In my Global Pass is possible to add as many journey as I want before the activation of the pass: in case I lost a train during my trip, or a coincidence with another one, what should I do? Is it possible to add another journey and take the trains that are available?
Hello, we booked multiple tickets for our group, and want to cancel 1 person's tickets. They have all been booked through the interrail website and cost 10 or 13 Euro's each. Is this possible? I tried on the Italian Railway website, but it doesn't allow to select any of the tickets.
We have yet to activate our passes for our trip to Europe at the end of august and we just reserved seats on one of the legs of our trip, only to realize that my fiancé is listed as a female. Does this mean his eurail pass too will say he is “Ms?” If so, is it a big deal or do I need to do something about it?
A friend of mine won an interrail global pass ticket but unfortunately she is unable to use it. Is it possible to change the name over the ticket so I can use it? The trip should be during the end of September and the beginning of October. Thanks

Planned Pass Type: Interrail Global (as whole family have German visas) - 4 Days in a monthFamily/ travelers: Me, my wife, 8yrs (son), 6yrs(daughter) & 2yrs(son). total 5 peopleCurrent location: Berlin, Germany Tentative Trip Details: a - Berlin to Mannheim 13.08.2022 b- Mannheim to Paris 17.08.2022 c- Paris to Cologne 19.08.2022 d - Cologne to Berlin 20.08.2022 Q1: Since my country of residence is Germany, I am confused as if for 4-Days global pass would be right choice for above mentioned itinerary. ? i mean specifically talking about “inbound/outbound within country of residence” rule. Q2: For Mannheim, Germany to Paris, France leg and return leg, seat reservations are mandatory, but do I have to make seat reservations for adults only ? or for all kids (8,6,2 yrs) also? Hello, I have a technical question, if I am going interrailing from the 9th august to the 5th September do I need to buy a 2 months pass, or can I buy a 1 month pass. Hello, I'd like to ask whether the Interrail Global ticket is valid in Serbia and North Macedonia. I need to travel from Zagreb (Croatia) to Belgrade (Serbia) and from Belgrade to Skopje (N. Macedonia). I can't find it on the app. Where can I book my train ticket? Can you help me?
I have been looking into reserving my seats for my Italy trip through the ÖBB website as many have recommended. However, it says that the ticket must be printed at ÖBB self service machines or at ÖBB ticket offices in Austria. Is this required, or could I also just show my ticket on my phone? I’m just not sure how I’m supposed to print these if I’m not actually in Austria.
We are trying to book seat reservations to travel from Ljubljana to Split on 4th-5th August, but on all the routes there’s at least one leg of the trip that says it requires reservation and it’s not available to buy. We’ve also looked on other websites such as OBB but same issue. It says it’s a regional train, can we still get it without reserving? Not sure whether to just wing it when we get there.
I’ve had a melt down of my emails; doesn’t look like I forwarded this one to my husband… and can’t find it anywhere on the site! I do have the reference number, but not any details of carriage, seats and etc., for tomorrow… and with travelling, I have to rely on all of the above… not printouts!

I want to use them between August 27 and September 11, 2022. I've been emailing about this for a while and never got a response. El último día, para volver a Madrid tengo que tomar varios trenes en Francia que me llevan a Girona y de ahí a Madrid. El problema es que según he leído, no se puede tomar más que un tren a/en tu país y no sé si puedo hacer esa ruta, ya que no hay ningún tren directo Paris- Madrid.Se podría hacer? O hay alguna alternativa?
I need to catch the INT 480 train from Rijeka to Budapest tomorrow, the intarrail application says the seat reservation is mandatory, the interrail website won’t let me get a seat reservation, I contacted customer support and they redirected me to the Hungarian railway website, but I could not book a seat reservation alone, it only let me buy ticket+Seat reservation (even if I checked the box that said I already have a ticket/pass). From the Hungarian website it seems a though a reservation is not mandatory, as when you buy a ticket it asks weather or not you want to reserve a seat, but the interrail application says it is. So which is it ? How can I get a seat reservation ?PS: I know this is last minute, I’ve been trying to solve this issue for a while but customer service is slow and the websites unclear.
Hello,unfortunately we have a problem with our mobile pass.We chose the 23rd as our starting date but actually wanted to start tomorrow the 24th. now, when we enter our trip on the 24th, already 2 travel days are gone. Hi,i have booked a trip from Copenhagen to Hamburg 2 months back itself. At that time, for that train no reservations were needed. still now just that journey exists in my trip without any highlights ( like ‘seat reservations needed’ highlight notification which I got for some other trips )now I thought to change time of my journey and now it says seat reservation needed. So, I did not do any change. my question is if I continue with my original journey booked 2 months back, for which I have ticket (QR code), will it be sufficient or do I need to reserve seats there also? I am confused because QR CODE DOES NOT HAVE ANY SEAT NUMBER ,it just says second class. Kindly help me.Note; I have monthly EU global interrail pass
Hey there, so my Phone broke and I cant access my interrail pass anymore. I bought a new Phone and wrote the customer service via the website support chat-bot about my issue and submitted a request, so they would transfer the pass to my new Phone. The Problem is they still havent answered until now an I am going to Amsterdam on the 27th of July and I need the pass transferred until then. Is there any other way to get into contact with the customer service? or other options? Thanks for the helpNici
I’m trying to make a sleeper reservation on the Nightjet on 9th August. I’m using nightjet.com website. After clicking “Pay now” I get an error saying:Reservation error (NJ-Code: NJ-02, TS-Code: WBS00013, Public ID: 838be9b208c040f8ba5547f63900192c, Support ID: NIGHT1_lRWaujVH) Does anyone know how to solve it? I’ve tried changing the date but i still get this error.
