Hi! This is my first time using Eurail. I have already purchased my pass and was patiently waiting for 90 days before my trip to book, which is today. However, I went on this morning and it’s saying “price unavailable” and won’t allow me to book the seat reservations. It would be on Sept. 7 from Amsterdam to Paris at 7:15am. Does anyone have any insight on this? Do I have to wait longer? I have a few other trips between Sept. 7 - Sept. 13 that I was planning to book as well over the next few days. Thanks!

El problema esque tengo un pase digital por lo que no tengo ese número.Quería reservar un tren de París a Biarritz para 2 personas con el pase Interrail para el 22 de julio, la hora de salida son las 20:06 y llegada a las 00:15.He intentado conseguir el pass cover number rellenando el formulario que he visto en otras preguntas pero me ha sido imposible ya que me piden un número de pass Discover EU, el cual no se qué es, ni se si lo tengo.Necesito ayuda para conseguir el pass cover number del Interrail y poder reservar. He leído que llamar a la empresa de tren sale caro por lo que necesito ayuda para que me envíen el número de cubierta. Hi, I just tryed to book my seat for my trip with my friend from France to Croatia. But the 2nd train from ZUERICH (Switzerland) to Zagreb (croatia), need tickets delivered by post… But the website doesn’t accepte because the delivery time of these tickets is too long. How can I make a reservation when the planner (online with "book reservations") says that a reservation is not required? I want ensure we have seats and am willing to pay the reservation fees. We want to travel on an EC thru Germany and Switzerland and then Regional train from Switzerland to France.
I am trying to book seat reservations trains in France. I need pass cover numbers for myself and my husband to do this. How do I get a pass cover number for a digital Eurailpass? The trains are TGV 6074 Nice Ville to Marseilles St Charles and IC 4764 Marseilles St Charles to Toulouse Matabiau on May 6th.
Hello, this is crazy... just as I was boarding a train my pass completely disappeared from the app and there is no way I can recover it. I tried everything. So I'm travelling with no ticket after posting all kinds of money for a 3-month continuous pass. This can't happen. The app is utter garbage. And there's no phone number to call for urgencies like this Anyone can help NOW?
Hello guys, I have made a reservation with the eurorail website for myself and my group. My question is if this reservation is connected in any way with the app where we have our passes. From what I have seen, in my reservation (Salzburg-Venice) it only puts our names.Thanks!
Hello. I am trying to book a TGV using my EURAIL PASS (mobile). It doesn’t work on the app so I am trying on https://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv but as many other people I am being asked for the PASS COVER NUMBER which I haven’t received because my pass is mobile.How do I get the Pass Cover Number please…. PS: I see there are lots of other thread on this but no answer really….
I would like further training. When booking the Patras-Piraeus section (on the trainOSE website) I do not see in the discount section the one referring to interrail and therefore cannot apply any discount. How is this possible? ((I have 6-trip Greek Islands Pass))
I have attempted to contact your customer service six times.I will be contacting PayPal to cancel this service since your team remain unresponsive to my polite and correct requests. I made a purchase and was issued a mobile pass which I installed on my phone.My phone was stolen while I was traveling in an Asian country.I now have a new device. I have filled in forms, sent emails, asked and asked and asked for support to have the old pass cancelled and a new one issued.I have provided all the credentials and many days notice.I need to travel now.I don't want to hear from the "bot". Obviously Zendesk is not assigning my request to anyone... "Two days", "very busy" are now unconvincing excuses.I need Eurail to help me OR cancel my pass and issue a refund.
Children and sleeper services Salzburg - Zagreb - on payment page it says ''not all be kept in same compartment''
Hello,I’m looking to book tickets in a 3-person sleeper compartment on the overnight service from Salzburg to Zagreb on July 11. Our family is me, my girlfriend and our daugher, 4. On the OBB website, I select the triple, 3-bed compartment. The price is around €258. When I go to pay I get a warning that we will not be all kept in the same compartment, which rather defeats the object of paying extra for a 3-berth room. I understand that a man and a woman travelling together but in a 3-berth compartment would be split up according to their sex. But I don’t follow the logic in our case. Three people, three beds. The only explanation I can think of is either (a) they only have a few spaces left and we have to be split up individually across compartments (b) or they don’t consider my daughter old enough to warrant her own bed. I think the latter is more likely. So my question is: has anyone had a similar experience and what is the best solution for guaranteeing that we are all together in o
Hi there,We are travelling in France this month and have been having an impossible time booking tickets. We have managed to book our first train over the phone with SNCF (the 00 33 1 84 94 3635 number did not work, had to do +33 1 84 94 3635), but it was not a smooth process and we're uncertain it would work in the future. They don't take all cards and had to use a family member's AMEX, as they didn't take any of ours.We really need our Pass Cover Numbers so that we can book the rest of the trip, we're using all 8 days so quite a few bookings.Thanks in advance,Caleb(Wishing the best for all customer service at Eurail, with how busy it seems to be)
We are trying to book and reserve our train tickets on the website and have put all our details in but are unable to actually book anything. Not sure what the issue is or how to fix it, can anyone give us any tips please? If I start my trip from Luxemburg next weekend and go to Swizerland and come back to Germany. After that I have spent my inbound trip, right? So, do I have outbound still left and its valid normally after that?? So it doesn’t stop working after I have used inbound? Because I thought to have a break after luxemburg and swizerland and come back to germany. And after a few weeks, I wanna continue my interrail. Kind regards, Viljami Laakkonen
Hi!I´m trying to book a train from Gdansk to Budapest on the 29th of june, but it says “Prices unavailable”. At first I taught it might simply be sold out, but it seems that almost all the trains I try, with different cities and times, it´s the same thing. Is this a problem with the website, or are almost all the trains that need reservations booked for the summer? Thanks for the help!
HelloI bought a Eurail Pass mobile ticket.I would like to make a reservation for TGV train, but I cannot make a reservation because the travel.b-Europe site requires the pass cover number of the paper.Even if you enter an 8-digit number that starts with the EU, you can't make a reservation because it's the wrong number.What is the error?
I have booked trains to and from London (to go to and from Paris on the Eurostar) on my inbound/outbound travel days for my global pass this summer. Whilst I have reservations also booked on the Eurostar I am able to add the journey from Bournemouth to and from London on the inbound and outbound journeys. My biggest concern is that the QR code for the Bournemouth to/from London journey isn't recognised by the conductor or at the barriers in Waterloo station. Does anyone have any experience with this?
