Help! Need to change travel day the same day!
Hello community,we’ve a huge problem right now. We’ve a mobile pass (7 days in a month) and tomorrow should be our last travel day. We’re in Lugano/ Switzerland and want to go back to Germany. But I didn’t manage to change the travel day (should be today once) and now we’re kind of forced to travel today cause the day is activated. We’ve booked and payed a hotel for two nights, so we really don’t want to travel today.Does someone know wether there is any possibility to change the travel day or has made similar experiences??I sent a mail to the interrail company, but they automatically texted me the answer can take within 7 days…I hope someone can help us! From Hannover (Germany) to Mallorca (Spain) with Interrail
Hello, I`m 54 years old and I would like travel in november from Hannover in germany to Mallorca (via Barcelona (until Barcelona with train and with ferry to Mallorca)) and stay in Mallorca 2 weeks and will travel with the same interrail pass back. Which interrail pass (Global pass spain?)? is the optimized pass for that journey? Which tickets I need for this journey besides the interrail pass and the reservations? Does I have discount for the ferry ticket from Barcelona to Mallorca? How much? Is there an alternative for this ticket planning with similar or cheaper price?
Train that doesnt require reservation
I will be taking some trains that do not require a reservation. I have a mobile pass and have added the trips I will be taking to my pass. I can see the QR code on the app, is there any thing else I have to do like print a physical ticket? Or do I just board the train with just my eurail pass with the trip active? Because I don’t have a PNR code since the trips are only on my eurail app. Thanks.
choosing trip days
Let's say I bought a 5 days pass for 1 month.After I choose my first day to activate the pass,Can I choose whenever I want to use for the 4 days that left??In other words, can I change dates for the other days during the month? Or I have to choose which 5 days exactlt upfront to activate my pass??

Hola, si tengo un pase global que supuestamente te permite reservar en los trenes disponibles, por qué el planificador de viajes me dice que si quiero ir de Valencia a París me cuesta 50 euros? Suelen cobrarte aparte por los viajes o hay alguna manera de canjear eso con el pase?Gracias!!
What pass do I choose?
I’m having some minor trouble booking tickets. my pass is easy but my mother is from South Africa with a SA passport (waiting on her British passport and not sure if it will come in time). What pass can I book for her? Because when I tried to book a general Eurorail global pass it asked for country of residence but only had EU countries despite the pass being meant to be for non-EU citizens. Am I reading something wrong or doing something wrong?
is it possible to take the same route in both directions at one day?

Interail self-service check out process
I am trying to make seat reservations for my trip in Italy. I have already gotten a ticket on the rail planner app. I click on the check out, and it wants me to put in Billing information in the site. I cannot get past the Country section because it doesn’t have United States as a listed County. BTW it would be simpler if you could do this all within one app. Very confusing.
Cant delete a trip
So, the Problem is:My girlfriend an me booked two global passes from her account. if she wants to add us to a trip it wont work for my ticket. the platform says there is already an activated trip on my pass. It says i activated it in august but i didnt activate anything (the details that we will travel from first of october till end of november are right but i didnt activate it in august, aktivated the ticket 4 days ago). we already deleted everything we could, like we began a journey in the app when we activated the pass four days ago(i couldnt reserve, there was a error message ) than on pc (it worked for me from my interrail account but was not synced with the app and i couldnt add her. It said that the detail name and number arent right). And neither off us can delete this trip, not in the app or login in via browser, not with her account or mine. Cannot fint my mobile pass on my interrail account
Hey guys, I’m currently out travelling with my mobile pass, bought at interrail.eu. But I cannot find this pass on my account for some reason, which means that I can’t book seat reservations through my account.Does anyone have a clue about where I can find my pass? I’ve got the pass reference number. Thank you!!

Hi Guys!I hope someone can help me because I have a doubt and I can’t contact the assistance in short terms.I bought an Interrail Pass. I would like to activate my pass with my first trip that will be on the 2nd of October so that I can take advantage of the two-month duration starting from that day.I looked at the different options on your app and I found a suitable trip (NO reservation mentioned) and I saved it on my app. How does it work now?I go on the app on the 1st > I activate my pass > I add to my pass the journey I have already saved > I get on the train on the 2nd. Issues with seat reservation between Amsterdam and Paris
Hi! I’m trying to book a seat in a train from Amsterdam to Paris. Almost every one of the options on the website says: “No price results were found for this connection. Please try searching again or find an alternative way to book.” I also tried to book directly from the Thalys website but when I try to search for trains it says there’s a technical error. What should I do?
Bug with the mobile app - pass doesn't show with poor on-train wifi / 4G signal
How do I report a bug with the mobile app?Showing the pass at a ticket check seems to try & make a connection. If the phone is connected to on-train WiFi but the signal is (temporarily) poor then the app just stalls / hangs. This is a very uncomfortable experience when the train manager/guard/<whatever> is standing next to you.The same applies if the phone is connected to 3G/4G and the signal is poor.I had to turn off WiFi and/or turn off mobile data and then it’s fine. The app was fine once it knew there was no connection at all - it was just upset by a bad connection.I worked this out but then I work with IT. Someone less aware of IT or who doesn’t know how to turn off WiFi and/or mobile data could have an uncomfortable experience.
Validity of my Global Pass purchased via a third party agent prior to Covid 19
I purchased a 2 month Global Pass on Dec 03 2019 for travel to begin in May 2020.It was purchased via an agent (ACPrail) based in Canada)And of course, the trip was postponed due to the pandemicIt has been rescheduled for Oct 18 - Nov 30 My basic understanding after reviewing the pandemic extensions granted on the Eurorail site that my pass will still be valid - but I’m not totally sure and concerned I might be overlooking some potential issues because I purchased the ticket via an agent for Eurorail and not directly Any insight from the community would be greatly appreciated best regards-bruce
