Hello, I’m in the middle of my trip and it seems like I can’t add journeys to my trip anymore. iOS version 15.4.1 app version 23.1.0.In the planner when I click on “save journey” I get the confirmation of saved to trip but when going to the trip there is nothing new there.I have tried:Force quitting the app Restarting the device Reinstalling the appNone of these are letting me get anything new on my trip. What else should I do?
We are a family of four, two children aged 8 and 11 and two adults. We wanted to take an Interrail trip, excited about traveling by train and trusting that it would be pleasant and fun. How wrong we were! Our experience has been horrible. We have taken 8 trains and we have had delays in 5! the shortest 45 minutes, the longest 160! Because of this we have lost the link with the following trains, so we lost the seat reservations we had in first class. Result: on one occasion we had to travel in the train bar, on another we had to spend the night (9 hours!) in a seat despite having reserved beds. I insist: with two small children. If you don't trust our words, take a look at Interrail's compensation policy: they do not compensate any delay of less than 60 minutes. Because? obvious: because there are so many, they would lose money. And the biggest delays equally at ridiculous prices. But that is not all! Hello! I’m studying abroad at in England this year and have a student visa residency card. By the time I’m looking to travel (March-April) I’ll have been here for 6 months. Should I buy a Interrail or a Eurail pass? I know that to buy Eurail you have to be outside of Europe, which I will not be, but my passport is American. Thanks for the help!
Hi, I’ve been trying to book the overnight train to Rovaneimi from Helsinki but it only shows me the timetables and won’t allow me to book without a Eurail pass. The pass is hundreds of dollars (US traveler) and I’d only be booking this train with return and the speed train from Paris to Provence. Thanks!
I made a reservation with OBB for tickets from Munich to Genova, and I am not sure if it is what I think it is. The printed tickets are all German, and I have translated some, and see it does say I paid with a credit card, but I don’t see where the times or train numbers are. I emailed OBB customer service, and there are ticket numbers and a QR code in what I printed, but I can’t figure out where on the ticket where it gives the info I need. I printed out a time table, but I don’t remember where that came from. I can’t find anything on the OBB sute to check a reservation, or to change a reservation. And if I remember, it gave a place to enter our Eurail pass numbers.
My App is completely stuffing up!!! Firstly, I am unable to view all my Saved Journey’s in My Trip. Sometimes I will save a journey, and then when I go to view it, it is not there!!Secondly, when I try to book a journey and add it to My Pass, it will add it initially, then later when I check it has completely disappeared!! I am using a Flexi Pass, and it is almost impossible to add 2 journeys to one travel day, as either one of the journey’s always keeps disappearing. This is very very frustrating as I don’t have a valid ticket for the trains I need to catch TOMORROW!!!! I need help ASAP, I will be unable to travel tomorrow if this is not fixed URGENTLY.
Hi, i’ve bought a 5 day ticket GLOBAL PASS and i’ve activated it just after for August 2021.While i was looking for the reservations, the trains i often put the journey on ADD TO PASS not knowing it would have any consequences to my PASS…Now i have 0/5 left on my journey and i don’t know what to do because my trip i planned on August and i haven’t take any train and it seems like i can’t use my pass anymore and i’m gonna have to buy another one ?Can someone help me to fix the situation, i feel stupid not understanding this but i would like to go back.. Hi, I just have a question about the Eurail pass I was hoping you could help me with. I'm just a bit confused about how the 'Travel Days' work. I am wondering if these travel days must be used consecutively? For example, If I pick the option for 10 travel days in 2 months, do I only have a 10 day period within those two months in which I can use the Eurail pass? Or, alternatively, can I break down those 10 days over the two months? (e.g. Use '1 day' of travel today, and then 2 weeks later use another '1 day' of travel?). I hope this makes sense! Hi everyone! I am from Indonesia. 3 of us (incl a 16 yo child) will visit Europe next June-July, for around 3 weeks. The trip will be start from Italy (Rome, Florence, Pisa, Venice, Milan, Cinque Terre), all the way to Switzerland (we do not know yet which cities will be visitied, but most probably Lugano, Lucerne, Interlaken), Germany (Munich, Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Cologne, Hamburg, Berlin), and Austria (Innsbruck, Salzburg). We will be flying home from Munich.So, here are my questions:Is it better for us to have Eurorail Global Pass for the entire trip or selected days only (flexible pass) or just go with buying individual train ticket on the spot/website? Because there will be several days we spend in one country only, for example 5-6 nights in Italy. Just now I checked the ticket for OBB Nightjet, the rate for adding discount as Eurorail holder and no discount is the same. I wonder why. Hi! I am travelling from the Netherlands to Sweden and back with a friend, but we've had a lot of delays on the way. We've missed several transfers and now we have to stay the night in Stockholm and have to travel an extra day to reach our destination in Härnösand. However, we didn't plan for this and I would now be one day short for the trip home again. Does anyone know if there is any way to fix this, or if I can somehow get an extra day?
I hold a valid Eurail pass, and I am looking to do boat rides in Switzerland (in particular Lake Lucerne and Lake Geneva).Couple of queries regarding 50% discount on these lakes -How to avail this 50% discount? Is it only via in-person booking where I need to show my eurail pass to get discount? Is there any way to avail this discount while purchasing ticket online? Currently I only see reduction option for Swiss half fare card and not for the Eurail Pass while online booking. If I use this 50% discount, does it count in one of my travel dates validity?
Hi.I’m a U.K. citizen looking to buy one of your continuous interrail passes that are currently discounted to celebrate the 50th anniversary. Her friend who will be with her only has time for three weeks - so is it possible to change the ticket to another person for one week . so my daughter has the possibility to join four weeks? Pässe haben wir gebucht, aber wenn ich Verbindungen von Polen nach Deutschland suche, steht immer "Not included" da. Kann ich diese Tage im eigenen Land nur zum Startort nutzen? Oder woran liegt das? Dear community,I have been experiencing a lot of issues using the mobile pass in Interrail's own app. I have been trying to get support from the customer service for more than two weeks now but only received one standard answer to update the app which didn't help me further since my app was and still is up to date. Please let me know if you have any idea how to fix the issue I'll describe below.In the beginning of my travels everything seemed to work fine. After a while different sections of the app (journey details, ticket with QR code,...) started disappearing again and again, I could first help myself by taking screenshots during the times when the app was working. However, for more one week I am not able to access My Pass and My Trip, I can not see my ticket or my journey at all. It looks like I never added a ticket but when trying to add my pass again, it says that "This pass is already on your device". It just seems to be locked or hidden for me in some way.
