I have changed my movile phone and now i can’t get my pass because it is active in the oldest phone. So how can i solve this problem? Please it’s very urgent because my trip starts in less than two weeks, so if anyone have this problem and could give me an answers it will be very nice. Thank you so much
Hello, I am planning to do interrailing from Roma to Vienna, Vienna to Warsaw, Warsaw to Prague, Prague to Budapest and Budapest to Roma (Via Vienna). I would like to know if there can be any better route planner for this above itinerary? Also, when I checked for Vienna to Warsaw night train, The DBB or Interrail is not showing any trails but Poland Railway website is showing a direct night train (no stops). Can I book the seat reservation from their website? Thank you
Hello everyone,In September I will start my global interrail for 1 month and I have some doubts that after checking similar tickets they have not clarified my doubt. My last travel will be in montpellier and later i will get a train to visit barcelona , then i choose a train from france to spain but i live in malaga,so my doubt is that if i go from montpellier to barcelona and stay 2 days in barcelona and later get a train to malaga, this is considered as 2 inbound journey or like i get a train in barcelona to malaga will be 1 inbound journey. Hello All,I recently had a particularly unpleasant experience when asking someone politely to move from my reserved seat on a compulsory reservation train in the Czech Republic (IC 500). We ended up having to get the trains conductor and it got extremely aggressive. Are there any suggestions or helpful advice you can provide going forward? Thanks in advance,Ben :)
Hi,yesterday we discovered that our dates of birth are wrong on our cards. We want to leave on Saturday (tomorrow), just judging by all the responses, customer service will not respond in time. Is there a possibility to adjust it yourself? Because traveling with wrong data doesn't feel good.-Iduna
I have to travel tomorrow and my app have been showing me a warning saying that i have not connected to internet in 24 hours which it's not true. I uninstalled the app and installed again to see if that works but now i have a problem with the 'reactivation' of my pass. Now a message pop up saying: "There is a problem, the pass' data cannot be load, be sure you have a connection and try again later". Please, i don't know what to do and i have to travel tomorrow. THIS IS VERY URGENT!!!
We're a family of 4 planning on going Amsterdam → Bruges on the 26th of July, sometime late morning or early afternoon. After looking on Eurail, we essentially have two options: Thalys or IC.Thalys to Brussels, IC to Bruges USD $94 IC to Brussels, separate IC to Bruges (no reservation)Although slower, obviously number 2 seems to be the better option. But I'm concerned if there will be space on this train, as it's peak summer season and I’ve been told to reserve seats wherever I can. Obviously I'd hate to stand for 4 hours.
Hello.. I am new to this eurail website and I started planning my travel and I saw in planner in mobile app I turned on filter for No seat reservations required and searched for travel from kopenhagen to hamburg. In the results I get I see high speed train and one IC train and it says the reservation is recommended.I want to know is it just a suggestion or I have to do reservation in that case?
I looked up for trains from Paris to Le Havre. I saved them in the app as my ticket. At the train station it didnt work because of „invalid ticket“. Some people said ythe TER trains are not included. But i can select them in the app. Thanks for your help.
Hello, how do i know if i have activated the interrail pas?We are a group, we had all the passes on one mobile now (but we haven't used them or anything) we need two of the passes to be on another mobile. How can we do it? Once activated, can we modify the trip that we had planned?For example, there are two days that we are in London and we want to take the metro but we have not put it in the application. Would it be possible to take the subway? Thank you very much
Hello, I need a pass cover number to book a seat reservation with Thalys, but I have a mobile pass so I do not have a cover number. I have tried to request one from support, but with the recent delays in answer, I am not hopeful. I am afraid it will sell out before they get back to me. Any Ideas for a work-around?
Hello dear community,I have a question regarding travel days and night trains. So there is a connection tonight from Lille Flandres to Bordeaux St Jean.Time = 19:12 - 00:37 With one change in Paris Nord at 20:14Am I correct to assume that this journey counts as only one travel day?Night trains being defined as any train departuring before midnight and arriving afterwards. I've been traveling all day from Copenhagen and to arrive to Bordeaux in one travel day is the mission.Was hoping for info so to know if I can book the reservations because they're both TGVs.Thanks for your help as always, appreciated!
Hello, I bought interrail global pass and I want to depart from Valencia, Spain. My train departs from Valencia the 31st of july at 16:38, but I have to wait one day in Barcelona, so the next morning I leave Barcelona on my way to Geneve. I read that you can’t travel more than one day in your country in order to leave it, so my question is if “one day” means one calendar day or means 24 hours since the beggining of my travel.
Hi We have just heard the news about the strike on July 27th. We are booked to leave Oxenholme station on train to get Eurostar that day, using our Interrail passes. This will be the first leg of our 16dsy holiday. Accommodation booked in five countries. Absolutely gutted. I know this sounds stupid but can anyone advise? Obviously we don't know if the Eurostar will be affected but if it is,. ..well. .what? Speechless Any help most welcome Thanks Deb

We have paid the Greek Island Pass (4 days within a month) and have already the ID of the reservation.📲 Now we need to activate the pass in the Interrail app but our ID does NOT work. Considerint we are travelling on August (busy ferries, I suppose), we want to activate the pass and reservate the different ferries Athens - Santorini - Naxos. 😓😓 THE PROBLEM: The app gives us an error by which our ID is not valid. We think this is due to our start date pass: 15th August. Does this mean we won't be able to reservate the ferries until 15th August? We want guarantees... And do NOT have any email response. Hey. It’s me again. I am FREAKING OUT. I’m leaving with my friend on the 31th or July or the 1st of August - or at least I’m supposed to. We are cool with the first stop, it could be Amsterdam or any city in Germany really. The thing is that EVERY Interrail ticket is BOOKED. We don’t know where to go, we can’t travel later than that. What the fuck is happening? Why sell 500 euros Interrail passes if you can’t travel with it? PLEASE help. It’s urgent.
I have an two month ticket and I plan to go home in the middle. I know that you can only enter and leave your own country once. I am prepared to pay if I leave and enter the second time that is not a problem. My question is if my pass ends if I enter my home country in the first month already?
We had a trip planned on the 6th to go to from NL to Spain. On the 5th at 18:30 we get an email that the french rails are on strike the next day (our travel day) and we see that our train is canceled. Now it’s impossible for us to travel anymore because 3/5 trains were canceled and everything was fully booked everywhere.We went to the central station on the 6th very early in the morning to see if there’s any chance to get another connection but no success. We cancel the entire trip and we notice that we cannot deactivate the pass.The problem now is that we contacted interrail a bunch of times and after an initial reply from them they ghosted us. It’s been a week and no answer after multiple other attempts to reach them.This is really frustrating, we don’t want any sort of refund just a deactivation so that we can use the passes later. We never scanned our passes anywhere and everything is just going to waste.Any advice on how to proceed?

I am planning on going to Paris next week (20th July 2022) but I can’t seem to find any seat reservations available? if anyone can give me any advice (I’m happy to take long routes and different changes if it means I can get to Paris with my interrail pass!) thank you!!!
Hi, I’m going interrailing for the first time next week. One journey we are trying to find a way to book is Marseilles → Barcelona on August 10th, but we are struggling to do so because it seems like we can only book a paper ticket. We are leaving the country on Tuesday though and it says it will take 2 weeks to be delivered, which is obviously when we won’t be home. Can we just book a ticket when we arrive in Marseilles on July 6th, or will this be too late? Thanks.
