY seat reservations - anyone who has tried the app and actually booked a seat reservation on this app?I know that I can book reservations through Interrail, well, sometimes it´s easier to buy through the rail company.My actual problem is: Going by nighttrain from Paris to Capdenac and then from there going on to Lourdes. I have bougt reservervations the first part Paris/Caperdanac. In the morning I have to take at first a TER-train heading Toulouse and then lastly a Intercite from Toulouse to Lourdes. And then it would be nice to use this SNFC app and buy a seat for the last part - the Intercite train.I know it is not always mandatory on the Intercite trains in France to have a seat reservation. Hi there! I’m a little lost at the moment. I try to get a reservation for a couchette to get from Utrecht Central to Basel SBB on 25-07-2025 departure time 20.47, arrival time 06.20. I can literally see on OBB that there are tickets available, but I don’t have a credit card and therefore am unable to pay. Is there any other way to get such a reservation? I’ve tried with NS international, but as far I can see, you can’t add an interrail card as a discountcard.

I would like to make a reservation for my trip in September, does anyone of you know why I can't add it to the cart?

Hi All, I am new to Eurail and trying to book a seat reservation from Barcelona to Lourdes.  When I use the Eurail website, it shows the leg of the journey, and there are 4 different legs, with one leg requiring a reservation from Narbonne to Toulouse.  The rest of the leg states “You’re ready to Board.”  My questions are this:When I received my seat reservation in email, it only shows the one leg of the trip, but not the others.  How am I supposed to remember the original time that the train leaves on the leg that I don’t need the seat reservation? Is there an easy way to document the entire trip with all of the different legs on the website, or do I need to write them down?Some of the seat reservations are triple the other ones, but travel in the same amount of time and leave roughly at the same time.  Why are they so much more if there’s no benefit to riding them?Thanks for any assistance with these questions.-Mike

Hey all! Ok, I am planning a family trip on the train from Paris - Switzerland.  I have added the trains/times that I need, but the train in the middle does not have a way to book a seat.  Since I have it added to my trip, and I am not activating my pass until March 14th, is that ok?  Basically, I am worried that once I activate my pass and get my qr codes, that specific leg of the trip will be full which would totally mess up all the connections. Or since I do have this leg saved to my trips, am I ok?  This is my first time traveling via train if you cant tell, lol.  I have seat reservations for the first one, but the second one is what I am worries about. 

Hello everyone !  I am in a deadlock as I want to travel by train from Sofia to Istanbul, but it's impossible to book a ticket online with the Eurail pass. Every website says I need to buy tickets on-site at the station in Sofia. My first question is, is it really impossible to book in advance, and secondly, is it risky to wait and buy the tickets on-site? Are there frequent trains that make the journey between Sofia and Istanbul?

Hey guys, we‘re thinking about travelling from Amsterdam to Copenhagen this summer as a part of an 2 month Interrail trip. Now the following problem accured: the connection takes 11 hours at the moment, but if we take a look at the connections this summer it seems as if 13hours is the quickest connection. How is this possible? Or will there be more connections appearing in the next couple of weeks/months? thanks for your help!

Hi. We are planning our travels in July. Searching for options same day from Genoa to Nice. Cant find any train routes. Alternatively are there trains running from Ventimiglia to Nice1. We are leaving from Genoa in the morning and would like to be in Nice on the same day with no overnight stopsNo fast trains available for Nice to Paris either with Global Pass in July. any advise please

We are a group of eight 18-year-olds planning to use night trains this summer with SNCF Paris to Nice, OBB Florence to Vienna with our discover eu Interrail Pass. Three of us will not receive our passes until June, meaning we won’t be able to book our trains until then. Is there any way to reserve the night trains in advance while waiting for the passes? If not, do you think we have a good chance of securing eight spots in a couchette cabin if we book in early June? Thanks!!

I intend to do many Eurail train sections, the pass for which I have already purchased.However, I need help with OBB Nighjet as I purchased an overnight flight from Zurich to Berlin on the wrong date. HelloI’ve tried every option I can find to make a reservation on the fast train between Nimes and Madrid for mid May. (So within the 90 day limit). On Rail Europe it won’t let me select a ticket. And on the Interrail website it tells me I can’t book this route. The best advice I’ve seen is to ring the Renfe reservations line but I speak no Spanish so am wondering how viable an option that is.Hoping someone can advise me what I need to do. I’m trying to get to Andalucia but had planned to spend a couple of days in Madrid.Many thanksAnnette Mercer

I’m trying to plan a trip on the Interrail website… but if I enter 4 destinations, it calculates 5 days of travel. To be specific: London - Trier (day 1)Trier -  Etoy (day 2)Etoy - Turin (day 3)Turin - London (day 4) So.. if I put London as a starting point (with a 0 night stay), so I can book the travel from London to Trier, the website tells me I have 5 days of travel. Sooooo…. I am missing something or misunderstanding the logic here… Help? Marie

Before my Euro trip, I’d purchased Euro Train Global Pass, and I'd booked the 1-calss seats ticket from Rotterdam centraal station to Brussels Midi/zuid station on 2December2024 regarding my planned schedule on the  EuroStar train(ref:CZ7F3J) but the Euro Star train was cancelled while I was waiting on the platform. I had tried to ask the CS services at Rotterdam Station but they said "they do not know how to fix because this is the Eurostar company problem, we cannot not help you. "  I also could not find the agent counter of the EuroStar at the whole Rotterdam centraal station. Regarding this issue, could you please advise the solution to me if I meet the same issue next time. Thank you very much.

Please reply fast I am leaving tomorrowI have a 15-day Flexi Pass, and I need clarification on how many days will be counted for my upcoming journey.I will be leaving from Rome at 5:10 AM to Milan and plan to book a train from Milan at 18:10 PM, which will drop me in Prague at 10:39 AM on 27 February 2025.This journey requires me to transfer at Zürich HB at 21:40 on 26 February and then take another train from Linz Hbf to Prague, arriving at 6:52 AM on 27 February.Could you please confirm whether this journey will count as one day or two days of travel on my Flexi Pass?I have attached an image of my travel details for reference.
