I sent a message almost 2 days ago to customer support with no answer. My app is showing that I have completed two travel days on April/25th and I have only one travel on that day. I need the day I paid for for my last portion of the trip.Customer support is not giving a prompt service.
I recently bought two global pass 4day tickets and am trying to make reservations for the eurostar from london to bruxelles-midi. The website I am trying to order these seat reservations on asks for a Pass-Cover-Number. Where do I find this number if I do not possess a Paper-Ticket? Hello, I have run into a bug and support hasn’t replied for over two days. When I try to access the pass QR/ticket on the mobile app, the screen freezes and no buttons can be pressed, page scrolled, etc. It seems a popup about an extra travel day causes the problem. Anyone knows how to access the tickets somehow? I am traveling today so I am a bit desperate…
Hey, My phone got stolen this weekend which had my mobile pass activated on it. I’m set to travel on Friday but I’m unable to activate my pass on a new device. I have used two methods of contact on the website and they said to wait roughly 4 and 7 days for a reply. I’m worried that I won’t get a reply and sort out my pass before my travel start on Friday (27/08). Please can anyone provide any help or advice on how to get this sorted before Friday? Hey Guys! I was supposed to start my first day of travel from Berlin to France on Saturday. Because of the strike, I could not start my trip. Deutsche Bahn customer service told me that I can use the old ones for the german Part of my trip and get new tickets for the route in France at the train station. But at the train station I was refused at the counter. I was told I can only use Deutsche Bahn tickets and in France I have to buy new ones. I can't reach anyone from intrail, only just now that I've found this forum. My outbound trip is blocked, I cannot book a new route from Berlin. In addition, so much time has passed now that I cannot use the global pass as planned...

I don’t know if it’s because I’m using an iPhone 7 with iOS 13.3.1 but I’d like to buy a new pass but I can’t access the store. My current pass has expired and I’d like to purchase a new 10 days in 2 months pass (I’m 31 years old so not the youth or senior citizens pass) but the links on the eurail website always take me to the same page. Even when I try and access the store via the Facebook shopping link it takes me to the same page. For reference the page I’m referring to just states at the top that there is a sale going on and has all of the general marketing info (conditions flexibility etc) but no specific links for specific passes. I’d like to travel tomorrow so I’d like to purchase this pass ASAP. Btw this problem has been ongoing for the past month or so every time I’ve tried to do this
Hello,I will travel with my boyfriend starting Friday 3rd of September. We bought each a interrail pass and activated it on our mobile phones. We tried booking our first trip from Paris to Ancona. This travels needs seat reservations and we wanted to be able to book side-by-side seats but couldn’t find our way through the Rail Planner application to do this. Any help would be very much appreciated.Also I am wondering how the app and our web interrail account refer to one another because I can seem to find the trip I added in the app on my web account. In a word I would need help understanding how both app and website work and how we can travel easily together. Thank you,Loane
I understand that you must add a local train on a day that your using one of your global pass days but how does it get taken off your ticket? Is there a scanner at most stations that you use? Example I’m using my first day of my global pass to go from Berlin to Munich. First I want to use a local S line to get to Berlin HBF. I’ve added travel from Potsdamer Platz to Berlin HBF. It now shows on my first day ticket. It no longer shows the trip from Berlin to Munich.Thanks
We arrived in Europe today. Our first trip is supposed to be tomorrow, august 29. The mobile app will NOT let us get a ticket by adding a journey! We add the journey but the app will NOT let us get the ticket with the QR code. We spent 45 minutes at SBB help desk in Zurich train station and the guy could not figure it out either. Ther is no phone number to call Eurail. What do we do??? Eurail email says they won’t respond for 7 days.
Hi !my friend and I want to travel in Greece with the interrail Greek island boat pass. However we may not receive it before we leave. Do we need it or can we just book our boats before (which must be done even in possession of the physical pass) and just travel with our boats tickets ?thanks !
