Hi, i’ve bought a 5 day ticket GLOBAL PASS and i’ve activated it just after for August 2021.While i was looking for the reservations, the trains i often put the journey on ADD TO PASS not knowing it would have any consequences to my PASS…Now i have 0/5 left on my journey and i don’t know what to do because my trip i planned on August and i haven’t take any train and it seems like i can’t use my pass anymore and i’m gonna have to buy another one ?Can someone help me to fix the situation, i feel stupid not understanding this but i would like to go back.. THANKS for your help !!
Hello! My daughter is going to join Interrail first class this summer. She got two tickets to her 18th birthday but now we have a problem. Her friend who will be with her only has time for three weeks - so is it possible to change the ticket to another person for one week . so my daughter has the possibility to join four weeks? Unfortunately, my phone broke today and I read that I have to contact the customer service to add my pass on another device. Can you help me with this problem? Hi! I am travelling from the Netherlands to Sweden and back with a friend, but we've had a lot of delays on the way. We've missed several transfers and now we have to stay the night in Stockholm and have to travel an extra day to reach our destination in Härnösand. However, we didn't plan for this and I would now be one day short for the trip home again. Does anyone know if there is any way to fix this, or if I can somehow get an extra day?
Hi, me and my wife are planning to go to Europe this May. If for example I bought a 5 day Eurail Global Pass for a month and I went to London from Paris using eurostar in the morning and went back to Paris from London in late afternoon, would that only count for 1 day? Meaning I still have 4 day eurail pass left? Thank you.
Hi.I’m a U.K. citizen looking to buy one of your continuous interrail passes that are currently discounted to celebrate the 50th anniversary. I read somewhere that these passes are only available to EU residents. Is this true? Am I eligible as a British citizen or do I need to purchase a Eurail pass? Thanks, Liam
My husband and I have 3 month global passes (on app)which we’ll activate in September. I’ve been planning journeys and adding them to My Trip. I haven’t added them to the pass as I gather it’s best to do that on the day, for flexibility. However I’ve changed some of our planned itinerary and want to delete some journeys from My Trip. Cannot see how to do this. Can anyone advise? Thanks
Wir wollen mit dem Global Pass von Freiburg aus nach Wien, Bratislava, Krakau, Lodz, Breslau nach Chemnitz. Pässe haben wir gebucht, aber wenn ich Verbindungen von Polen nach Deutschland suche, steht immer "Not included" da. Kann ich diese Tage im eigenen Land nur zum Startort nutzen? Oder woran liegt das? Oder hat jemand noch eine Idee, wie wir ohne extra zu bezahlen von Breslau nach Chemnitz kommen?
Hi there - I’ve got a number of questions about the 3 month pass that’s currently on promotion - I’ve asked customer support a couple of days ago and haven’t had any response and can’t seem to find exact answers to a lot of the below - hope the community can help answer some of these questions! As a family of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 based in U.K. - if we bought a 3 month continuous pass on the promotion ( ie. for the equivalent of 1 full price Adult ticket) - does this mean we can travel on the Eurostar as many times as we like during the 3months? Hello :)I am from germany and won the DiscoverEU travel pass. Me and my friends plan on visiting some eas european countries, after that I was planning to travel to London. However, the rail planner app marks all trains to london as „one travel pass“. It also tells me to check a certain page for more information, but its just blank. Is it at all possible to travel to the UK? I am not sure since its not really part of the EU anymore :(I hope someone has some experience with the discoverEU pass and can help :)
Does anyone know what the following rules mean at TRENITALIA if you travel in 1st class with Interrail. " Access to the executive and premium services class is not allowed on the frecciarossa 4L , where 1st class Interrail holders are allowed to travel in business" I have added a photo, but it has already been translated into Dutch.
I just wanted to pay the tickets with my credit card, I filled all the forms and my credit card number, but when I clicked the button, all thing just restarted, and it had me to refill the credit card number again. Now, I’m worry about whether I should fill the credit card number again. I’m afraid that I have to the pay double tickets.
Dear community,I have been experiencing a lot of issues using the mobile pass in Interrail's own app. I have been trying to get support from the customer service for more than two weeks now but only received one standard answer to update the app which didn't help me further since my app was and still is up to date. Please let me know if you have any idea how to fix the issue I'll describe below.In the beginning of my travels everything seemed to work fine. After a while different sections of the app (journey details, ticket with QR code,...) started disappearing again and again, I could first help myself by taking screenshots during the times when the app was working. However, for more one week I am not able to access My Pass and My Trip, I can not see my ticket or my journey at all. It looks like I never added a ticket but when trying to add my pass again, it says that "This pass is already on your device". It just seems to be locked or hidden for me in some way. Hello, If I activate my 2-month pass now and select the first day of travel (July 3rd), will it be active now for 2 months or on July 3rd for two months? I want to activate it now to reserve seats for some trains, but I’m afraid the pass would then start right now, and not on the 3rd which is the day I want to start my trip.thank you very much!
Hola Viajeros , soy nuevo en esto y tengo muchísimas dudas jejeje en mayo inicio un viaje en el cual recorreré varias ciudades (Madrid - Barcelona - Paris - Londres - Bruselas- Amsterdam- Roma - Florencia compré el pase mensual y ya tengo los boletos ( QR) , resulta que en ciertas estaciones me pide reserva de asientos , y aquí es donde tengo muchas dudas. considerando la fecha , podré hacer la reserva de asientos apenas llegue a cada ciudad ? si esto fuera así, se respeta ese horario del ticket que tengo en el eurail , o solo son horas estimadas ? de no conseguir la reserva para ese día que es lo que puedo hacer , aún teniendo el boleto ?
On the "frequent questions" it says you can't add or remove a trip after activating your pass, but can you add journeys?If its not possible, missing a train would mean you're stuck in that city, so I guess you can add journeys on the go but I just wanna make sure

I want to visit the following places (though I'm planning on taking it day by day, so might skip a few):Utrecht (Netherlands) >Milan >Cinque Terre >Florence (via Pisa) >Rome >Naples (with day trips to Sorrento/Pompeii/Amalfi coast) >Sicily >Back to Utrecht via Siena/Bologna I have a few questions about this:Is the trip to Sicily (train + ferry) covered by the Interrail Pass? And do I book this through Trenitalia? Can I take the ferry to Sicily from Naples? And what city in Sicily is best to ferry to? I think I'd want to buy some seperate tickets on regional trains to save travel days. Do I book this through Trenitalia?
Hi.I realise the answer is likely “not set in stone”, so this question really goes out to anyone with long standing knowledge of the pricing of the Eurail/Interrail passes.Clearly the price will go up over time. And the 11 month validity makes it possible to buy the passes well in advance. So, I’m contemplating buying passes for the family for travel in Italy next May - in case the price is hiked in the meantime.Anyone forum sages able to take an educated guess when the next price increase might be?Many thanks.PB
Hello all, I am looking to purchase an eurail pass for my trip in December, however when I am trying to create the journey so I can connect it once I’ve bought the pass, it keeps coming up saying Not In Pass Network. Does this mean I can’t use the pass for this journey? The journey is Zurich Airport to Wengen.
