I made an earlier post; however bare with me please as I am new to interrailing!I decided to buy the 15 days for 2 months pass. I made an itinerary which on the most part has worked out; however, my origin is from Split Croatia and I wanted to take a train to Zagreb. The route requires reservation and when I am sent to eurorails external link to book them, all tickets from various days say I am unable to buy the seats. I have heard that Croatia allows you to buy tickets at the box office, hoping that is the case can anyone vouch for this? I am having the same issue with Zagreb to Ljubljana.I also planned a route from Vienna to Krakow and then Krakow to Prague, again with seat reservations allowing me to boo. This was the earlier post I made regarding this issue where someone commented back how Polish trains usually wait 30 days beforehand to book. Again, can anyone vouch for this? The wife and I will be traveling from Canada to Paris and making our way to Bad Hofgastein later in May. We purchased two eurail global passes and have found the trains that work best for us. Using the Rail Planner app I am able to link my pass and plan my trip. However it seems nearly impossible to reserve our seats. I believe the error we made is we purchased the rail passes through Rail Europe and not directly from Eurail. Is there a way around this or will reserving the seats at CDG be a fairly quick and easy process? We have approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from plane landing to when our preferred train leaves. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
Hi, I will buy a global pass and live in Portugal.However, to start my journey, I will fly to another country to save some time. Do I have to put my residence country as Portugal and then the 2 travel rule will not apply anymore? Or do I need to put the other country and then I can only do 2 travels in that country? How can I get customer service to correct a reservation on Eurostar to Brussels? I realized after booking this that it was better to take Eurostar to Paris Gare du Nord and then transfer to Thalys because my final destination is Antwerp. I booked this and now I noticed that I cannot take this Thalys train because I will be on Eurostar to Brussels and it won't stop in Paris. How do I fix this? I got no help from Eurail, only chatbot or automated replies
I have been trying to book the eurostar for days now. My pass is showing in the app but not on my browser so I cannot book through Interrail, and I don’t have a pass cover number as I have a digital pass. Getting really urgent now so can someone tell me how to get around this?? Thanks
Hello Yes, I’m aware of all the RENFE tips and advice and I have found away to make my interrail reservations. I have been waiting for the last journey I need to reserve to come online and have been checking the RENFE site every day. It just became available today (travel in mid/late October) but says that the train is full already. Does anyone know if this might be a system gltch (ie it might clear up and reservations become available) when things are first put online?

Hello, I am looking to purchase an Interail global pass. I live in the Netherlands at the moment but only as a traveller at this stage (90 days) I hold a New Zealand passport but my partner who I am living with has a Dutch passport. I have 2 questions regarding this. 1. Will I be able to use this pass with no issues, given I do not hold an NL Passport? and 2. Can this be used within the Netherlands for the general trains, or just the international ones?
Hello to all,I have problems to book different trains on the interrail website.For example, I'm planning to travel from Berlin to Gdansk on July 31st. When I enter the information on the website, I can't make a reservation. It is marked on all the routes: Prices unavailableNo fares were found for this route. Passholder seats may be sold out. Search for another route or see "More Information" for other booking options. If Pass seats are sold out, you will need to purchase a full-fare ticket for this route.I should point out that I could normally book them as they can be booked two months in advance.What should I do?Thank you for your help.

Hello,I would like to book a two person cabin for the night train from Bari to Milano. Couchette and single cabin are the only options on the interrail website but the two person cabin is is available on the Trenitalia website.Is there anyway of booking this?Thanks,Adam

I got Eurail passes, but when i ordered them I signed in through facebook, I didn’t create a Eurail account. Now I am trying to activate those passes but when I try to log into my Eurail account and I press log in through facebook, it just sends me back to the Eurail log in page. What can I do?
I purchased a mobile global pass. During the procedure of activation I inserted my ID number with a mistake. I cancelled it and inserted the correct one. The app did not accept my ID number. It did not accept neither my Passport number. At the station the officer at the counter tried multiple times with no success. I had to buy a second paper global pass. I wrote to the customer support. The customer support replied with a pre-made Email suggesting I request cancellation of the pass and get 85% refunding. To my objection, that it was not my choice to cancel the pass, instead I was forced into it by a bug in the app I did not receive any answer (10 days now). I wonder if anybody else has had a similar problem and could get the pass refunded.
Hi, I’m planning a travel in august this year. We are 3 family with children (16 person in total).I would like to group the reservation to ensure we can be together in the train.I saw that there was a limitation of 5 travellers when I want to do reservation via the website.Do you know if there is a solution to ensure we are all together in the train and the same train car (wagon)?Kind regards,Grégory.
Hi, I made reservations for 3 trains, paid for it, but never got a confirmation email and there not in my account. The money is taken off of my bank account, but all my other reservations are in my account except for this order. I'm travelling tomorrow and contacted Interrail 3 weeks ago but I still don't have a reply. What should I do?

Hey guys, I would like to know if it´s possible to use a night train at the first day to get out of my own country. The problem is, that the train is still inside of my country at 00:01 next day. So I spend one day without going out of my country, which should be disallowed by the rules of Interrail. Otherwise, I saw that night train trips cost only one day (the day of departure), so it should be allowed. Maybe someone can help me to remove my confusion. :D
