Phone broke while travelling
Hello, I am currently travelling and my phone broke this morning.I had to cancel my day trip today, but tomorrow we are travelling back home so I will need to be able to show my pass. To many reservations have been made for us to reschedule.I have seen previous posts on the topic, and I have created a ticket to the support. But this is urgent so I thought best to post here as well in case anything can be done to solve the issue quicker.Best,

Hi,A close relative passed away recently in Germany and I am planning to attend the funeral. I live in the South of England. Intending to leave on the England Thursday 23rd Feb, funeral 24th, and return to England Saturday 25th of Feb with the route High Wycombe => London ==> Brussels ==> Frankfurt ==> Fulde.Its for the funeral only, so wouldn’t have chance to go anywhere elseI will need a Eurail pass (because I live in the UK) but can someone advise please, what Eurail pass would I need for the (hopefully 3 day round trip) ?I will need to reserve a seat on Eurostar (hopefully I still can) would it be sensible to get a reserve any other parts of the journeyGreat to get you thoughts !Thanks in advance
Pass expiry date WRONG!
So my pass somehow got activated and took a travel day on July 2. I asked for this to be undone because I didn’t even start using it until the end of July. I was given one day back, but my pass expires TOMORROW (!!!) and I need to keep using it past then. I have 3 travel days (half of my pass) that will go to waste if not, AND I will be stranded with no way to get around. Please if anyone knows what to do or how to get in immediate contact with support let me know. 💗 I am so upset and stressed about this.
There is no 'SEARCH' button in the "Planner"
It is our first time to use Eurail pass. After put schedule into the “Planner” in the app, there is no “Search” button under the “Filters”. So it is impossible to see the timetable and choose the departure time. What should I do with this situation? Thank you
Train journey not showing on my S10 android
I have a eurail pass. It is not activated as I am not travelling for several months yet. I have purchased a reservation on my laptop a eurostar ticket. The booked train journey shows up on my laptop when I go into my eurail site, but it doesn’t show up on my S10 android Eurail app. What do I do to have this on my mobile phone, as this is what I will be showing the inspector
Pass transfer between devices needed - i lost my phone
Urgent help needed - I am travelling this morning 19.08. I’ve lost my phone with my interrail pass activated there - I need to activate it on my new device. I would really appreciate if you can help me asap with a pass transfer on my new device, I am currently boarding the train to France and will then continue my journey to Italy - I have all my seat reservations ready but I can’t access my interrail pass. Hello, this is my first question, indeed, it is a request for help.I have recently finished my Interrail trip and out of curiosity I went to the 'Rail Planner' application to review my route, with all the statistics.I realized that it has not been updated properly, I have visited four countries but there is only one colored flag out of four and the map shows me certain routes that I have not completed.What needs to be done to update / fix this feature?Gianluca P.
Transfer seat reservations to a different Eurail pass
We made a mistake with the Eurail pass we originally purchased and are going to have to exchange it for another pass. The difficulty is that we purchased seat reservations with the original pass purchased and now we don’t know how to get the seat reservations applied to a new pass.Is it possible to get seat reservations applied to a different Eurail pass than the reservation was originally purchased with?
From Patras to Athen
Hello We want to travel from Greece to Italy this summer. And for this we’ll buy the 6 days pass. But to us it is not completly clear how we can travel from Patras to Athen. We know that there should be trains or busses and this tranfer is inclused in the pass. But how does this work? Where can we see where and when these buses and trains depart? Do we have to make any seat reservations? Is the pass (what has been filled out for the ferry) enough to board the train / bus or are additional forms needed? And for travelling back from Greece to Italy, does it work the same way?And another question: would it be cheaper if we just bought the global pass and would buy the ferries to the islands and to greece seperately? I'm intending to get a global. in switzerland does the pass include public transport, specifically interlaken? I will be with a 7 month old baby can I take the stroller on the train?I will make the pathlondon -amsterdan - paris - strasbourg - interlaken - zurich do you have any benefits?
Are there two kinds of "trip?"
I am confused by the fact that there seem to be two kinds of trips. One is in the planner app, is linked to 1 pass and has automaticall the pass owner as the only traveller. The second trip is instead in the website profile, it might have more that 1 traveller and is usdd to make reservations.The two trips are completely independent and disconnected: trips created in the planner app are not visible in the “trips overview" in the account website, and vice versa.I find this confusing. Am i missing something?Thanks
Unable to add my trip in the app
Hi everyoneI’m planning my trip for this summer. I’ve already bought my pass. The pass is connected to “my interrail trip”. Today, I downloaded the app and I wanted to add my pass. I was able to add my pass but in the second step I am not able to choose my trip called “my interrail trip”. I just can create a new trip. According to the guide I would have here the option to choose “my interrail trip”. What can I do?Thanks for your help!
Can I save multiple journeys for one day without using up multiple travel days?
Hi there,I will travel with the one country mobile pass this week for the first time.I have a question concerning saving multiple journeys for one day. Is it possible for example to plan the journey of a whole Friday, in separate journeys without using up multiple travel days? Will the app be fare to see that if I save a journey for Friday morning, and later in the afternoon on a different journey for that same Friday, it will still fall under one traveling day? Or do I need to plan a whole day in one journey plan?I hope my question is clear and you can help me. Thanks in advance! xIsabel
Refund for won pass or extension possible?
Hello everyone! Quick question, I hope you can help me. I have won an interrail pass on a social network competition, but lots of month have passed and I don’t think I will be able to use my prize. I didn’t activate it or anything, I just have the code but never used it. Should I consider it lost? Can I get a refund even if I didn’t pay for it? Can I extend it somehow/also by paying? Outbound day - one or two stops to switch trains
Hello, I have a question about travelling in my country of residence.My trip should start in Koeln and i wanna travel towards Strasbourg first. The best Options are one or two stop options with the ICE, where i also have to switch the train. For example: Koeln to Karlsruhe and than Karlsruhe to Strasbourg. Would that be allowed? Exchanging mobile pass and impact on existing reservations
I have a 10 day first class pass, not activated, and have already purchased through SBCB reservations for Eurostar and TGV.I now wish to exchange the pass for one with fewer journeys and even though this is a reduction in value to Interrail I understand that I can do this for a 15 Euro fee. Will my existing reservations (for which I had to generate a pass cover number) be valid with the new pass?Thanks, Scott
