Hi!GREEK ISLAND PASS (PAPER) + CHILDI can’t seem to be able to reserve seats online for my child 10 yrs. I was issued an adult paper pass + child pass under the same paper pass cover (i.e. same pass cover number). When trying to book online for one of the ferry lines, there’s an error notice at the very end saying that "the document must be unique for every trip route". Does this mean that the child should have their own pass cover and number?I managed to insert as an adult for the online system to give the free island pass rate, but in the end the system refuses to book for the child. Thanks very much for your advice!
Here’s the thing: InterRail official web and app says that it is possible to book seat reservations in Croatia/Hungary. We also got reply from Interrail that yes, those bookings are possible. But it’s not true at all! It is impossible! And you will find many other people having the same issue - there’s always the same message“Prices unavailable No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board” - and it doesn’t matter what dates you choose!The only option is to book on place… but imagine that it’s high season and you have on other way than book a seat in the same day… Great, isn’t? Hi,I have a interrailpass, 7 days in 1 month. And I wanted to make the seatreservation, but de website showed that there are no prices available. Does this mean i cannot go on this trip?Or can i always make a seat reservation at the trainstation on the day we want to go on the trip.In specifik is this question about the trainroute from Bruxelle-Midi to Barcalona-Sants on the 19th of july
Well I just got an email from Interrail about railway strikes in France tomorrow. And unfortunately I have to travel in the country tomorrow. Does anyone have information on (or know where to find info on) exactly what trains are affected. I tried SNCF’s website but came up short. Is it both TGV and TER? Does the strike start after a certain time tomorrow etc?
I would like to take the train from Munich on 13th of July in the evening to that I could go with the night train. But I cannot buy the ticket , not cause it is sold out simply because the mail with ticket will not arrive in time.Is there then no way for me catch that train? Is my only oppoertunity to wait to get to German to buy it? It seem weirde that I cannot make a seat reservation online.. I really look forward for some help.Kind regards,Ani:))))
I can’y make a seat reservation for a specific train destination via the interrail apprication. It’s impossible ro book a trip on Frech SNCF because you can not fill in tjay you have an interrail pass (only specific SNCP cards and passes are accepted). I asked SNCF and they answered go to the train station and book it there.This means that Interrail sells passes but you can’t book tickets on their application for some trains/destinations. It means also that SNCF is in the interrail program but you can not book online on their application. It means also that I will have to travel 80 km back and forth to order our tickets. Is there another possibility to book online tickets in France with interrail pass without having to travelby bus to the nearest (small) station only to be told, perhaps, that it is not possible in that station and that I must go to another (larger) station.Nice service that Interrail prigram!
I have been trying for several days to book my reservation for a leg of my family’s trip between two Spanish cities. In the booking website I can see the value of each trip but when clicking, there is a message about online booking are not possible and that we should only book at a train station in Madrid.A friend of mine who lives in Madrid tried to buy the seats for me today with all my details, but she couldn't do it because the person at the station wouldn’t sell th seats if she does not have a QR code in the Eurorail App.This means we would be only able to book our seats once we get to Spain, for travelling the next day, which is very uncertain and stressing for a family of four with young children. This situation is under no circumstance something mentioned in the global pass Q & A or terms and conditions and it is making the planning of our holidays very stressful.I would like an explanation ASAP, and exact dates about when we will be able to book online for trains in Spain
I’m looking for trains that I found a few weeks ago on the rail planner but that aren’t there anymore. When seraching for a train from Goteborg to Rygge at 14:00 on July 26th I get this : However the Norwegian VY website does show a train in the afternoon: It seems strange that it doesn’t show up on the planner. I think this is because there is some disruption between Goteborg and Oslo (there is a replacement bus service).I’m basically looking for a way to travel from Copenhagen to Oslo on July 26th and the results are not the way they were like a month ago. Could that be a technical issue?Thank you!
I'm hoping someone can help. I have purchased my reservations on the website, but they are not showing on the app. If I try to add a journey in the app, the journeys I have reserved are not available on the time table. How do I get tickets please? totally confused. should I remove the app and start again?
Hi there! I’m a 3 month pass holder and I’m trying to make a reservation for July 21st. Paris to Spiez. 11:20-17:03. Second class seats. It first says the price is 10.80 and then jumps up to 47.08 randomly for the checkout price. Is that the correct price? Even if I have 2 people on there it should be only be 21.60 with the 10.80 price. I just don’t won’t to over pay if I don’t need to. Thank you for your help!
Coucou!I’m trying to leave from France going over Germany to Italy with the Intervall Global Pass. But as it happened to many others, I believe, I cannot book seat reservation only for SNCF. It’s not working neither over the interrail portal nor over the SNCF site. Does somebody already has experience on how to book seat reservations in France and can give me an advise? HelloWe want to travel (with our two kids) on a night train from Split to Zagreb in August (on a Monday night). The reservations tool seems to say we don’t need a reservation, which I am sure is not true! We want to book a couchette room so that we can all have a bunk. I have spoken to the Croatian railway company HZPP, but they said that with an interrail pass we can only reserve the couchette in person at the railway station. We will only be able to get to the train station on the day we want to travel. We can’t afford not to travel that night, as we have a tight schedule the next day. Does anyone know if it gets full up? Is it safer to book and pay for a couchette separately? it’s not expensive as there’s a special discount currently. Any thoughts very welcome! Thank you
I am planning to take a train from zagreb to ljubljana on the 12/7 21:27. I can see the train on the app and website, where it tells me to buy seet reservations. But when i go to the page to buy seet reservations nothing apears and it is not available?
I am trying to book on the Interrail website to go from Brussels Noord to Innsbruck HBF in Austria for 31st July on the night train. I can see the price fro the seat reservation is $14 when I am not logged in, however as soon as i log in to try and book a seat and pay it says price unavailable. I am now trying to book the seat reservation on the company website or on a different train website, but how do i put in that i have an interail pass and obviously don’t need to pay the full price for a ticket and just need to pay the 14 euros?Please help!!!!!
Hello everyone. I have been trying to book the reservation seats for the Eurostar London to Amsterdam. The day is the 2/08 and the time is 8:16am. It's so weird because I do everything and once I want to go to check out, it doesn't allow me to go to the second stage of check out. For a moment I thought the seat were sold out but it doesn't say anything about sold out, in fact it says sold out another time that same day. Thanks in advance for your help,
HelloI plan to go from Paris to Basel in Switzerland and I’m currently looking for trains. Now the connection that is offered by the app only gives me 10 min to change the train in Strasbourg. What do I do if I miss the train in strasbourg? Can I change the train I want to take right on the station and enter the next one 30 min later?
I'm trying to make my seat reservation on your EU Rail website. I have the necessary seats clicked and in my cart. I have entered the Traveler Details and Review order. When I click next, the screen goes back to the main homepage and not to the payment page. The reservations I have chosen are still in the cart. How do I make the payment for my seats if the website keeps going back to the main page?I’ve tried restarting my computer and also using another family member’s computer, but still the same issue persists.Please assist.Thank you.
Hello! How I know what to trust when I am going to take a train from Salzburg Hbf to Verona Porta Nuova on 30th of July and the Rain Planner app says it leaves at 13:56 but when I look it up on the Trainline-website, I only find a train that leaves 12:56 and it is a different one?
It’s quite frustrating because I can’t press the “continue to traveler details” button. I have tried to book for only one trip after I read that usually that happens when you try to book several trips at once, but it’s still not working for me. Not loading, nothing. Hi I’ve purchased 2 interail tickets and have planned all of our route on the rail planner app, however when i went to book the tickets I couldn't log into my account on the website, i then changed my password however when i logged in with this is then didn't have my pass on the account or my route.so my problem is how can i book my trains now, without the interail booking service my only other option is b europe however they only allow paper passes as you need the pass number (which i don”t have due to me having mobile passes)for reference the train im trying to book is TGV 7052any help at all would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
