Hello!I am traveling in July 2022 and am attempting to book the following ticket reservations to no avail:Venezia S. Lucia to Muenchen Hbf (09:10 → 16:35 on 13 July 2022) Muenchen Hbf → Prague Hlavni Nadrazi (10:43 → 16:21 on 16 July 2022) Berlin Hbf → Amsterdam Centraal (09:07 → 16:50 on 23 July 2022) Amsterdam Centraal → Paris Nord (09:15 → 12:35 on July 26 2022)Please note that I was successfully able to book the following reservations (while dealing with issues from the website):Roma Termini → Firenze SMN (12:10 → 13:46 on 8 July 2022) Firenze SMN → Venezia S. Lucia (12:20 → 14:34 on 10 July 2022) Prague Hlavnni Nadrazi → Berlin Hbf (10:25 → 14:42 on 19 July 2022)I would appreciate any assistance whatsoever in booking the 4 reservations that I am unable to book. Please note that I have successfully purchased and activated my Global Eurail Pass.-Max
For exceedingly convoluted reasons my group has a eurostar ticked booked for my interail pass which, due to changes in schedule, I won’t be able to use but another man who’s on the trip will be able to use it. Will he be able to use my booking at the station? If not would it be possible to transfer the booking to him?
Hi there, We were looking to travel on Monday 11 July from San Sebastian/Donastia to Barcelona Sants on Alvia #533. We just got into Spain to book seat reservations. We can find the availability on raileurope.com for full price tickets (https://www.raileurope.com/en/journey/san-sebastian-donostia-barcelona-sants-1ifrp91?leg=outbound&outbound=30e5b4-42e3cb) but on the renfe website, it says Tren completo which I'm assuming it's full. We also went to the ticket office and they said full train too. Can anyone explain why we can see and buy tickets on raileurope.com if the Renfe website and the office lady says it's full? Also does anyone have any suggestions on how we can get to Barcelona from San Sebastian if the direct train is full? I can see the ones with the changes in Vitoria, but hoping we can get in earlier than 9.35pm... Thanks!
Hi everybody, I would like to make a reservation for me and my two friends for our trip to North Europe but there is a problem because I can’t reserve seats or beds in the train from Berlin and the problem is described as follows: “Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”Is it possible that the train is already sold out? I have tried to look for the same train e.g. in October and there is the same problem. I have also tried to book seats on websites of train companies but I wasn’t successful. Hi everyone! I'm gonna apply for an Hungarian Schengen visa. I got an one month global pass. I'm told to present everything during the application. Flights (in and out) and accommodations are okay, they r fixed. However, I don't know how to present train reservations because I'm going to use the free trains mostly that doesn't require seat reservations. What do you do that? Is there anyone who had to apply for a visa like this?

Eurostar Train from London to Amsterdam during UK Rail Strike on June 21- can we follow Eurostar advice to take IC?
Hi all,So I’m using my Eurail pass to travel from London to Amsterdam on the Eurostar on June 21. I already reserved my seats through the Eurail site and received my e-tickets a couple of weeks ago. I just got word, from Eurostar, however, that the train leaving at 11:04 will no longer be stopping at Amsterdam but instead at Brussels. The email also said that we can still use our Eurostar ticket to go catch an Intercity train from Brussels to Amsterdam. My question is, can we go ahead and move forward with the suggestion made by Eurostar and just take the train from London to Amsterdam and then hop on board IC to Amsterdam? Or do we have to have to reserve another ticket for both of these trips? Lastly, how would we fill out our Travel diary in this situation? If anyone is in a similar situation, please let me know how you have figured it out as most of the Eurostar phone lines are closed this weekend. Thanks!
The Eurail site suggests there are no Eurail Aid offices in London, the UK generally, Paris or France.This is a major omission, especially since these are nations where a very large number of Eurailers commence their Pass usage.Are there any plans to rectify this? If Eurail Paper Passes don’t arrive in the mail, why can’t they simply be cancelled and reissued at such an office? (I assume the answer may be ‘we can’t prevent fraud’). But latter could be minimised by ‘blacklisting’ particular Pass numbers if they were crosschecked against purchasers’ names. In any case, they need a valid passport to accompany for validation at a ticket office.
hello there i am trying to do the seat reservation for me and my wife but i am not able to add her as 2nd traveller i bought 2 passes at different times with same account under same email but when i am trying to book seat reservation it doesnt allow me to or showing that i can book for 2 travellers together any suggestion how can i book us together i my account i can see both of our passes but not able book us together i tried deleting her pass from account and add her as a traveller but its not letting me do that either
Hello! I am trying to book a Eurostar train and trains in France with sncb. The website does not let me book without a pass cover number. I have a mobile pass so I don’t have one. Can anyone please help me? The rail planner says I should go to a station and book but how can I do that if I am not in France/UK.
Hey, I want to go to Paris at the end of July (from Berlin), then back to Berlin. Then at the beginning of August to Cologne and then to Austria. Then back to Cologne and then to Berlin. I’ve got a global mobile pass. Sorry if these are stupid quesitons, but this is my first time using it. When should I connect a journey to my pass? Should I wait until I’m on the train? What happens if I connect a journey before I board and then miss that train or the train is cancelled? Can I just get on the next train to the same destination using the same QR code? If my journey has multiple changes, do I need a QR for each stage? For example, I want to go from Bruges to Berlin, which takes c8h overall and has 2 changes. Do I get one QR code for the whole journey when I board at Bruges, or do I break it down into stages and get a separate QR code for each stage?
Hello, I have a small problem: I have a mobile Interrail Pass. However, due to an issue with my IPhone, I had to reset it. As my pass was registered on the railplanner app, and as I tried to enter the code of my pass on the app, the app said "your pass is already registered on another device". But that's not possible, I had to do a reset of my phone.I will probably have to change the battery of my Phone, so maybe I will have to ask the same question another time if the Apple Store has to reset again my phone or if I have to change my phone. I will be travelling very very soon, so if I can have an answer quickly that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Yann
I am trying to buy a couple of 5 day Eurail passes for Ireland for a July trip, but the website is telling me shipping will take until mid-August? Is there anyway to get this shipped much much much faster, like within a week. Or alternatively, can I just buy the pass at one of the Dublin train stations? if so, how much more will that cost than purchasing online? Thanks
I installed the Interrail Rail Planner App, added my pass and tickets but now it refuses to open: my mobile is always shutting down, when opening it. What can I do?The customer service’s advice wasn´t helpful. The prior condition was always a started app e.g. for error logging and so on. But as I wrote: The mobile (Iphone SE (2016) IOS 13.1.2), is shutting down after starting the app before I can do anything.
