I was wondering how the month pass works? Is it a certain numbers of days or it is from 1st of the month till the end? So I wanted to get 2 month pass and start traveling on 9th of the first month. My question is, is a pass valid from 9th of the first month untill end of the 2nd month or it is like 62 days total? Couldn’t find the answer in term and condition nor in FAQ.
Hello,we are facing problems to get to Madrid.We are leaving on Monday in Porto early in the morning and have to be in Madrid in the evening, because the next day we have to leave at 06:30 for Paris.We cannot book our reservation in person and when we call they say all the trains that day are fully booked.Is there a possibility we could still get a seat on the train from Ourense to Madrid or just try when we are there?thank you!
I travel with friends and we are in Italy, we arrived today and try to catch a train, but we didn’t manage to catch it. But while we were at the airport we activated our passes with today’s date and now we have a minus one travel day and are without any train. Is it possible to get our travel day back?
I'm travelling from Paris to Girona, and my seats reservation that should have been sent by Interrail by regular mail twenty days ago have never arrived. I paid for them and Interraril is not answering my emails!!!!It’s a train that need seats reservation , what can I do?????I have never seen such a horrible service. Interrail cheats! Sells seat reservation and afterwords doesn’t take care if they arrived or not and lives you by your own.
Hello, I am a german citizen traveling for a while in France now. Last minute I realise I need to go home for some days. To travel over Switzerland back to France. I am think of buying the interrail pass 4 travel days in a month. But since Germany is my home Country and I am only allowed to travel in and out once, I wonder if I am allowed to use my first journey from France as my “travel back” and my second journey to Switzerland as my “travel out”?Thanks for all helpSina
Please Help!My girlfriend and I are leaving on Wednesday from Hanover to Nizza via Mannheim - Paris Est. Thats an ICE and we have to have seat reservations. Unfortunatly it’s just not possible to reserve any seating on this connection. Not via the Interrail Website, nor via Deutsche Bahn. Why is that and how can i fix it?? Do i have to make a reservation by calling somewhere or what do i have to do? Thanks for your help,Tom and Luisa

Hello all,i want to travel from Munich to Verona tomorrow morning (07:36 am). When I want to book a seat reservation they say there are plenty seats available, but when i continue the payment it is said, that the connection is not available anymore. What can I do now? Can I call somewhere?
Hi guys I have two questions! First: Can I add a journey to my pass the day of the journey? Or does it need to happen way beforehand? Secondly: What happens if I miss a train - Can I just take the next one without any problems, if it‘s still on the same day? Thank you! Help would be much appreciated!
helloi have a global pass. when i select train Bern to Roma it writes your pass is not valid in some of these countries. i am residence of switzerland. Last week i used pass Switzerland to Germany without problem.when i choose Milano- Roma same error happens.
Can I buy a pass now and make seat reservations without activating it?? (so that I don’t use up the days) To be a little more specific, my activation date would be August 27th, but it sounds like I need to make seat reservations before then. Additionally, are seat reservations refundable?Thanks!
Hi, I'm in my second day of a 7-day travel pass. The Rail Planner App is not working, the issue is the same that happend to Tarek here https://community.eurail.com/eurail-interrail-passes-41/mobile-pass-disappeared-completely-771 but his solution it's not working for me. I've sent emails to support but anyone is answering. The mobile pass doesn't shows in the app section and that section requests me to add a pass. When I do the proper steps, the app says me that the mobile pass has been added in this phone and I can check it in the app section. It's a loop: when I go back, the pass stills missing. Any idea?
Hi all! I am travelling in Genoa, Italy right now and hoping tomorrow to travel to Cinque Terre. We have to first catch a train from Genoa to Levanto and then travel to each of the 5 villages which we choose to visit. My question is, we don’t know how long we will stay at each village and therefore, cannot determine before tomorrow we what trains to book between each village on the inter rail planner app. Can someone please help me confirm whether it is possible to book trains (trains without requiring seat reservations of course) on your travel day or does it have to be booked before midnight of your travel day? I would imagine you can be spontaneous and book additional tickets on your travel day as long as it doesn’t require a seat reservation. Thanks heaps in advance :)
I bought an interrail global pass to travel. For some parts of my trip I need seat reservations.However I get faced with an error that blocks me from reserving my seat.It is specific for the train from Montpellier Saint-Roch to Brussels on September 18th, departure at 2:52 PM. When I try to add the seat reservation to the cart this error pops up: “WE CAN NOT MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. The train you found in the timetable has changed recently. Please choose another connection.”I’ve been trying to wait to see if it got solved over time. However it’s know the third day and it’s not solved
