My pass has been sitting in my app for months , inactivated without problems. I opened the app today and it is not there and will not let me re add - keeps coming up with error message. I have no new device, and have booked all my reservations successfully using my details. Does anyone know how to solve this issue, have contacted Interrail in as many ways as possible ? Very urgent
Hello to anyone reading this. I have the following problem:I ordered my pass in the beginning of may whilst there ve been the discounts on the 3mont passes. Unfortunately the pass wasn‘t delivered until the 5th of june as it was supposed to be. My first day of travel was the 6th, there i Paied for my tickets since they are not that expensive but since i am traveling to london tomorrow and spain on sunday and there is still no informaiton oh when the pass will arrive i am not sure what to do. buy a new not discounted pass and hope to get my money back buy a 4 day pass and hope to get my money back buy a flight and hope to get the money back. i wrote customer support an e mail about 12 Days ago and havn‘t heard from them since then. I tried for the first time to book a journey from Hamburg to Vienna with NJ. But I see that there is a notification that says “Tickets not available”. Does that mean that there are no tickets available or have I misunderstood something or missed some information?
We are currently in Scotland. We are trying to book a trip to Germany, that stops over in London, but somehow we can't. We tried to test it if its just London. But we can't book anything. We paid for the one month pass for approximately €682ish or $1100+ NZD. We were wondering, if there are extra costs to actually book a train ride etc. What is the use of buying that expensive one month pass? Help please. If only we knew, we wouldn't have booked a eurail pass that expensive if it was going to be useless

Can I take the next one.?Sorry, I am not able to go through the previous answers if somebody already asked. Also, if I am siting on a seat noted as reservation with read light indicated, does that mean it is already reserved and I shouldn't sit there?Thank youMaymol

I'm trying to book a reservation for a train between Hamburg and Paris June 16th at 05.54 but it seems to be some issue.At the interrail website it says "Prices unavailable" and when I go to DB website it says "Reservation impossible".Anyone who experienced the same and how did you managed to book the reservation?
Hi,I have a seat reservation for my Amsterdam - Berlin train. I made the reservation on the DB website and they gave me a proof of payment (ticket with the seat location). Do you know if I have to add it to my interrail pass or with the proof of payment is enough? Thank u
Hi! Are seat reservations required on the trains within Montenegro or within Serbia?As it is not possible to reserve online in advance I am wondering whether I only can jump on a train or I need to make the reservation. Also, how much do the reservations cost if they are required?

We're from South Africa 😊We plan on traveling to Germany - Netherlands - Belgium - France - Germany (spending 2-3 days in each country). If we buy a Eurail pass, can we use it for day trips between cities e.g. Utrecht to Amsterdam? Any advice on whether we should buy it (or not) will be appreciated!
Are you guaranteed a seat if you have a eurail pass? I bought this not realizing seat reservations are required for my itinerary for Spain and it is only allowing me to reserve in person. I am afraid I will not get a seat since I only arrive two days before I travel on the train.
I have made a reservation for a Night train Budapest-Brasov on 9 July and it is compulsory to be received by mail, but it says it would be received on 7th July and I will be travelling on that date. Is there any possibility to print those seat reservations by email? Or receive it in my direction and any familiar scan it and I print it afterwards?
I reserved two seats on the TGV 8362 from La Rochelle to Paris in 1st class. As the train was replaced with a different composition of carriages we were no longer able to travel in 1st class.Are we able to get any compensation as we couldn’t travel 1st class or any refund on our reservations?
Hello, I try to book London to Newcastle on july 4 and always get this answer on all the trains: “Not Available from interrail.eu” Could this mean that it is not at all possible to book this ticket true my interrail pass? So i will have to buy/pay the ticket? Or what do i do if i want to use my interrail pass for this trip. Thank you for the reply!
Hi everyone. I am nearly through planning a trip later in the year but need help with one leg. I want to travel in the Netherlands from Amsterdam to Middleburg. I can see the journey if I search on ÖBB but not if I search on Eurail. So, If I add the journey manually will my pass be valid for this journey (and do I need to buy another bloody seat reservation!?) thanks!
Hello,I am having a similar problem to a few other people on the forum, where the date of birth for both of the travelers I got passes for is wrong by one day. I submitted a request to customer service to change it. However, I am concerned they will not get back to me in time, as I am traveling in just a couple days. I did not mention that the request was urgent when I submitted the customer service request. Should I submit a new customer service request specifying how urgent my request is?Thanks
Dear Interrail Team, we want to travel from Germany to France next week. Since there were no more reservations available for our route, we wanted to purchase seats on travel.b-europe.com. I won Interrail Tickets via Hessen Rail, and now i can not book reservations, because I don´t have an interrail account with my passes, how can I connect them?In the App my Mobile Passes are already activated but for the reservations I have to go online on the website with my account, but for the App I didn´t need an account so my passes arent connectet to one.I already tried to message the Bot, but it says my question is to long.
I am trying to buy a seat reservation on a train from Barcelona to Paris. When I click on the train i it says that the seat - reservation will be delivered by post, which costs extra. I want it to be delivered per mail is there an opportunity to choose or change the way of delivery?
We are travelling from Switzerland to Italy and have a 1 month 1st class Eurail pass for my family of 4 (all adults) i dont see any of the fast trains on the website to book however i do see them on Rail Europe. How do i load my Eurail Pass to Rail Europe for bookings as well as to the SBB website and Trenitalia - i dont see anywhere to add the pass because it doesnt list Eurail specifically. Hi! My name is Aimee. I am traveling with a group of 14 people. We want to go from Paris to Interlaken, Switzerland on June 30th and we have the global passes. We have to be in Interlaken by 1530 at the latest. Eurail.com says I can only do 9 reservations at once, and some of the trains will only take 5 reservations. My questions are:For the trains that only do 5 or 9 reservations at a time, does that mean that there are only 5 (or 9) spots available for pass holders? Do I have to pay for 1 set of 5 (or 9) people, then go back for the next set? When I try to switch to the 2nd group of travelers, the site says the train is already in my cart. Is there a way to find out if one of the trains has 14 spots? I don’t want to book half my group on one train & half on another train. Thank you!Aimee
