Hi all, I am trying to activate my pass and I´m at step 3 where I have to type in my passport number. However, the app only provides me with a numerical keyboard. My German passport number only has 1 number in it though, the rest are letters. How can I activate my pass now? Interrail is a bit ignorant, being a European project, not taking into account different passport numbers in the indivual countries.
Three of us are travelling from Paris to Annecy on July 11. We have made a reservation from Gare Lyons Paris to Lyons Part Dieu, and then we have to change trains in Lyons. The schedule says “No reservations required”/ “You’re ready to board”. We are concerned that the train might be full. We also only have 12 minutes to change trains in Lyons. The train we hope to catch from Lyons to Annecy leaves at 14:08.Is the afternoon train from Lyons to Annecy typically busy? Can we book a reservation, even if it says “no reservation required”? Is 12 minutes enough time for us to get from one train to another in Lyons? There is another train from Lyons to Annecy at 14:50 but we would have to change trains in Chambery, with only.a five minute stop.
Hello, first time inter railing, so I'm feeling a bit lost... Just figured out that I need a seat reservation to get to Paris from London, but by the looks of it, there are no available reservations in whole June. So, does someone have any suggestions on a different route I could take to get myself to Paris within Monday the 20th of June? I dont mind traveling the whole day!
Hello, my wife and I purchased Interrail Global Passes for a trip in September. Every train I try to book has the message "Prices unavailable No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out." I'm starting to wonder if the pass was worth it! Any suggestions?
Does the Eurail 22 day global pass cover anywhere in England outside of London for the Chunnel? Example: Could I go from London to Highclere, Stonehenge, Oxford, Liverpool or Manchester and back to London at different times using it so long as I stay within my 22 days?Would this same pass still be what I use to go from London to Paris and around France before returning to London, or would I need another pass for this leg of my travels?
Hi Community, My wife and I booked for first class sleeper (we are paying extra for our 50th wedding anniversary !) on the Nightjet sleeper from Munich to Rome. The Nightjet website shows only 3 one bed cabins available on this train, whereas Interrail Reservations shows only 4-berth first cabins can be reserved. We have to get this particular train as our whole holiday is booked around this journey. Therefore we paid 88euros for 2 tickets. I have asked Interrail (by email) if I need to buy another 88 euros to secure the cabin for occupation by only my wife and me. I need a very quick reply as there are only the 3 cabins available and they may well be booked very soon. My email was sent 3 days ago and I have had no reply. I can understand a delay for routine enquiries but is there a method to contact Interrail for more urgent enquiries please ? Chatbot does not seem to work for me
Hi everybody, I would like to make a reservation for me and my two friends for our trip to North Europe but there is a problem because I can’t reserve seats or beds in the train from Berlin and the problem is described as follows: “Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”Is it possible that the train is already sold out? I have tried to look for the same train e.g. in October and there is the same problem. I have also tried to book seats on websites of train companies but I wasn’t successful. Hi, recently I bought a global pass. Now I am trying to reserve a train seat from paris to barcelona but it says the physical ticket won´t arrive on time. However, my trip is only planned on the 21st of july. I don´t see why this will not be on time. How do I fix this? Can I also just get an online ticket?
Hi, please can you help. I can’t add my pass to my account it’s saying the details are incorrect. I’ve input them exactly as on my confirmation email etc but had no luck!!!! I have a double barrelled last name so think this is where the issue lies!I travel tomorrow so need this sorting urgently and cannot get through on the phones! I have to make a reservation for some seats from Marseille to Barcelona and it tells me that they will send me the physical ticket, the problem is that they say that the ticket will arrive at my home on the dates that I will be traveling, how can I do it?
Hi there, We were looking to travel on Monday 11 July from San Sebastian/Donastia to Barcelona Sants on Alvia #533. We just got into Spain to book seat reservations. We can find the availability on raileurope.com for full price tickets (https://www.raileurope.com/en/journey/san-sebastian-donostia-barcelona-sants-1ifrp91?leg=outbound&outbound=30e5b4-42e3cb) but on the renfe website, it says Tren completo which I'm assuming it's full. We also went to the ticket office and they said full train too. Can anyone explain why we can see and buy tickets on raileurope.com if the Renfe website and the office lady says it's full? Also does anyone have any suggestions on how we can get to Barcelona from San Sebastian if the direct train is full? I can see the ones with the changes in Vitoria, but hoping we can get in earlier than 9.35pm... Thanks!
Hi,I have created a trip in the mobile app, and I want to add another traveller and make reservations. for that I have to use the online website(?), but when I login with the email I bought my pass I dont see my trip anywhere. Do I have to start over and can I see wich trains I have added online like in the app? or how do I fix this. I haven’t activated the pass in the app yet
I have bought an interrail pass to travel in Norway. I am now trying to book seat reservations from Oslo-Bodo, but I am having some difficulties. When I try to check out, it says that it is require a paper reservation and that it won't arrive in time in Portugal. What should I do? Please help
Hi! Can you help me with this problem? I need a Pass Cover Number for seat reservation. I already sent a message to customer service, but I didn’t receive any answer. My travel starts in one week. Also, I have some problems with seat reservation in Norway. I called Entur and they made me wait a long time without any answer. I hope they will tomorow!!! Thank you!
There’s absolutly not Eurostar pass seats available the whole of next week … I know there’s a limited number of seats but is that a common occurence? (I’ve never had to reserve so late before) Could seats become available last minute? (I also checked b-europe)😨I’m flexible with the days that week but it’s not like I can change my trip, I’m going home!I’ve been trying to reserve that leg for a while, having a nightmare with the interail reservation system (then I had to wait because of the strikes in UK and new timetables).I was already regretting getting a pass for that trip for other reasons but now it’s even worth if I have to purchase a normal ticket 😫
If I connect my mobile pass to a trip in the app, will the days of the individual journeys that I have saved in the trip be booked directly and irrevocably as travel days?I want to use a few travel days spontaneously and have saved the same trip on several days in order to spontaneously decide on which day I want to start it.

Abbiamo provato a collegare i nostri viaggi ma penso che abbiamo sbagliato qualcosa perchè alcuni orari non combaciano e, visto che lo abbiamo attivato, non possiamo più scollegarlo. Avete delle soluzioni?Inoltre, una volta organizzato il viaggio nella sezione “My pass” come facciamo ad attivare i biglietti? e poi come facciamo a comprare i posti a sedere?
