I’ve got a pass that is valid until 3rd July. The app and web portal both confirm this. Yet when I try to book any train, even a local one that doesn’t require a reservation, the site tells me my ‘pass is not valid on that date.’ (I booked my first reservations without problems.) It seems there is no longer any customer support. How am I suppose to get home?
I can't get confirmation e-mail because I entered a wrong address. I changed it but it keeps sending to the wrong one.
Hello everyone!I ordered 8 Interrail Passes yesterday for the company I work for. While entering my email address I made a typo. So I never received any confirmation email. I corrected my e-mail address in my Interrail account and clicked on “resend confirmation email”, but it keeps sending it to the wrong address. It is pretty urgent and the order is pretty big, can you help me? Is there a way I can get a call with customer service?Thank you!
Hi,I bought two Greek Islands passes (4 days in a month passes) to use for ferries. I booked 3 out of 4, and I’m not able to book the last one : my passes start on the 2nd of July, and the ferry I want is on the 3rd. When trying to book it, the website says “Document not valid for the date”, and I don’t see why ?Does anyone know what to do ? I’ve sent several emails to support without answer.
Hello, I want to travel from Bregenz in Austria to Lecce and back, so I bought the Italy Pass. Now as I wanted to do the seat reservations, I saw, that it is not valid for the way to and from Italy, is that true?Which Pass could I use? Or would the Italy Pass actually have worked from Austria? I also have to do a trip to Germany in the same month, but actually already booked…Any ideas?Thanks so much..Vivienne
Hello people,Any help or suggestions welcomed. I brought a promo global pass and am unable to add my mobile pass to the rail planner app.When I do try add the pass it says ‘Something went wrong’. Ive tried and couldnt previously activate my pass and the validation period is for 1 month and it runs out today. Slightly worried as I am supposed to be travelling from Paris to Amsterdam on Saturday and need to reserve seats! I also don’t want to lose my money! any help welcome, thank you, Marcus
I had purchased Global pass (opted for paper form) online. I did not get an email confirmation. However under my eurail account the order status is marked as ‘paid’. There is no tracking code. How do I track it? who do I contact and how? what if it doesn’t arrive on time
I'm curious if it's a viable strategy to have multiple of the same trip in the same day so as to have an insurance trip if you miss a train. Train journeys can't overlap so is it ok to have (eg Berlin to Prague) 9:00-13:30 train and a 15:00-19:30 train on your pass on the same day?
My interrail mobile pass traveler name says W. Kaleta instead of Wiktoria Kaleta. Is this normal? Or is this an error? My friends who have eurail passes (instead of interrail) have their whole name written, not just their first initial, so I’m wondering whether I accidentally only typed the first letter of my name rather than my whole name.
Hi all!Guys I have a question I bought the interrail 15 days ticket, but I’ll be on the trip for more days. But I will be using 15 travel days in total probably. Would you recommend me exchanging my ticket for the 15 days in one month. Or since I am travelling southern europe it doesn’t really matter cause the reservations might be pretty expensive anyways? My daughter and I are leaving for Europe tomorrow. I ordered paper global passes one month ago and they’re stuck in customs. I have sent multiple emails and filled out a form requesting a transfer to the online passes, without having to pay the normal fee they charge for that. I haven’t received any response. What do I do now?

I want to register them on the website to plan my trip and make my reservations.On my paper passes I have a 12-digit pass number and no letter. Hi everyone,I bought a two month global pass to use this summer. I started adding some journeys to the trip connected to my pass. In addition, I already made some seat reservations for some of these trains via bahn.de.I was thinking to activate my pass on the day I would take my first train this summer, as I am not 100% sure which day this will be. But now I am in doubt that this would be too late: Is it possible that when you don’t activate your pass well in advance, it may be too late to actually get on board as all interrailer spots are already “taken” for that train? If so, then I’d like to activate the pass now and choose a start date somewhere in July. Just in case it would be necessary: is it later also possible to advance the start date chosen upon activation?Thank you!
Global Pass continuous. Will I still need to get the start of my pass validated when I commence usage? Am I required to fill in every journey (even flight or bus)?

Hello, I activated my mobile pass on my Ipad which I do not want take with me on the journey. I tried to delete the pass on my Ipad since the validity period did not start yet, but it did not work. Does anybody know what I can do to remove the pass from my Ipad so that I can activate it on my mobile phone? Thanks for your help!
Good morning,I am trying to purchase a paper pass. I want to take my first train on 6th August. However, the delivery time is expected before 8th August. Althought I am confident that I will get it sooner (2 months seems exagerately long time), I cannot put the starting date on 6th August, but only after the delivery date.Any tips on how to solve that?

Good morning,it is not clear yet to me if is there any possibility to add a travel day to my pass, when already on it.For example, I am going to purchase a 3 days pass, but my travelling days will include coincidences. In case some train runs late (I am going to Norway, I do not know how often that could happen) and I loose the coincidence, I will need one more travel day.
