United States delivery of Eurail Paper Pass
This is an update for those in the United States who have or will order a Eurail Global paper pass.Eurail shipped the pass to the United States in a very timely fashion after the order. It arrived in the United States on August 11. Here is where it encountered a significant delay in U.S. Customs. I recieved notification on August 26th that the parcel had cleared customs, and now is in the U.S. Postal system, which means another 4-5 days before arrival. Total transit time in this country will be 18-19 days.So my lesson learned is plan ahead early. I am still a couple of months from my travel date, and I am very glad I ordered early.Hope this helps if you are in a similar situation.
Eurail London to Paris
I am trying to book a train for my son and friend from London to Paris in a few weeks and every train every day says Prices Unavailable. I find that very hard to believe, a Thursday in late April? Not sure why they bought passes when availability is limited. Can someone let me know if I’m getting something wrong.

Venice to Bratislava, how many travel days?
Hello everybody, i’m planning my next interrail and i live in a city close to Venice. My first travel will be Vicenza to Bratislava, using one travel day. But if i add the train to Rail Planner it counts two travel days. Is that correct? Should i really use two travel days, even if it is just a travel from one city to another?
Broken cell phone - log in on another cell phone to book
Hello, I have already booked a ticket for a ride. But now my cell phone does not work. Previously I made a screenshot of the ticket and the connection and I can view it on my laptop. However, I don't know how to book my trip back without the cell phone. Can I log in with my account on another friends cell phone and book the trip for myself? So I can have the screenshots back on my own laptop?
How do trips work?
Hi!I’m going from Stockholm to Hamburg. Then I’ll take a new train from Hamburg to Paris. Continue after a few days in Paris to Montpellier. Do I create a new trip for each part, or do I add the following parts to my original trip? How does it work? I mean can I connect many trips to my global pass, or can I just have one trip connected? Stefan
Sudden death in near family, possible refund?
Hey Interrail Community! So as the title says there has been a sudden death in near family. This has caused us to end our travels immediately and take a plane home. Since this is a force majeure, could there be a possibilty for a partial refund? We have only traveled for 10 days out of two months, and only used 3 travel days, and it dosen’t seem like we’ll be going again any time soon.

Travel through other countries home
Hello everyone, We're (my sister and I) supposed to go home from France to Germany on the 12th, but in Germany, trains are currently cancelled on that day so we would have to find another way home. Is it possible to travel through or into other countries like the Netherlands to get home? Or is that not included in our One Country ticket? If we could go to, say, Enschede, it'd be much more convenient for us. Does anyone know or are there fellow Germans looking for the same problem/solution?
Planner says I have more travel days than i think i do
Hey guys, I’ve put my planned journey from London to Vienna into the website's ‘plan my trip'. By my count, it’s 4 travel days but the planner is counting it as six days. Does anyone know why and which one is right? My plan is:London - Brussels on the 19th AprilBrussels - Frankfurt on the 21st AprilFrankfurt - Munich on the 23rd AprilMunich - Salzburg - Vienna on the 25th April I count that as 4 travel days but the planner is saying it’s 6 travel days, so I need the 7 day travel pass. The link to the planner is here: https://www.interrail.eu/en/tripplanner-map#adult=1&start=2022-04-19&end=2022-04-25&travelDays=6&trip=39eGB00%2C236BE02%2C34jDE02%2C36wDE02%2C2mhAT00%2C8xAT00 Does anyone have any idea what’s up here? Thanks in advance!Caroline
Broken screen, unable to add pass to new device
Hi, I have a mobile global pass (10 days in 2 months). Unfortunately, my phone broke in the middle of my trip and I am unable to add my pass to my new device. I tried to reach our to the customer support through email and social media but I'm yet to receive a response. I'm very worried as with each passing day, I stand a chance of losing more and more money as I have already made accomodation reservations in multiple clities. I feel helpless about it and it is too expensive for me to buy tickets for traveling while they work on my case. Is there by any chance s physical office of Interrail that I could visit in Germany or the Netherlands to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is extremely urgent. Thank you very much!Kind Regards,Abhiraj
