Reserving seats via Italiarail using Mobile Pass - Italiarail no longer provides reservation services?
Hello, a friend of mine managed to get the pass holder number from Eurail despite having a mobile pass. He then managed to book his tickets via Italiarail https://app.italiarail.com/itinerary and received his reservation confirmations. However, I recalled emailing Italiarail’s customer service and they mentioned that they no longer provide reservation services for Eurail passholders as they are going mobile.Does anyone here know if train conductors will still recognize seat reservations booked via Italiarail even though the user holds a Eurail mobile pass? We are worried that we might not be able to board the train as we do not hold physical passes despite receiving the confirmation email.
I am traveling with a friend from Mexico I am trying to do both of our itineraries as she is too busy to do it. I have her QR code and all of her information I am unable to make her trip. And now I can’t even get to my trip on the app. Is it possible to make reservations for two separate people on the app at the same time?

Hi everyone. I want to reserve a train from Cluj Napoca to Budapest but I’m unable to even add it to the cart because it says:Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.Anyone else had the same problem? Or is it simply because the train is fully booked? If not, where can I buy the full fare tickets?

Hii am trying to book a night train from Rome to Munich but apparently there are no night train from Italy to Germany in July.. I can only find them from July 31I went to the train station and they also didn’t know the problem…somebody has an idea of the problem?thanks!!
Trying to book Nice to Milan seat reservations (really the ventimiglia to Milan section) 11.03on 29th july. Seats are available to purchase but I simply cant find a way to reserve a seat traveling with global passes. Via Eurail I get the same - temporarily unavailable - check back in a few hours message that’s become all too familiar. many help would be extremely gratefully received!!!! I’ve tried OBB by the way and it simply says no tickets available - but I could purchase a fare on lefrecce (basically I’m extremely confused!)
Hello everyone!I want to buy a train night ticket from Zuerich to Ljubljana on the 6th of July to book my seat in advance. But it’s a paper ticket and the estimated delivery date when I will be able to receive it is after my departure from my country. Do you know if there is any option where I can buy it in France in a train station or it’s not possible to buy an international train ticket from France? Otherwise, I can probably buy it when I will be in Zuerich but I’m afraid there will not be enough seat available to buy it just one day before the trip? What do you think?Thanks for your answers
I lost my phone but i am buying a new one today. Im hoping that when i get this new phone and i download my icloud data back onto my new phone and since i will have the same number the mobile pass will still work. Does anyone have any info or experience that can answer this question for me?
Hello we had heard here was a sleeper from zurich to Llubljana but when I go onto the Austrian site to look it only shows a seat option - it would be for the 29th July for a 4 berth couchette- has Antoine does this before? Thanks!
Me and three friends have been planning a train trip through Europe in July. Our country of origin is Sweden and we all have our Interrail mobile passes ready. We have now gotten around to booking seats on some of the trains, but have struggled to book high speed trains from Amsterdam to France on July 6th. The seats seem to be fully sold out on the Interrail website, leaving us the option of instead booking via travel.b-europe.com. However, one member of our group didn’t receive the same confirmation email as the rest of us - his is lacking the Pass Cover number that is required for booking seats via external non-Interrail websites. We are positive that he bought an Interrail pass and not a Eurail pass. He is the only one of us with this issue and he has not been able to reach Interrail customer support.Here’s the info about the specific trains I’m trying to book:Amsterdam Centraal (13:15) - Paris Nord (16:38)Paris Gare de Lyon (17:37) - Marseille-St-Charles (20:57)both on date: 06/7
Hello from me again..A last question i hope..I was trying to make our seat reservations for a high speed train in Italy...I went through all the steps and make it to the payment but i wasn't ask which seats i want to book . I don't have this option? They will give me the seats that they want? I can't choose? I m traveling with my two daughters and of course i want to be near them..in which point i can see the number of the seats that we have book? Thank you very much

We are travelling throughout July: Bern to Vienna Vienna to Ljubljlana Lake Bled to Zagreb However, I was wondering if anyone knew how busy these routes would be in early-mid July and whether you think reservations would be helpful? Hello! I plan to travel through Eurail next month for the first time. I have purchased a global eurail pass.However, I am having issues making seat reservations to Paris from England, and from Paris to Barcelona.When attempting to make seat reservations through the rail planner app, no prices are available for my desired travel times.How do I make reservations if the rail planner app or the eurail website won’t allow me to do so?Also, I won’t be in Europe until the end of this month, so I wont be able to visit a train station to make a reservation. I would like to make reservations for these trains as soon as possible.

Of course; the e-mail is right, checked the spam, used chat, asking questions. No answers so far! please, I need help, I need my card Numbers soon. Our holiday is coming and don’t like to loose days.
Hello everyone, I’m from Portugal and I’m planning my interrail to start on August 15. However, as I’m trying to buy the paper pass, the expected arrival date is August 12. August 12 is way too near from my departure date and I’m concerned I do not receive the pass in due time.What should I do since the Portugal’s national train company does not sell interrail passes anymore? We have 7 day 1st Class Flexible Eurail passes. We are traveling with friends and booked our reservations for the Eurostar train from Lille to London separately. Our parties were assigned different coaches so we decided to and were able to change our seat reservations on the Eurostar website with no problems. However, we never received an email from Eurostar and our mobile passes have not been automatically updated. We’re not traveling until September. I tried using the help chats on both the Eurail and Eurostar websites with no luck. Any suggestions on resolving this issue are appreciated.
