Hi there,I am Swiss but have been living in Australia for over 4 years on a temporary student visa. I do not have any government issued proof of residency in Australia, so I will need to use an Interrail pass.My partner is Australian, and will need an Eurail pass.Just wondering if I can use an Interrail AND an Eurail pass within the same app, on the same device? Or does the Rail Planner only allow you to add passes of the same category (Eurail OR Interrail)?Let me know!
Amsterdam to Paris soon - Is this route good? Will i get on board with out seat reservations? They’re greyed out everywhere so its hard.
Hello! I need to catch my high speed train from Paris Gare de Lyon 07:35 july 6th to Nice. Right now I’m in Amsterdam and i was planning to pass through Luxembourg for a few hours since i wanted to visit. I’m leaving on the 5th and I’m choosing between taking the flexibuss, therefore not visiting Luxembourg, or using regional trains. Is this route good? Will i get on board with out seat reservations? They’re greted out everywhere so its hard. i also dont mind sleeping one night in a different town like Champagne, but I’m not a huge fan of Paris.
I am trying to book 4 seats in the TGV starting at 06:52 AM on May 29 from Nice Ville to Aix En Provence TGV, and I can find that I need to book seats because there is a sign of "R" in yellow circle but I can't get any response although I click "1st class deat EUR 10." Dest it mean that seats in the train have been fully booked?
I had my trains out of my home country reserved for a couple of days ago, however I have severe travel anxiety which got the better of me on the day and I wasn’t able to get onto the first train. I really want to try again, but need my ticket re-started which I’m hoping is possible as I haven’t actually gotten on any trains yet. I reached out to customer service over 48hrs ago but haven’t heard back yet, I just waiting to hear back so I can go!
Hi, I bought a 3month interrail ticket on Saturday evening on my mobile. When booking I saw there’s both a youth and an adult ticket but thought it’s because of some system stuff so didn’t think much about it. Today I realised I basically spend an additional €340 because I didn’t click things correctly. Does anyone know if there’s any way of contacting Interrail directly to figure something out or no chance? :(
Does the One Country Greece Pass (not greek islands pass) include the journey from mykonos to mainland (ideally athens)? Will there be an additional fee for using the ferry?
I will be flying into Mykonos and would like to explore Greece using the Interrail pass. I want to get from Mykonos to mainland Greece, ideally Athens but not wedded to it. Eventually, I would like to get to Thessaloniki and spend a few days. After this I want to go to Skopja, North Macedonia.
Hello there So I am new to the whole interrail thing. And I was wondering, when do I have to ”connect a trip” to my mobile Pass?I know I can “activate” the Pass on the first day of travel, but can I “connect” it at any time between now and then? Or do I have to connect it now to keep it from expiring early or somethig? I know I am propably overthinking this, but thanks for any help beforehandGreatings!
I am planning to take a train from zagreb to ljubljana on the 12/7 21:27. I can see the train on the app and website, where it tells me to buy seet reservations. But when i go to the page to buy seet reservations nothing apears and it is not available?
I bought my 4 day 2nd class global pass and used it to make reservations from where I live, London, to Amsterdam, then back home, then to vienna and back again. It didn’t show me across the entire booking process the inbound outbound rule. I’ve now booked all the reservations and I have no idea what to do. Really need some help :( very panicked
Hi! I was wondering what the current COVID rules were and where I’d find this information. I want to know what countries are/aren’t okay to visit and where I’d find updated information for this when planning my trip and while travelling, as well as the rules about interrail passes with COVID (refunds, pass extensions etc). I’ve had a look on the ‘Coronavirus information centre’ on the main interrail website but that hasn’t been updated since July 2021. Thanks :)
I paid for my pass that was on the sale, I got a confirmation email and then in the next one I didn’t get a pass number the section was blank. And the Monet isn’t in my account so I have paid. I have emailed support. But I was wondering if anyone knew what was going on. :)
Hi. I really need your help. I bought 5day pass for me and my friend. And later we realized it is not enough and we need a 7day pass. But we are travelling this sunday. And i don´t know what to do. If i should buy a new one and request an exchange or just ask for refund for the old one. How long does it take to exchange the passes? Or how much sure can i be that they will refund my old pass? Please helpppppp!
Hi! We are travelling from Venice to Budapest tonight (parting on 21h and arriving tomorrow, with a escale) and we wanted to spend only one day with the rule of >19h. However, in the app on eurrail It counts tonight pass as a day-travel and I suppose that tomorrow as Another. Does somebody know how to do It to only count as one day? Thanks a million!

Hi, I’ve booked the trip on the app London St Pancras 08:16 to Amsterdam Central 13:11 (direct) on 13 June 22, but when I go to the Interrail website to book seat reservations, this particular train is not showing. I can see earlier or later trains (none of which are direct) - why would this be, and how can I book seat reservations on this Eurostar train? Thanks
Hello everyone,I have been trying to book travel from Paris to Venice using a number of combinations and all of transactions can’t be completed. I took other community advice and even tried to break the journey into discrete trips and can’t purchase the trnasactions. I have a first class Eurail pass for me, and a first class Interrail pass for my niece. My niece was able to book our Eurostar to London/Paris roundtrip with no problems.This is the most recent route I have been trying to book.On 7/28. 15:55 Paris Est to 21:36 Muenchen hbf German; 23:04 M HBF to 11:03 Venice
Our global passes are valid 23 June (we just changed the date of our passes tarting 3 July), and we were able to book a first seat reservation on 26 June from Naples to Rome. When I went to book a second reservation for Rome to Venice on 29 June, however, it says “this pass isn't valid on this date.” Our passes start 23 June now and we were able to book that first reservation. Is it a glitch? We are able to book after 3 July, which makes me think so but can’t get anyone at Eurorail to help - the bot and Messenger can’t help.
