Hello,Yesterday I bought a one country pass for the UK, unfortunately, I did not now that I needed a global pass to reserve a Eurostar ticket.So before I change my one country pass to a global pass, I want to know if the Eurostar is still available for the following dates:Friday 10 June, 8u52 Brussels south to LondonSunday 12 June 15u02 London to Brussels SouthThank you in advance for letting me know so I can buy/change the pass.
I am trying to book a trip from Offenburg, Germany to London on 26/6. I would prefer to travel through Lille so we don’t have to change train stations. There are options but the site keeps saying pricing/reservations aren’t available at this time. I’ve had this issue daily for the past week...which means I’ve been reserving just 1 trip per day. If I try to schedule more than 1 at a time the website goes crazy slow. I really need to get this scheduled. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
Hey guys, I really need your help!I’m gonna travel to Europe this summer and the Eurail Pass it’s the best cost benefit option to travel.But I’m worried I won’t be able to go some places. Can someone please tell me if my trip is possible?Málaga (spain) → Barcelona (spain) → Paris (france) → Amestrdam (Netherlands) → Rome (italy) All of this in 29 days, staying like 4 days in each country!Can someone tell me if it’s possible?
Having trouble understanding outbound / inbound travel days, I basically want to know if I can use them at all. I’m from Ireland and will be flying to The Netherlands, and then flying home from Italy. Am I able to use my first and last train journeys as inbound/outbound journeys, or would this be invalid as my country of residence is Ireland? Is it just for trains in Ireland for me for example?
Is it possible to get a refund at an Aid Office once I arrive in Europe? I no longer need the 2 passes I purchased in November. I am having no luck with the refund page (error message) or with getting a response from a Eurail agent. I have an agreement that guarantees 100% reimbursement and have never activated/used the passes. It distresses me to have over $2200 CDN tied up as I prepare to travel. Suggestions?
Help!So we are currently trying to reserve the seats needed for our trip in August, but now that we have found, and selected, all the trains and seats, for some reason the button that says “continue to traveler details” can’t be clicked.We have filled all the boxes that could be filled. Hi, our family of 3 need to travel from London to Paris on 6/12 and I have not been able to make seat reservation from both EURAIL nor b-EUROPE.com. In EURAIL, I can’t find the available. But I can find available time in b-EUROPE.com. But when I enter the pass cover using the pass numbers in my global pass purchase confirmation email, it said my number is invalid. Can someone helps me please!
Hi,I really hope you can help me. I need to book reservations for my and the 4 other people in my group to get on the 11:04 Eurostar from London St Pancras to Amsterdam Centraal on 28/06/22 and also the NJ468 Nightjet train from Vienna to Paris on 23/07/22. I seem to be unable to book these on the interrail website or on the websites for the individual railway companies and it's showing an error message that it may be fully booked. I have however seen this error message before when this was not the case. How do I find out of they are in fact fully booked and how can I get on those trains? I really need to be on them.
Hello!I'm from Lyon (France) and I would like to travel to Budapest with an interrail global pass. My plan is to travel from Lyon to Paris then from Paris to Budapest then come back (Budapest => Paris => Lyon). I wanted to know if the journey from Lyon to Paris is included in the interrail global pass ? or only the journey from Paris to Budapest ?Thank you

Hello!I have a travel pass for me and my family. But for some reason we cannot make a seat reservation from Kristiansand - Oslo and from Oslo - Bergen and other destinations. Via de app we can see the possible itineraries, but when we go to the website to book (as it is not possible through the app for some reason), I keep receiving this error: “We can't find any trains that match your search. Please change your search and try again.” I have no idea what I am doing wrong, but it is frustrating as we really want to plan our trip.Can someone help me out?

Hello. I just had an absolutely terrible experience using Rail Europe. I purchased a ticket about two months back and have the app where the confirmation email says my tickets are. I clicked view ticket on the app and no QR code appears for the conductor to scan. The conductor would not accept my ticket without this code even though I paid for the ticket. She charged me for another ticket that was much more expensive and was very rude to me about not having the QR code for her to scan. Rail Europe can you help me with this? I need to be refunded as I already purchased the ticket with you guys.

(Belgium)we choose to travel with ECO awareness and then are obliged to have a paper ticket?I booked another one yesterday, also frecciarossa train and worked fine with PDF seat reservation.can anyone please clarify why this difference? Hello!I have recently started interrail with a two month pass and have encountered a lot of issues that are quite stressful, since they prevent me from getting the trip qr code I need to board trains (although not always).My partner shared with me a trip he had created and I associated that trip with the interrail pass when I activated it. After that, when I checked my trip I saw the trip was fully empty (no trips added) even tough before they were there. From there multiple issues started:When i add a trip to my trip often times it doesn’t display in the trip details - after force closing the app or restarting my phone then the trips show up (often several duplicates, I guess from all the times I added them before) when I click in the QR code icon in a trip, and then head over to my pass, the day pass is not displayed (only the add a trip for this day message).Ive managed to get around this so far with a combination of using airplane mode, restarting my phone and a lot of different at

I have booked trips for two people, ordered seat reservations etc. Everything is in place for our journey which starts in July. I have realised that my iphone is becoming unreliable and I need to replace it. I need to transfer my Interrail pass and all the information on it to a new iphone. How is this done?ThanksRob

For example, I see in the app that I’d need to add a certain train conncection of a given day/time to my Globalpass. However, can I still travel that same day but in another time in case of delay due to train connection or my plan changes?Thanks a lot!
