Hi there I have purchased a interrail global pass for 2 months knowing I can only have 1 inbound and outbound journey. We are planning on going from London to Bruges outbound but on the way back we are getting a flight from Portugal to Edinburgh (due to timing). I was wondering is it possible to use my second inbound journey from Edinburgh back to London or does the journey have to be travelling from out of my home country back into it? Want to make sure this is okay before booking any flights! Thanks for the help!
I am trying to book a train from Amsterdam to London on July 31. I am new to the Eurail pass but am extremely confused/frustrated with how many trains require seat reservations but then do not provide you the option to do so on the Eurail website. Below is a screenshot of the error message I get when I try to book the train from Amsterdam to London: I genuinely have no idea what to do. Do I risk waiting until I get to Amsterdam on July 28th to book it at a train station there and hope that there are seats left? Any guidance at all would be VERY much appreciated.
Hello, I had purchased 1 month pass with 4 travel days and made a return trip Utrecht-Frankfurt (20-23 May) and was trying to book my tickets for Paris for weekend as I have 2 travel days left. But the app is not allowing me as it says I don’t have inbound/outbound days left. But in reality I have taken only 1 return journey to Frankfurt so can you please confirm if it is possible to book my tickets to Paris and if not how can I use my 2 travel days which are still left? Can I still use the remaining travel days on my pass anyways?
I ordered the 50% off pass for the 50 year anniversary - money has been paid and I’ve got a confirmation code but my actual ticket never arrived. I reached out to support and their phone didn’t work, and so tweeted them only to find that it was a different interrailing company offering it. emailed support and they’ve just said ‘we’re busy processing things’ but it’s been a week and I’ve now not heard from them for a few days. Am meant to be starting interrailing next week but how can I without the pass! Beginning to panic that it’s a scam somehow. has anyone got any suggestions/ had this issue?
Greek island pass - does it cover Athens, Paros, Santorini and Crete?And what ferries can we choose?
Good morning, I need information about the pass interrail greek islands. We are a family of 9 persons (7 adults and 2 babys) and we travel to greek in July and we want to go to athens, paros, Santorini and Creta. We see you have the interrail pass for 4 days in a month, we want to know if with this pass we can do this travel itinerary and what ferrys we can choose with this pass, because some ferries are faster than others and how long in advance to book each ferry. Hi guys, I'm new on this platform. I have a question! Does someone know a different way to get in contact with interrail? The last month I have been trying to get in contact with them, but so far no respons. I tried it with the chat and Facebook messenger, which did not help. I also couldn’t find any phonenumber or email adress At this moment my ID/ Passport number is missing on my mobile Pass, and i’m going to travel within a couple weeks. So I'm kinda stressing. 😅 Thanks in advance!
Hello everybody, My phone got stolen yesterday and I am not able to put my mobile pass on another device because it says that the pass has already been added on another phone. Can somebody help me ? I have to take a train tomorrow from Barcelona and have no idea how to connect with my pass.

My pass has been sitting in my app for months , inactivated without problems. I opened the app today and it is not there and will not let me re add - keeps coming up with error message. I have no new device, and have booked all my reservations successfully using my details. Does anyone know how to solve this issue, have contacted Interrail in as many ways as possible ? Very urgent
Hello to anyone reading this. I have the following problem:I ordered my pass in the beginning of may whilst there ve been the discounts on the 3mont passes. Unfortunately the pass wasn‘t delivered until the 5th of june as it was supposed to be. My first day of travel was the 6th, there i Paied for my tickets since they are not that expensive but since i am traveling to london tomorrow and spain on sunday and there is still no informaiton oh when the pass will arrive i am not sure what to do. buy a new not discounted pass and hope to get my money back buy a 4 day pass and hope to get my money back buy a flight and hope to get the money back. i wrote customer support an e mail about 12 Days ago and havn‘t heard from them since then. We're from South Africa 😊We plan on traveling to Germany - Netherlands - Belgium - France - Germany (spending 2-3 days in each country). If we buy a Eurail pass, can we use it for day trips between cities e.g. Utrecht to Amsterdam? Any advice on whether we should buy it (or not) will be appreciated!
Hello,I am having a similar problem to a few other people on the forum, where the date of birth for both of the travelers I got passes for is wrong by one day. I submitted a request to customer service to change it. However, I am concerned they will not get back to me in time, as I am traveling in just a couple days. I did not mention that the request was urgent when I submitted the customer service request. Should I submit a new customer service request specifying how urgent my request is?Thanks
I won Interrail Tickets via Hessen Rail, and now i can not book reservations, because I don´t have an interrail account with my passes, how can I connect them?In the App my Mobile Passes are already activated but for the reservations I have to go online on the website with my account, but for the App I didn´t need an account so my passes arent connectet to one.I already tried to message the Bot, but it says my question is to long.
Used up in&outbound journeys of 2-month interrail mobile pass, can I still travel outside of country of my residence?
Hello everyone, I am currently living in Switzerland, and I bought a 2-month Interrail Mobile Global Pass for the upcoming summer. However, not fully awaring of the rule about in/outbound trips, I used up my two in/outbound trips in two days. Now though I still have 58 days left, I couldn’t activate any journy at all, even those entirely outside of Switzerland (country of my residence). But in the terms it doesn’t state that all journeys should be made inbetween the in-/out-bound journeys, and it makes no sense as well like that. Since I’ve already booked some seats for trains in France and other countries, it’s urgent for me to figure out if I am still able to travel with this pass in Europe except Switzerland.To specify, my question is: Can I use the Interrail Mobile Global Pass to travel in countries outside Switzerland, after using out my in/outbound journeys? If so, how can I add tickets in the Rail Planner App?I would greatly appreciate it if someone can give me some ideas. Best
