Hello, I'm the holder of 2 Eurail Pass. The reason why I made an inquiry is because of the seat reservation. I put those seats in my shopping basket to reserve the seats I want.If you enter the shopping basket, there is a button called 'checkout', and you press the button and enter 'Billing details' and 'contact details'. After that, I tried to proceed to the next step by pressing the button 'continue to traveler details', but the button did not work.To solve this problem, I tried various browsers on the computer, tried English, Korean, and Spanish on the Eurail homepage, reduced the number of seats in the shopping cart to two, and tried using my cell phone. But none of them worked.If anyone knows the answer to this question, please answer. Thank you.
HallochIch habe ein Interrail Global Pass und reise im April 2023 3 Tage Nach Paris dann 4 Tage London, 4 Tage Brüssel, und 4 Tage München. Ich habe bei einem Thema gelesen das man sein pass aktivieren muss was ich nicht ganz versteh, ich habe mein Pass bei DB gekauft am Schalter muss ich den auch Online auf der Webseite aktivieren? Ich habe probiert ein Sitzplatzreservierung zu schauen und dann kam das Fenster mit Deine fahrt und die Reisenden auswählen habe ich dadurhc mein Pass online aktiviert oder wie ist das?Würde mich freuen über eine Rpckmeldung?EundFreundliche Grüsse Rampi
I bought a 3 month pass in the 50% sale 10/05/2022 and am just beginning to plan my amazing trip.What is the latest date to activate the pass?And what is the last date of travel after activation?Specifically, is it 3 months after the last date of activation?I just need to be clear so I don’t miss out.Thanks,Roy.
Hi there community I would like to ask what is the best way to book train reserve seats1) Will mobile ticket code or qr code work when presenting it at the gate before entering the train for the following Portugal, Spain, Switzerland France and Italy2) I see that train inspector may require me to present the ticket physically on the countries above what should I do to show that I am a passenger 3) what can I do if the train station in the database is not available to book what is the best way to get tickets there Thanking you kindly 😊
My eldest child will turn 12 next year and they have a child global pass (along with me having an adult global pass). We had hoped to start our travel before they turn 12 but unfortunately no longer can. However, we will have a spare day in our itinerary and could activate/start their pass before they turn 12, sacrificing that spare day and still complete our itinerary in the remaining days and duration of the global pass. Would that be possible even though we do not actually travel on the start day before they turn 12? e.g. we do not add a journey to that day in the app? And, if so, could we do this for the child alone or would an adult pass also need to be started on the same day?

I kept entering my passport ID and putting in valid dates but it seemed like the app didn’t want to accept the ID number - As it seemed to keep going back to the ID field and I was unable to see/click the submit/activate button. The issue I found was that it was just that the keyboard wouldn’t minimise. There was no issue with my data or the app. I couldn’t get rid of the keyboard in the way I do normally (e.g. I couldn’t swipe it down and there’s no way to minimise it using the keyboard itself). However if you click anywhere on the main page outside of the keyboard - It will go away. Then you can see and press the ‘activate’ button. Simple solution but it’s been driving me crazy and seems like some other iPhone users Apple forums have had some similar issues. I was due to travel soon and was having a panic that I wouldn’t be able to activate my pass in time - So thought I’d post here in case anyone else came across the same issue!

Our itinerary is as follows:1st journey: Leipzig (our hometown) - Antwerp 2nd journey: Antwerp - Amsterdam 3rd journey: Amsterdam - Antwerp 4th journey: Antwerp - LeipzigIn this case, can we buy the Benelux Pass or should we buy the Global 4-Day Pass? Hello.I have something to ask.I am planning a trip through '4 days within 1 month pass'.When I go from point A to point B by train, if I stop at several points, I wonder if we can calculate it once.I will send my captured rail planner screen for accurate judgment.Do you judge the journey from Prague to Wien as "1 day"?Oh, and I'm wondering if I use train leaving late at night and arriving the next morning, also we judge that it's "1 day", right?Thanks for your kind replies.
The rail passes I have are electronic mobile pass versions, they show up under my Eurail account, but I’m not sure how to use them when it comes time to reserve/pay for seats on eurail.com. Basically, I’ve got all my routes selected, and I’m ready to go to the checkout screen. But it looks like I still need to pay $20/person plus an $8 service charge per train. My assumption was that since I purchased the rail pass, I could reserve seats using the rail pass and not have to pay anything. But nowhere during the checkout process am I asked to input my pass #’s.
Can you help me? I booked a train from Budapest to Prague by Eurail Pass. I couldn't get on because of the Austrian train strike. I booked another train, but I missed it. I'm going to take a plane with a one-day ticket, but there's no other train today. Can I refund this train ticket or change it to the next day? please.
Hi, I have an Interrail mobile pass for 7 days within one month. The last activation date is 31 August 2022 but I am not able to start my first journey until 20 September 2022. I then plan to complete all 7 days of travel by 30 September 2022. Is this permitted? Or do I have to take my first journey on the date that I activate the pass (ie travel on 31 August 2022?).Any advice gratefully received.
I purchased a 2 month interrail pass on 11th May 2022 so I need to activate it no later than the 11th April 2023. My plan is to activate the pass on the 10th April 2023 and set a start date of 20th April 2023. My current understanding is that the 2 month duration will start on the 11th April (instead of the 20th April start date) and my last day of usage will be the 11th June 2023. Can someone confirm that my understanding is correct and it is possible to set a start date which occurs after the 11 months from purchase? Thanks.
Hello everyone,I’d like to travel from the UK to Germany on 21 December by Interrail. Since I’ve been quite late, I have only been able to get a seat reservation to Amsterdam, not to Brussels. (Strange booking system logics...)The reservation is for the train leaving London St Pancras at 8:16. Since I want to continue on to Germany, changing in Brussels would save me a lot of time. Just to be sure: It should be possible to get off the train in Brussels at 11:12, rather than Amsterdam at 13:14, right?Thank you all in advance!Best,amadeu
I am planning a Eurail trip and will be traveling on my South African passport as I currently reside there. I do however also have a Swiss passport and wondered if the regulations regarding one in-bound & one out-bound trip in Switzerland also apply to me, or whether I would be able to visit multiple destinations in Switzerland as well?

Hello, I have a travel plan for February, I have an "unlimited pass" ticket, I want to start my journey from Greece and go from there to Venice, to visit Europe, but when I look at the train times and reservation, I could not see a train departing from or from Greece. . Have train services to Greece stopped? How can I get information about this, I will plan my trip accordingly. Hey, so I am traveling from Sweden to Amsterdam 29th of november, and then coming back from Amsterdam to Sweden the 2nd of december. Trying to understand the different passes, but would a “5 days within 1 month” pass work for this trip? Also, if you have done this trip, is it worth to pay for first class?
