Hello, I want to book TGV 9576 from Munich to Paris Aug 2nd, with Eurail GolbalPass. And I have added this trip in Rail planner app, and it show that "Added to Pass", "Seat reservations required". I try to reserve my seat, but the it remind me "No price results were found for this connection. Please try searching again or find an alternative way to book." The tips of France seat reservation show"You can book your reservations for trains in France the following ways:Eurail Self-Service (in the Rail Planner app and on the website)Through the Rail Planner app Paper Pass only - Via SNCB: domestic and international trains (Thalys and Eurostar)Locally at the train station"So I should reserve the ticket and seat in Munich train station?
I am trying to select a departure time for our Eurail pass but when I pick an early time (before 6am) the date changes to the day before. Is this due to the time difference between the US & Italy? Will it correct itself when we actually travel? Not sure how to move forward with this. Thanks
Hey everybody, i’m planning to do a trip with interrail. So i have a question and i didn’t find an answer in the FAQs. For every day i’m driving with the train, it’s one travel day.How does it work with the start and the home coming? When i start from home to the first destination and from the last destination to my home place, do i have to count in two travel days for these trips`?Thank you for your answers. Greets Julia.
Hi everyoneNext weeks I am going to travel with a friend using the Global Youth E-Passes (7 in a month) that I received as a winner of a contest. I have planned the trip and also activate the pass. However it seems I am not able to book any seats (We have some journeys that require it), because when I log in to the account I created on EURail is not possible to use the booking planner. There is no reservation linked and when I try to manually create a trip (by copying that I have on my phone) it asks me info I do not have like the ISSUER (moreover, the examples describe the situation in the case you have a paper ticket). My account seems… not linked to any ticket. I do not know if there is something I do not catch or there is a problem. Can someone help me, please? Many thanks in advance.
Hi all, I've seen that a few people are having issues with reservations but essentially my partner and I have a global mobile pass and are attempting to make a reservation for a train from Rotterdam to Paris on 10 August. However, we are getting the issue "No price results were found for this connection. Please try searching again or find an alternative way to book." Has anyone received this error specifically and got advice to the best way forward? I've also noticed this for future train trips we have planned in August so any advice would be really appreciated :)
i keep getting an error when i want to purchase the reservation. the page loads and then suddenly changes and the timeline has a red dot with error. Is there an issue with the reservations? can I try again later/tomorrow? iowa France country passtrying to reserve a night train
Hello. I am currently trying to book reservations in France and Italy. Sadly the website always says “not available”, even though I have tried every date and time that is possible. I have also tried booking over the ItaliaRail website, but they have no function where you can say that you own an Interrail Pass. I can only book tickets not reservations over the Italian website despite the Interrail website saying, that booking only reservations over the ItaliaRail website should be possible. Can anyone help me solving this problem? Why does it always say “not available”? (I have looked on other websites the train is available and not fully booked)
Hello everyone,has anyone ever had the problem that your phone broke before your journey where you had already added your mobile pass and now you can’t add it on the new phone? (“This pass is already activated on another device”).Is there a possibility to add it on the new phone and deactivate it on the old one?
So here is my situation: I am coming in from California, my first day in Europe is September 5th (Madrid), then to Barcelona (September 7th), then on to Switzerland (September 10), where I plan to be for several days and travel within the country.I bought a 5-day within 1 month first class global pass, so my question is, what counts as a travel day? Is local transportation included and counts as a travel day?Thanks
My son and his friend purchased the 6 day per month and under his friends app it says she has used all six days but only has 5 days of travel booked. The 6th day which they haven’t booked is not on the app. My son is doing the exact same trip and his app is correct with 5 days of travel and one free day. They have updated the app and restarted the phone. No change! Please advise as they are on a train right now. and thank you for your help.
Hello ! I bought 2 mobile pass but I am not able to add them on the app. It says « your details don’t match ». I tried to reload and reload the app or to add the passes on another mobile phone but it still don’t work. I am supposed to travel, within a few days everything is planned but the customer still don’t answer so I can’t book my first travel. Is someone able to help me ? Thank you very much !! Mélanie.
Hello, i’ve had a problem just after the payment of my reservation.What normaly happen after this ? A instant mail wich confirms with the billet ? something else ? I’ve buy my global pass on 31/07 , and i planned to go on Sunday 07 .. it’s my second problem for reservation .. can some one help ?
Hi! For people who have travelled before with Eurail and have had issues. Have you been able to go directly to the local station of the country you’re in and get help with your passes? I had an issue on the way to Paris but the Eurail customer service is very backed up as you may know. I’m hoping the train workers can help out with my problem. If someone can respond with any information within the next few hours or tomorrow that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
