From Switzerland to Milano

I made a seatreservation from Basel to Chiasso. This train, the EC151, goes to Milan. That's the city where We have to go. But a reservation from Chiasso to Milan is impossible when ik look at the trainorganisations ÖBB, DB and NS international. How do I solve this problem? It's the same train so We can stay in the train. Or what can We do?The day of travelling is 27th of July.

Travelling from Australia

Hi,I would be grateful is someone could please verify if the EURail pass is valid on travel, through Spain, Portugal and the UK and Scotland, in September/October 2023, I am hearing in Australia that it’s not valid in the UK and Scotland due to "Brexit”. We are staying in Birmingham and will need to travel to Scotland by Train, then flying to Dublin, is this better than flying we have luggage 23 kg, Where do we catch the train from in Birmingham and what train is the fastest to ScotlandWe hope to get a EURail pass and use the trains.Any help we would be greatful. Riga to Poland

Hi, I’m currently in Riga and am looking to get to Poland. I don’t really plan to stop in Lithuania. I’ve tried to plan my journey on the app but no stations appear. As far as I’m aware, some stations for the Baltics aren’t available so I would need to add manually. However, when I have googled routes the only options that come up are via buses. I’d obviously like to make the most of my pass if possible so would rather a train. Does anyone know if it is even possible to get to Poland via train from Riga and if so how? Also, would it be included on my pass (I have a continuous global pass)? Thanks in advance ☺️

Best Way to Get From Como to Tirano?

Hi Traveling Community,I am having a hard time finding the best way to get from Como to Tirano so that my family can take the Bernina Express this June. Does anyone have experience with this? Is it best to book a train reservation to Bellinzona and take a bus from there to Thusis and on to Tirano? Does anyone know how much the bus fare is?I welcome any other suggestions.Thanks much!Sommer

Inbound/Outbound from the UK

I have a Global Pass and have already used it to travel to Amsterdam and now going to Germany and Italy in a few weeks but on the app its says the outbound/inbound 2/2.I am based in the UK so taking the Eurostar to Paris and then onwards.Thing is I have already got and paid for seat reservations for my Germany and Italy trips including the Eurostar legsI contacted customer services and they said I can still travel within Germany and Italy with my Global Pass but my Eurostar journeys won’t be allowed (even though I have printed tickets for them)Can I still used my Eurostar tickets as buying brand new ones directly with Eurostar is between £150-200 for the dates selected for my Germany and Italy trip.

hamburg to Kopenhagen

Als je de IC 384 van 14u39 in Hamburg neemt, opgelet. Deze trein (DSB) heeft tijdens weekdagen slechts 2 rijtuigen, wagen 71 en 72. Reservaties bij de DB die wagen 81 en 82 vermelden zijn niet correct! Resultaat: overvolle trein en mensen die helaas op het perron achterblijven.

Booking reservation with Bus replacement trip (Norway-Sweden)

I am planning to travel Stockholm to Trondheim on June 8th. but at present the Vy & Sj timetable show it is bus replacemet service from Duved-Stolien-Trondheim.Sockholm-Duved Train 80Duved-Storlien Bus 571Storlien-Trondheim Bus 71The Interrail planner will only show the train part of the trip Stockholm-Duved. I can book a reservation for that OK.My question is how I can book reservation on the Bus replecement sections Duved-Storlien and Storlien-Trondheim?

Unable to reserve seats from Amsterdam - Paris

Hey!I am trying to reserve a seat from Amsterdam - Paris (Train: Thalys) for Sunday but it shows it to be “train fully booked” on the eurail website and whenever I try to use the interrail pass. However, on the apps like SNCB and SNCF I am still able to buy tickets for the same journey. Is this possible?

Does the Inbound/outbound rule apply to the Eurail pass too?

A friend of mine is from Namibia, so she needs a Eurail and not an interrail pass - does the inbound / outbound rule apply there as well? Technically, she doesn't have a country of residence in the EU.can she travel several times in and out of the same country (e.g. UK or Belgium)?

Pass Expired

My interrail pass expired like 3 days ago and I did not get the chance to activate it (because I didn’t event knew that I had to do that). I tried to reach costumer support and they did not try to help me. If there’s anyone who had the same problem and has a solution please let me know. Please don’t answer if you did not have the same problem.
