Hello, my friends and I purchased some Eurail France passes, and we have been trying to book seat reservations on a train for this Sunday to travel from Paris to Bordeaux. Almost every reservation I can find has the error:“Prices unavailable. No price results were found for this connection.”I can’t figure out what’s going on.Our trip is coming up really soon, so any help would be great. Does anyone have ideas on what I could do? Thank you.
Hi everyone, first of all sorry for my bad english. I am traveling to Europe in August, and I want to go to different countries (England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, and others). In that matter, I want to know if it’s better to purchase an eurail pass, or if it’s more suitable to buy individual tickets each time. I want to visit a lot of cities in each country, and also do long travels (like from England to Scotland). We are 3 adults, one of them with intelectual dissabilities. When I try to activate my pass on the mobile app, it tells me that it is activated on another device, but I don't remember having activated my pass on another device. What should I do ? I'm leaving in less than a week and I don't know what to do if I buy another one or what.Thanks
Hey Eurail friends!Does anyone know if it is possible to exchange a pass type, without first purchasing the 2nd pass type that you wish to hold?My partner and I purchased 5-day Global passes, & as soon as we did, we went to book all our trains that we planned to take, and they were all completely booked up! (For some reason it only shows you actual availability on reserved trains after you buy your pass?) So we had to get flights around europe so we could meet up with our hotel bookings. We would like to instead get a One-Country 3 day pass, since we’ll still be able to use it when we get to Italy and train around. Problem is, I don’t have enough money available on my Credit Card currently to pay for both passes (eurail says their pass exchange works in a way where you have to first purchase the new pass that you want, and they’ll refund you the difference, with a 15euro service fee per pass)Does anyone know any way around this? I feel so stuck. I emailed them last week to inquire
Hello,I’ll start my first interrail in a few weeks, but I don’t quite understand how can I make reservations through interrail’s website. I am asked to choose a trip to which the reservation will be added, but the only trip shown is an empty one, which was created (I presume automatically) when I bought the pass. The actual trip that I am planning is in my rail planner app and I cannot see how I could access it when I log in to the website. Therefore, my question is how can I add a reservation made through interrail’s website to my trip in the rail planner app?
I am having trouble with booking a reservation for a night train. What does this mean: Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.
Hi,my problem is that when I want to book my reservation and want to pay, I can't put a email in the field. But my email is already in the field but grey highlighted, and I can't chance or enter it, so the field is still grey. That's why when I want to continue with my booking I can't click on the yellow button.I'm sorry if I'm just lost, or its a general proble. Kind regards Malte
Dear all,I have bought a mobile pass for Norway. I have not activated it thought, I am planning to travel at the beginning of August. I am now to reserve seats for journeys where it is required.Unfortunately, it makes me require postal delivery of seats, but they will not come in time, plus I was expecting to have them digital. Hi everyone,In July i am traveling trough Europe. I want to make seat reservations for the trains i'm going to travel with. But the train times in de rail planner app isn't the same as on the website where i need to book the seat reservations. The time difference is only half an our. So to be 100% clear about this, you can take all the trains that are listed on the interrail website (in France) even the TGV or the night train, but you only need a seat reservation? not a full ticket? Furthermore, I cant seem to find where i only can buy a seat reservation on the sncf website for the night trains vom Paris to Nice?? Where should i buy the seat reseravtions for the TGV? Some help please x 😮
Hi all,I am trying to make reservations for a train on interrail.eu but it does not show any seats available, however on travel.b-europe there are seats available but they ask for your pass cover number, but you don’t have that on a mobile pass? I already made a request for the customer service, but it is pretty time sensitive, because there is only a one train that has still seats available and we really need to get back that day. Hopefully someone can help us! Thanks a lot!
I have booked reservations on the interrail website and the email confirmation states that “You can access and manage your e-tickets in your interrail account. too (though they might take up to 30 minutes to appear there).” I cannot see them on the app! I have looked. Do I need to add them all manually? Travelling as a family so that is many reservations and trips to add!
Really very disappointed after travelled from venice to rome . As not only on this trip but other trips as well faced discrimination and really in future will not recommend anybody to travel in eurailIt seems conductors in train treat people based on color and origin as we are citizens from USA
Hi,I have a problem with a night train from sweden back to my residence country germany. When using the night train from Malmo C to Hamburg the mobile pass uses my last inbound travel day on the 18th april but i need it on the 19th april to get back home. The workaround i have found here does not work because the last stop of the train is in Denmark before midnight. Border crossing to germany should be around 3:00am.Does anyone have an idea how to use it correctly in the app to have a valid ticket?
Hi!I don’t succeed to make a seat reservation from Karlsruhe Hbf to Paris Est. When I try to make the reservation on DB’s website it says that 'seat reservation is impossible’. Does anyone know if it will be possible sooner (I will travel 20th of July) or does it mean that it is fully booked?Thanks in advance!
Reservation Arnhem - Split necessary? It says ''you can buy but not required'' and ''no price available''
Hi There,My friends and I (a group of four) are looking for train reservations from Arnhem (Netherlands) to Split (Croatia). On some trains it says “You can buy a seat reservation if you like but it's not required.” It also says there is no price available. Does that mean we are safe to go or do we have a chance of not entering the train because we don't have reservation? Thank you in advance!!!

I didn’t activate it or anything, I just have the code but never used it. Should I consider it lost? Can I get a refund even if I didn’t pay for it? Can I extend it somehow/also by paying? If I make a direct trip (without transfers) between Freiburg and Valencia, leaving one day and arriving the next, it counts as 1 day of the pass according to the website. However, I must make transfers, the fact that it is not a direct trip, counts me as 2 days of the pass for the transfers in Lyon, Barcelona...?
Hello! I am travelling within then next week and am trying to use travel.b-europe.com for some of my reservations in France, which requires a Pass Cover Number. However, I have purchased a Mobile Pass which from my understanding does not get a Pass Cover Number. I have tried to contact support but with no luck. Can someone here help me to get the Number?
I want to go from Prague to Budapest, and I saw I could easily make a long stop in Bratislava on the way, since the train stops there. This would mean that I take a morning train as well as a evening train. Would I need to make 2 reservations, or is my ticket also valid for the second train? It feels weird to pay the same amount twice for exactly the same route.
I need help:Before starting my trip, I activated the Interail mobile pass on my mobile. This phone broke before I started the interail and now I can't activate the mobile pass on my new phone. How can I activate it on my new mobile, without being able to access the one that is broken? I'm not traveling yet.
