Unclear messages about reservation requirement
Hi! So I’m planning my trip that I am about to do during late autumn/winter and I really want to make it as a cheap experience as possible. Therefore I am aiming for trains that doesn't require reservationsI am totally new to this but I have done a lot of research, though there are some formulations I can't wrap my head around. For instance when I search for connections with no reservation required I sometimes see this grey statement that there is no information available about that particular train, even thought I only chose to see search results with no reservations. What does this mean? Is it cancelled or is it a commuter train with no booking what so ever?Also when I look up connections on the rail planner app it doesn't necessarily say this, it just says when reservation is mandatory, but when I check the facilities it sometimes says “no reservation on part of journey”. Hi,I’m planning a trip to Greece to go island hopping. I live in Belgium, so I was wandering is I need a one country pass to go to Greece and once I’m there I use an Island pass or is it included to the Island Pass that I can travel first from Brussels to Greece? Seat reservations are charged although you have Global Pass?
Hi,I bought a Global Pass, but now I'm trying to book seat reservations (some of the trains say it's mandatory) I'm being charged for Every train I try to make a seat reservation. I'm talking about +8 to +38 Eur, just for booking a seat. It's this ok? Aren't there any options of reservation without being charged?My route is: Barcelona to Paris, Paris to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Berlin, Berlin to Rome. Also, I don't understand why I cannot book a train from Barcelona to Paris. It says go to station, but I'm in Argentina... And I need to book it in advance. Could someone help me? :( Thank you!
Booking Eurostar through B-Europe - Paper pass needed?
Hello, Today I purchased two mobile Eurail passes. I am attempting to book a roundtrip train from Paris to London (dates 29/12/21 - 02/01/21) but the Eurail website and RailPlanner app say “We don’t have train times for these dates yet”, which is odd because Eurostar allows you to book full price tickets on their website for those dates. However, I found the trains I want on B-Europe with the correct reservation fee, so I went to book. The system requires a pass cover number, which I now know is only available with paper passes. Can I request that a pass cover number be supplied for my two mobile passes, or do I need to exchange them for paper passes and wait until they arrive? Thanks!
Is there a gift ticket offered by Interrail?
Is there a gift ticket/voucher offered by Interrail? That could be used as a gift to a family member that they can use up whenever they would like to travel around. Or is this how all the ticket work in general, that the traveller can use them up in within 11 months?
Which trips are covered Eurail?
While planning a trip to Europe, I had a question while researching the Eurail Pass.If I purchase a Eurail pass, regardless of type, can I use all the trips posted on Eurail website(https://www.eurail.com/ko/plan-your-trip/railway-map)? Is there any differences in available trips between each option?

Hello! i want to know how to activate the in and out fonction. I have a one country pass to Italy and I live in Switzerland so I just need the ticket to get to Italy for the first day of my travel. It is well written that I can travel in two countries (on the first and last day of my trip). But I cannot get a QR code for the portion in Switzerland. Please help me!! thank you!
Are all trips in the app available to book?
Hi, I’m wondering if all the trips you have on your schedule are available? I’m trying to book Hamburg-Hildesheim today but it’s out everywhere but in the inter rail app. Does this mean I can book this trip today if I use a pass? Or are they not available but just shown in the app anyway?Thanks!
HELP - Cover number is not accepted - paper pass
When I want to add a traveller to my trip (to book my seat reservations), it keeps giving the message ‘Your Pass cover number doesn't look right’.I’ve already tried the different issuers (with the same CIV number) I need to book my reservations since I am leaving soon. If someone knows what I am doing wrong, please help! :)
Timetable for Lyria trains Basel Paris availability to make a seat reservation early January
I am looking at the Eurail timetable for the Lyria train from Basel to Paris, for departure in early January. There are no trains available for that time period at the moment. Other providers like Deutsche Bahn already have the time tables on line. I will not buy a Global Pass until I am sure I get a seat on this train. Don't want end up having to buy a full ticket for this segment. Any idea what the holdup is for the eurail timetable access to the Lyriia train ? This is not even 3 month in advance.Claus

The problem was that I chose the wrong issuer (with the same CIV code though ) Hi,I have bought a paper Interrail pass (Global Pass) and I am trying to connect it to my Interrail account.. But my Pass cover number is not accepted. The reason I want to connect is because I want to make reservations for the train from Lyon to Barcelona. Is there any way around this? I activated my inbound journey, and I can't cancel it. What do I do?
Hello, So here's my problem, I missingly activated a inbound travel day to travel inside Austria and now that the day passed I can't cancel it. I'm French so I didn't need an inbound day to do this travel but I forgot to cancel it. If I can, how do I get this day back ? I can't return home without it. Client service tells they will answer in 7 days but I don't have that much time ...

Application for free travel pass
I made my application as a student for the free travel pass but i selected the option to travel alone. Now we created a friend group and most of my friends joined with the code which was given by the group leader but I don't know how to change from “travel alone” to “join a friend group” If anyone could help me i would be pleased. HiI have the global pass second class and the app indicated that the ticket was for free but, in the ticket machine, even after i used the eurail discount, the price was about 15 euros. Wrong travel day
Hi everyone, my name is Elies Buchheister and I accidentally chose a wrong travel day. I had no clue that I was choosing the first travel day when I was creating my trip. I accidentally choose October 23 as my first day traveling but my First day travelling will be tomorrow on October 25. I haven't booked any train for October 23 and now I have 4 travel days left in my app.Please I need help because I need all travel days! I already tried contacting someone from Interrail but it says that they will try to get back to me within 7 days!I don’t have 7 days!! My booking number is IN30326752
Seat reservation problems
HelloMy friend and I are going from Barcelona to Copenhagen. But we can’t make the seat reservations, that we need, through the app or website and at the station we could only buy the seat reservation from Barcelona to Paris (which is the first stop) but not the next stop in Manheim and Hamburg So how do we make sure that there is available seats for our upcoming trips when we can’t book it in advance. No reservations but still tickets on SNCF booking site
Hello, so I am trying to book a reservation from Nice to Paris on November 6. The eurail booking website doesn’t have any and when I go to the station, they said that they only have 1st class available for reservations, no second class. But when i check the SNCF booking website, the train is not sold out, there are still tickets there for sale. Does this just mean that the Eurail seats are sold out, like is there a maximum number of seats Eurail can reserve?
