Hi,im traveling with my wife. I created our trip in the eurail app and added her as a traveler. However, I’m trying to share it with her, so she can have it in her phone. im trying to use the “share as a link” option I see inside the trip, but when use the link and press “save this trip” it just redirect us to the same page and nothing gets added to her app. what am I doing wrong? What can I do so we both can see the whole trip in our phones?
WE have booked a number of reservations across Europe on the interail.eu site.However, when I go to the APP where I have added the PASS numbers I cannot see any of these reservations. We are using the same login details.Its as if there is no synchronisation between APP and website. Its very frustrating and worrying as we are supposed ti be travelling in 2 weeks.What are we doing wrong as I cannot take the computer on holiday and will be relying on the APP on my phone.
Hi,A close relative passed away recently in Germany and I am planning to attend the funeral. I live in the South of England. Intending to leave on the England Thursday 23rd Feb, funeral 24th, and return to England Saturday 25th of Feb with the route High Wycombe => London ==> Brussels ==> Frankfurt ==> Fulde.Its for the funeral only, so wouldn’t have chance to go anywhere elseI will need a Eurail pass (because I live in the UK) but can someone advise please, what Eurail pass would I need for the (hopefully 3 day round trip) ?I will need to reserve a seat on Eurostar (hopefully I still can) would it be sensible to get a reserve any other parts of the journeyGreat to get you thoughts !Thanks in advance

If I buy myself an interrail pass from their website, I can normally travel with her, right?I wanna make sure before I buy the pass.Also, how much time before the actual trip should I buy the pass?
Hi everyone, My friend and I have a small problem and are wondering if you guys can help. We both live in the middle of Germany and therefore need to change trains in order to leave the country and to come back. Is that possible to change trains in our own country ? For example, we live in Halle Saale and we need to go to Munich before we can leave the country to Vienna is that even possible with Interrail? Can we use one of our travel days for that? I have the 10-travel day pass, and will start my trip in September, however when I started planning the trip in the app it says I have already spent one travel day. I put in the rest of my plan but now I have put in 8 travel days and the app says I only have one day left. As I am not starting in my home country I will not need to use a travel day for the outbound journey, but is that day reserved for outbound/inbound or something? I thought I could use my travel days for any trip (as long as I wasn’t travelling around my home country). I can see that the first day of the trip is marked as “Travel day” however, I have to take the bus for my first trip and this bus is not included in the pass, so it’s a manual entry in the app. Should I put the first “train travel day” as the first day of the pass instead? Would I then get in trouble as the bus fair was Interrail-discounted?Has anyone experienced the same thing or know why it’s doing this?
my friend is travelling with me but her phone broke and she is now trying to open her rail planner app on her new phone but it won’t let her as it is still open on her broken phone. We have submitted community support requests but need urgent help as we are travelling via eurail in 3 days don’t have any other way to get from Lille to Amsterdam, or enough money. her oder number is IN30569800
Hello, I am currently Interrailing and my 3 month global pass just disappeared from the app. When I try to add it again, I get an error message saying that the pass is already on my device. Maybe it is, but neither can I see my pass nor my trip.I have already submitted a zendesk support request this morning, but I got an automated email reply that the pass number in the support request was invalid. I then responded to this email with my correct pass number and since then I haven’t heard anything from the interrail support.Are there any other ways of getting support for this issue? I have not reinstalled the app yet as I don’t know if it is safe to do so while my pass is active. Regards, Marc
Hi community, I have Eurail Italy pass and I would like to know if I can board bernina express from st.mortiz to Tirano. I already made the seat reservation but not sure if my Eurail Italy pass covers the ticket. From Eurail app it did let me get the ticket but unsure if this is valid. Does anyone have experience traveling on Bernina using Eurail Italy pass.
Hi all,Me and my friend need some help. We have tried to contact Interail every day since one week back but haven’t received any answer. Our flight was delayed so we couldn’t start our journey on our starting date. And since this was after midnight we couldn’t change it in the app. Resulting in us loosing one journey. We only have a 5 days-pass, so one travel less has big impact. Do you know if there is any way to still change starting date afterwards? As I said, I have emailed Interail but don’t get any reply. So don’t know what to do.. any idea?
I am planning my first Interrail trip and am currently booking a ferry. There is a 30% discount for Interrailpass users. Condition is that the passport is shown when entering the ferry. Can I just show my Interrail app that has my mobile pass on it or how is that handled?"
Hi everyone! I wanted to ask you for advice…I have a global pass with 15 travel days within 2 months and I wanted to know if it’s necessary to use the inbound journey? Or can I use it as a normal travel day? For example from Stockholm to Oslo as my last travel day and then I want to fly back to my country. Thanks in advance for your answers! Liza
Hi I got to know how regional trains save our money . Do we have such options to book from Milano to Venice( reservation free ) and other places ? it showed me 15Euros to book seats . If seat reservation mandatory I need to book on oebb.com to avoid booking fees or any other websites ?
Hello, I just lost my wallet with all my cards in it. I’m in the middle of using my 2month Interrail Global Pass (mobile pass, not paper), so I’d really like to know if I can still continue traveling with my passeport (even if the number doesn't match) or if I can, in that case, replace it ?I have tried reaching out to the Interrail customer service but nobody responds, and I don’t even receive a confirmation email that my request has been sent. So, I’m a bit lost…I’d really appreciate any help/information, Thank you!
HelloI bought an Eurail Pass that can be used seven days a month. I'm going on a trip in July, and I set the starting date as the travel date. By the way, can I press the yellow QR code-shaped activation button on My Trip now? It doesn't count as a month from now on, does it?
Hi!I bought an interail mobil pass for 3 months and wanted to know wether I can add trips once I started traveling? Becauce I would like to travel spontainioulsy and dont want to plan my whole 3 months trip in advance. Some of the answers on the website are confusing and it seems like I have to plan my whole trip in advance and add it to the app before my first travel day.Thanks!Best wishes,Marlies
I have created 4 travel days in the My Trip page, with the necessary journeys and train times all showing. It has created a map for me. However when I go to the My Pass page it says no journeys added and I cannot see how to add these to this pass.
