Sorry if this is a silly question - i have brought my interail pass a few months ago for 3 months global pass.My first train i go on using my interail pass is the end of July, if i register my pass on the app now, will my 3 months begin? Obviously i want my 3 months to start from end of July but i’m worrying about trains not having reservations by then!Getting a bit confused with how it works - any advice is appreciated!!

Hello, we wanted to buy 4 greece island passes, but they won't arrive soon enough.Is it possible to print it by my self?I can't set the first travel day to 10.july only the 21. work.I always use the mobile pass and have no idea that this greece island pass is not available.Greetings Winder Ulrich
I am travelling from the UK through France, then meeting friends who will drive me to Italy in a car. I then want to continue Eurail in Italy. So my question is….. does the trip need to be “continuous” by train between destinations for the pass to work, or can I break the destinations by car? Thanks

Hi, my name is Victoria. I bought a three months Global Pass for 50 % discount but I am now unable to fully use it. Therefore I wish to exchange it for a “4 days within 1 month” Global Pass.On the interrail page it says, that normal exchange and refund rules might not apply to tickets bought on sale. Has anybody had any experience with this or could anyone tell me if exchanges just work normally (full reimbursement minus 15 € exchange fee)?Best regards,Victoria
Hello, My Eurail mobile pass has been activated and I have used a travel day but the app is not recognizing when my phone is connected to wifi. I have loaded the app multiple times and it does not recognize the wifi connection. Any suggestions? I need it for my next travel day tomorrow!
