Hi, I accidentally bought the wrong pass and so I followed the steps on the interrail website to exchange it for the correct pass. I sent my request over two weeks but all I’ve received is a string of confusing emails saying my requests have been merged and most recently an email asking to rate their customer support. I’m not sure if this means my request is being processed or if it’s somehow gotten lost.Should I send another request? I’ve put off doing this as I don’t want to confuse the matter further.It would be Ideal to talk to interrail customer support directly but I can’t find any contact number. I’m currently travelling and will be needing the money from the refund very soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks
Brussels-Wien reservation not available
Hey!Me and my girlfriend recently bought an interrail global pass that allows us to travel 5 days within one month. We already chose our destinations and it seems that we only have to make one reservation in our entire trip. For our first train, we travel from Bruxelles-Nord to Wien Meidling on June 27st. Our train leaves at 19:43 and directly goes to Wien, arriving at 9:11 the next day. I have been trying to make a reservation for the two of us with Interrail, Deutsche Bahn and CD, but all of the platforms indicated that the reservation was impossible. However, they didn’t give me any reasons for it. I was wondering if the train might already be fully booked, but when I tried to book via the Belgian railway (NMBS) platform, I didn’t get any problem notifications so there must be some places left. Could it then be that it’s still too early to make a reservation? Have you any suggestions for me? Would it be a good idea to go to the Bruxelles-Nord railway station and make the reservation
Problemas reserva asientos
¡¡Hola!!nos vamos de interrail este verano y estamos teniendo problemas a la hora de reservar asientos en la web de interrail, por ejemplo, entre Viena y Venecia (22 de julio) y entre Zagreb y Split (26 de julio). Nuestra duda surge porque no sabemos si tal vez es porque no se puede todavía reservar asientos, porque se han agotado, etc. Esperamos su respuesta, un saludo y muchas gracias :)
My trip isn't started yet but the app shows "3/4 travel days left". Is it normal?
Hi, i have a 4-days global pass (mobile) and my trip will start in a month. I've created a trip and linked the pass into the app, with all my journeys. My 4 travel days are: 25 june, 26 june, 30 june, 2 july (they of course comprehend the outbound and inbound trips). I've never activated none of the qr codes shown in the app.So, as you can see in these 2 screenshots, there might be a problem:Yet I'm not sure, can anybody tell me if is it normal or not?Thanks!
One Country pass Portugal, need reservation for every train.
Country pass ticketHello everyone, i have bought a country pass ticket to portugal, i want to go in the end of july. But when i check out my trip for like say june(my bad for not doing so earlier). I see that i need to reserve seats for every train wich will be the cost of my ticket in the first place. And some trains can’t be boarded with country passes? I am just really confused, does anyone have any advice on what to do?
Ticket with QR code is not loading
Hi there,I have the issue that I can't load my ticket with the QR code in the rail planner app.When I click on “show ticket”, it would just load forever, saying “Loading your ticket. If this is taking a while… “. It never worked in the past, and this is my first travel day. There is no error or anything.I'm trying for 4 hours straight now, I've let it load for 30 minutes, restarted the app a lot, restartet the phone, trying with LTE and wifi, let the app load after opening it and before proceeding. I'm out of ideas and I'm currently traveling so I'm pretty afraid of a hefty fine as I currently don't have a ticket at all.Any help in timely manner would be super great!YoursJulleVersion 23.2.0Huawei P20 Pro
Reservations search unresponsive? It fails to load trains
Hi - is it just me, or has the eurail ‘book reservations’ site been failing to load trains for several days now? I’ve tried in several browsers. I can enter the train stations, select my pass, but then it just gets stuck trying to load the available trains on that date? It previously worked fine (albeit with the various other glitches). Thanks

Money refund- how long does it take usually?
Hi there,12 days ago, I requested an exchange, but I did not get any respond yet, nor did I get refunded the money. I do not know how to get in contact with the service, so I decided to ask for help here. How long does it usually take till the money for an exchange is paid back? I don't want to look impatient. I just don't know how long it usually takes, so I don't know what time-range to expect before having the money back.Tanks in advance!

Hace un mes rellené el formulario para participar en el sorteo del viaje del Inter Rail y me tocó. El caso es que yo elegí la opción de viajar con amigos pero no encontré ningún sitio en la web para incluirlos en mi viaje y creo que debería haberlo hecho. No entiendo por que si debería haberlos incluido (puesto que elegí el viaje en grupo) no me saltó ningún aviso o incompatibilidad de que no había añadido a ningún amigo a mi viaje. ¿Hay alguna forma de habiendo elegido el viaje en grupo pero no habiendo añadido a mis amigos los pueda incluirlos ahora de alguna forma?
Refund Sent to old account
I bought a pass last year, then when I saw the recent special offer I decided to exchange the pass I had bought for a new one.As per instructions I purchased the new passes and then applied for a refund for the old ones. However I then realised that the card I originally used to buy the passes was connected to a bank account that is now closed.I immediately contacted customer support but they said it was too late and that my bank would take care of it.However my bank have told me that their policy is to return any such payment to the sender, but they could confirm that with the SWIFT payment reference.I have tried to get in touch with customer services to see what has happened to my money and to request the SWIFT reference but have yet to hear anything for several days. Can anyone help or share similar experiences?
1st class vs. 2nd class? Seating and tables?
Hello, I’m considering taking a 2-week journey with a Eurail pass in September. Wondering about the difference in seating & amenities in 1st class vs. 2nd class. Also, do passengers typically need to remain at their seats, or are there tables where you can sit down and have conversations, play cards, etc.? Or are the tables only for eating at mealtimes? I’ve taken Amtrak all over the U.S. but this is all new to me, so I appreciate any help.

Hello everyone,The other day I received an email saying that I had received the discoverEu scholarship where they gave me a free interrail pass and that it would arrive in the mail on the 23rd, but we are already 25 and I have not received anything I do not know if it is of a problem or what it can be, could someone help me?Thanks
HiI’ve got a journey planned soon and I’m still scratching my head about how the inbound/outbound section works. I live in England and will be travelling to London to catch the euro. I need to swap stations in London. Is it ok to have both trains listed on my app (Hometown-Euston & St Pancras-Paris) or am I best using the planner to find the route that goes from Hometown to Paris, showing a change?Also, on the return journey we are having to stay a night in London due to missing the last train to my hometown. Am I right in saying I won’t be able to use my pass the following day as I’ve already used the inbound ticket to get to London?Hope all that makes sense
Can I use the inbound/outbound travel days in a row?
Hello,I want to travel starting from Norway to my home country Germany. Do anybody know if I could use my travel days in the home country 2 days in a row since I didn’t had one going out from Germany? Or does it have to be at the start and the end of the journey?Thanks in advance for your help!!
