I falsely activated my Interrail Global Pass - now my 2 months are running but I am not able to travel at this time. Since I did not book any trips to my pass - I basically never used it - I want to deactivate it again to activate when I know how I want to use it. Is that even possible and if yes how/who can help me with that?The chat bot is useless and my emails are unanswered!
Hi! I´ve been travelling in Europe from the 11 of May till 14 of June.On monday 30 my celphone and my bag were stolen in Italy. The robber made me a disaster with my celphone, traying to buy different stuffs through websites and aplications.Now that I’m back in Argentina, I realize that an eurail pass was contracted with my name and with this email: XXX. They used one of my VISA credit cards to pay for itI never used this pass and it wasn’t me who contracted it. I need urgent refund of this money in my credit card. Hello,I am wondering if anyone has advice on getting through to someone at Eurail to process a refund. We purchased 3 paper global passes on April 3, which never came. After spending hours trying to contact Eurail and the postal service, we ended up purchasing replacement mobile passes and requesting a refund.However, we have still not heard anything back with regards to our refund request. The tickets were nearly $1,200 and we have not received any indication that they will be refunded (despite paying extra for pass protection). I am wondering if there is a way to speak with a live person by phone or email? Any tips are much appreciated!Jamie G
Good morning, trying my luck here too after contacting the customer service yesterday – my phone has crashed few days ago, leaving me with no choice than to reset it to the original setting. I had to download again all my apps back - however, yesterday when opening the Eurail app and adding the pass back, it says that “this pass is already activated on another device” and I’m not able to use it at all.I’m supposed to travel friday morning and just incredibly anxious that we won’t be able to go because of that. Is there anyone that can help me? Many thanks!
My phone sometimes does not work properly when it is warm outside. This summer, we are interrailing and temperatures may be high. I want to avoid being in a train and not being able to show my mobile pass. Is there a workaround for this? Can I for example look at it on the internet, or can I share a screenshot with my friends who travel with me? Hope you can help me!
I’m travelling from Germany to Italy in September and I am unsure about the train ride leaving Germany. I heard that you can only use one train ride to exit your home country (Germany) and one train ride to enter your home country (Germany). For example I found a train connection from my hometown to Hamburg to Munich to Vienna, which makes a total of 3 train rides within my home country, is that possible with the gobal pass oder do i need to for example book a separat ticket to Hamburg and take a train from Hamburg to Zurich?
Hi I live in England which pass do I buy as I am confused if we are still classed as a European citizen? And can purchase a global pass.Also i If I can get a global pass does it allow me to travel to London to get the train to France or is the pass only valid from the departing train station to the next country? Eg it is only valid from london to Paris and not getting to london. Cheers
Hi there!I purchased an Interrail Global pass for 2 months. The app states a Validity Period of“8 Jul - 7 Sept. I did not choose this myself. Seems to happen automatically. I however would like to make my first travel day 7 Jul. At the moment, I cannot activate the journey for 7 Jul. The app says that I do not have travel days left. Does anyone know how I can start travelling on Jul 7? Please note that my country of residence is NL, but I will make my first journey from DE to NL.I added some screenshots to clarify.

Hi. I live with my family in the UK, but when I need to put “Country of Residence” into the “Traveller Details” dropbox, there is no “UK” listed. I am resident in the UK so I thought the Eurail pass was open to residents of the UK?? PS I am a UK citizen. My wife and children are Belgian citizens, but they are also resident in the UK.
Hello All,I would like to travel with my younger sister (she is a little older than 15 years old) via interrail/eurail. She has a valid Schengen visa but originally lives in Istanbul, Turkey. I live with a residence permit in Germany (I am older than 18 years old). So I have a couple of questions: Can my sister travel with me? Does she need any additional document? If there is any web link from interrail that explains the rules for the minors, I really appreciate it if you could share? Per my understanding. I will be getting an interrail ticket for me, and one eurail ticket for her. Am I correct? And in that case will we still able to travel with the same trains?
I hold a valid Eurail pass, and I am looking to do boat rides in Switzerland (in particular Lake Lucerne and Lake Geneva).Couple of queries regarding 50% discount on these lakes -How to avail this 50% discount? Is it only via in-person booking where I need to show my eurail pass to get discount? Is there any way to avail this discount while purchasing ticket online? Currently I only see reduction option for Swiss half fare card and not for the Eurail Pass while online booking. If I use this 50% discount, does it count in one of my travel dates validity?

I have booked a camping in Mataró, which is about an hour away from the city center of Barcelona. The best way to get there is by Rodalies de Catalunya, which I figure is sort of a regional train. However, on the Interrail-website, I can't find connections. Therefore, I am wondering if Interrail is valid on these trains or that I need to buy seperate tickets.
Hello all, I have been trying to find an answer to this but it is honestly too confusing.I will try to keep it short: I have the 7 days within 1 month pass.I want to travel from Stockholm (home) to Berlin.In the rail planner I can take the train from Stockholm at 17 on a thursday, but I will have to change trains in Germany the next day (friday) before finally arriving in Berlin in the morning. Will this then deduct 2 travel days or 1 because I had to change trains on friday?
