Hi everyone,We have a Eurail Global Pass first class.I was trying to book Zurich Main Station to Milano Central (among other tickets) on the OBB website and have accidentally booked this leg as second class when we wanted to select first class.The ticket trip is to be on 14/09/2023 around 9am for 2x adults with Eurail Global Pass first class. Ideally we wanted the 9.33am train via Lugano. I didn’t realise that you can cancel reservations within 3mins of booking so I can’t cancel now, but I was hoping to just re-reserve first class seats and pay again for the reservation. However when I look online now on OBB the original journey we have is no longer available. Hello there,I’m arriving in London and I need to get to Liverpool. I was planning on using my Eurail Global Pass (which I will be using for visiting other countries). The problem is that the only option recommended is a train from London to Liverpool of Avanti West Coast, and I don’t understand if my Eurail Global pass includes this franchise. Is this true? If not, how can I benefit from the pass within London and Liverpool, since I will be travelling a lot between these two cities? Thank you so much.
Hello, My girlfriend and I bought 2 passes to travel around.We would travel tomorrow. 28.7 at 9 p.mI got to add my pass to my phone. She tried and got the error “Something went wrong”.After many tries. I tried it on my phone where I previously added my pass. I also get the Same error.Name and Passnumber are right. App is up to date and I have an Android 13.Gregorian Calendar is also active.My Device-Id is CA245F06
Thank you in advance for a solution to my question.We have done train travel in many countries with/without passes, but this is my first time booking with Eurail Global pass (Flexi 7 days in one month). So, I must be doing something incredibly stupid. I have always used Trainline app to buy tickets in Spain and Italy earlier.I have two of the Eurail First class global passes (my wife and I), downloaded the Rail planner app, created two identical trips (one for each of us), connected the passes (not activated as yet), created multiple journeys under the trips. I couldn’t figure out how to use the info I stored in the trips/journeys to the Interrail reservation system the app takes you to. So, anyway I created a trip for one of my journeys (Milano central to Vienna Wien). Interrail shows the one transfer thru Venezia Mestre and when I choose that and try to book, it asks me for my “country and city of birth”, and doesn’t ask for my passport details. Hello, Unfortunately, Interrail did not change the country of residence, even the pass was not activated. Well, my questions are?My Country of Residence is France, If I go from Brussels to London through Eurostar and cross France? Will it be counted a trip in the country of residence. Or how can I do it If I want to go and come back from Brussels to London. What will be the activation date of global continuous pass for 2 months? Is it from 1st day of the month or any day of the month i.e 7th June to 7th August ? And If I book my trip for 7th June today? Will my pass be activated by today or 7th June, when I book my first trip.Thanking you in anticipation.
Hi, I have a question concerning the Inboung/outbound trip. I actually live in France and I’m thinking of buying the 3 month pass. But I do not really understand the inbound/outbound thing. For example if I buy the pass it would be to do extended week-ends in the surrounding countries for example France/Spain then Spain France in april for 4 daysFrance Belgium /Belgium France in may 5 daysFrance Germany / Germany France june 6 daysFrance UK/UK France june 4 daysas there are direct lines that to these trips (Thalys Paris Amsterdam for example or Paris Bruxelles) is that considered as an Inbound/ outbound travel ? By doing this would I be violating the interrail rules ?thank you for your answer
Last year I had to break up my interrail travel after 3 days because of Covid-19. Now I want to exchange the pass for a new one. I have send an email about this to the customer service the 26th of August but still no response. Is there a way to get in contact with someone? I remember from last year that there was the possibility to chat with someone from customer service, but now I can't seem to come past these not very intelligent bots. I really need an answer as I am planning to start my trip the 25th of september.
Hi, 3 related questions, please - I hope someone can clarify.I plan to use my 3-month continous pass between 1 July and 30 September. I am a UK resident:Can I use my pass BEFORE an Outbound journey? I will already be abroad when I’d like to start using my 3-month (ie on 1 July). Can I return to UK using an Inbound journey (although I won’t have left the UK on an Outbound)? Can I then have 2 Inbound journeys (instead of 1 Outbound and 1 Inbound)? I plan to travel again in August and September. I would pay for my own own Outbound (in August) but use my pass for my final Inbound journery at the end of September. OR, should I wait until August to use my Outbound journey and September to use my Inbound? In this case, would I still be able to travel in Europe BEFORE August (ie before I trigger my 1st outbound)?Basically, I need to return to the UK twice between 1 July and 30 Septmeber and would like to travel whenever in EU using the Outbound-Inbound allowance for 2 Inbounds.Many thanks for

Hello,I want to leave for 3 weekends of 4 days, then I want to leave for 20 days. My first weekend begins in April and my 20-day stay at the end of June.What pass do you recommend?I had thought of the full 3 month pass, is there a more economical option?Moreover, since I will make several trips I will therefore enter and leave my country of France several times. Am I entitled to it? Because I believe that normally you have to go back and leave your country in one trip.Thank you for your answers
I want to travel from Groningen to Nice but I wasn’t sure whether I needed an international pass or if a One Country Pass for France is enough. I don’t need one for the Netherlands since I can already travel cheaply through it, but I might need one for Belgium for the Thalys.
Hey! I tried to order a 2 month continuous travel eurail pass with the 50%sale this afternoon but my creditcard didn't seem to work. I was able to fix the problem with my creditcard but now the site is crashing and I can't find my order. I am so scared that my order didn't come through... Could you maybe check for me if it came through? (I don't know if you can do that) If not, is there maybe a possibility that I could still order the 2 month pass with the 50% sale? I really hope this works:( I would like it so much to travel around Europe but without the sale I wont be able to afford it…Can someone give me an email of interrail where i can send my problem to?
Hi everyone, Saturday, I'm going to start on a 15 day-trip (in 2 months) with an Interrail pass. This will be my fifth year I'm going to travel by train, but I have a question.On 1 of your travel days you're allowed to use the pass to travel out of your country, and on another day you're allowed to travel back in. Does it always have to be the first and last day of your trip, though? Or are you allowed to use any day in your travel period?Thanks in advance!

I tried calling SNCF to book the tickets and they redirected me to Eurostar, and Eurostar’s phone line is only telling me they are “experiencing an unprecedented number of calls, please call back later”Please help!!!

Not currently allowing me to purchase paper passes. What is the best way to purchase the 6 mobile tickets so each person will be able to access from their own phone? We may not take every ride together, but I am paying for all of them and want to use my own credit card for the the award pointsThanks,Bill

The problem was that I chose the wrong issuer (with the same CIV code though ) Hi,I have bought a paper Interrail pass (Global Pass) and I am trying to connect it to my Interrail account.. But my Pass cover number is not accepted. The reason I want to connect is because I want to make reservations for the train from Lyon to Barcelona. Is there any way around this?
