Hi, I'm trying to plan a journey with four people. I have added them to my trip online however no one has been notified of this so I don't know if it has actually done anything. I am also having trouble connecting train journeys to the trip on the website and so have my friends. Please could you help me?
Dear Interrail/Eurail team,Very sorry to raise my case here but I’m not getting a response from Customer Support.My case: On Sunday, April 3rd, I purchased a pass in order to travel to France and Spain. The day after I recognised that I can’t make any reservations due to sold out trains. Finally, after a member of your community advised against your product with regards to my destinations I decided to cancel my pass.The same day I wrote a message to Customer Support (via form) since apparently I want to have a 100% refund. I raised my case early enough and didn’t make use of your product. I already received the obligatory 85% refund but I’m still waiting for a response from Customer Service regarding the remaining 15%. Again, I don’t want to pay for a service that I never received.The cancellation of my Interrail/Eurail pass created a huge overhead for me. I had to entirely re-organise my trip, cancel hotel reservations, book a plane and writing you messages. There’s a big gap between
Hi! Yesterday I bought two Interrail global passes and I paid. The amount was taken from my bank account, but I did not receive anything. When I look at my order history, there is nothing, and I also didn't get any confirmation email. I checked my account and spam folder, but can't find anything. I also contacted customer service, but we are leaving within 7 days, so I thought I would try this to! Thanks in advance!
Hello,I recently bought my 2nd class Eurail pass and am planning a trip to Edinburgh from Cologne on the 18th of April. I have a few connections and my train from Bruxelles Midi to London St Pancras requires a seat reservation, as well as my train from London St Pancras to Edinburgh. However, I have been unable to make a reservation for either. For London to Edinburgh, it tells me that I must book at a major train station. So does this mean I need no reservation ahead of time, and can make it in the station before I board my train? For Bruxelles to London, it says I can book at the station or through Deutsche Bahn or CD. I have tried both websites and Deutsche Bahn says it is impossible to make a reservation, and CD won’t allow me either. I even tried the Thalys website, and the train I would be taking was not present on their website. I also tried on OBB and it said “a technical error occurred” in the space where it would show the fare. I couldn’t even do it on the Eurail websi
I would like to book a train from Paris CDG airport to Lyon, however, the eurail reservation website says it is unavailable, and suggests for me to go on to the train station. I also tried to book on SNCB, it is unable to do so. I would like to avoid booking fees 2€, is it possible to try on any other websites? And based on experience, is the Paris to Lyon train crowded?

Mon premier voyage en train se fera le 17/07, si j'achète le Pass cette semaine, quand est-ce que je dois bloquer mes places dans les trains ? Est-ce que c'est la date du premier trajet qui fait office d'activation du Pass ? Merci
HiI’m trying to book seat reservations for the route Wien HBF - Zürich HBF but without success(for the 18th July this year). sbb.ch only seem to want to sell me the full price ticket and oebb.at says “no ticket available”.I know I could probably just jump on this train without a reservation, but since I have a first class railpass I’d much rather ensure I get a first class seat. I’m specifically interested in the Railjet Express 162 train that leaves Wien HBF at 09:30. Any ideas on how to book this route?
Hiya - a friend and I wanted to book a train from Seville to Barcelona in July but it seems that it’s only possible to book spanish trains in Spain itself? Is there a way around this? If we are travelling in July it is very unlikely that reservations will still be available for that train once we’re there and i’m anxious we won’t actually get a way out of Spain to continue our journey! Any help would be amazing :)
I am trying to make a reservation on the Mainz to Vienna 00:41 night train. It says 1st Class N/A. Does that mean they are all sold out? If so, can I make a reservation on the 2nd Class seats? If they both say N/A does that mean we can’t take the train?Thanks in advance.
I had 2 questions about purchasing the 4-day pass for France. We will travel from Paris > Lyon > Chamonix > Paris.1. With the France pass, would travel into Geneva for a day-trip be covered?2. Are there any issues with the train from Chamonix to Paris going through Switzerland? Our start and end points are both in France but the train changes in Switzerland.Open to other ideas for travel that may be more efficient. Merci!
I am planning a trip to Europe and would like to see a couple different countries so I am considering the Eurail. It is clear that the Eurail pass will allow be to travel between large cities and counties, but I cannot find any information on trains/busses within cities.So, does the Eurail pass also include any trains/busses within specific cities (for example Rome or Florence)? Or is it EXCLUSIVELY for travel BETWEEN cities and countries?Thank you for any information you can provide!
Yesterday 10 apr at 2 p.m i bought an interrail global pass for 2 person. I am still waiting confirmation email and tried several times resend confirmation email but didn't received anything. My travel date come soon, so there is urgent for me. Is there anyone can help me to solve the problem ??
Hey, me and my girlfriend will be travelling through Europe in a couple of weeks. We bought our passes and have them activated on the app for our travel dates. I have just reserved and paid for 2 seats on the Eurostar (London to Paris) and for some reason I have an email with tickets but this did not use a travel day on my app? Is there a reason this does not use a travel day or why can I not see them on there? The only way it uses a travel day on the app is if I add a journey and use an unreserved ticket… This does not seem right. TIA Alex
Hello all :) I just wanted to book two ferry trips - one via Viking Lines (21.07. 16 clock Stockholm - Helsinki) and one via Eckerö Line (24.07. 9 clockHelsinki - Tallinn). Here I used the code EURAIL, but did not get a discount on either trip.Then I asked both ferry providers and Eckerö Line has answered me so far that the code is no longer valid. What is the reason for this? And will there be a new code soon? Can somebody help me with that?
Hello, I'm new here and I have something to ask. I am not a European citizen but I work in Germany and get a residence permit. I want travel to several countries in europe, which one should i buy, the interrail pass or eurail pass? If i can use the interrail pass, for seat reservation I need to enter personal data such as country of birth, and there is no choice of country where i was born because all European countries are selected. does anyone have the same experience?
Hi, i buy two global pass but, due to the covid, i never used or acetivated them. They are valid until august 2022 but in i now try to enter them in the app, it won’t let me. I get a message that says to check the code and that it is a mobile pass and a not a paper one. I’m sure everything is correct. Thanks for the help.
Hi there,I’m making my outbound journey on Eurostar (London Kings Cross to Bruxelles Midi). I’ve got the journey in my pass on the app and I’ve made the reservation and have the pdf for my eurostar reservation.However, the ‘ticket’ for the journey in the app is still showing as ‘seat reservations required’. I made the reservations over 12 hours ago so I was expecting to see in it the app by now. Is something missing? Or am I alright as long as I have the reservation pdf?Thanks,Caroline
Trenitalia only seems to sell single occupancy accomodation on their night trains in Italy (e.g. to Sicily) at this moment, still due to Covid-19: either a couchette or sleeping compartment. Options for Interrail reservations, however, are still “Bed in 6-berth sleeper - €41” and “Private single sleeper - €122”. Can I assume that the with the former reservation, I will receive a single occupancy couchette compartment?
