Hi,We are traveling to Italy between October to 23rd to 29th 2021. Our Plan is1. 23 rd - Rome FCO Airport to Venice at around 1.30pm by trainthen from Venice to Florence at around 1pm on 25th and from Florence to Rome on 27th at noon… so this will be 3 days pass right?? Please let us know…Hemant
Hi, I'm in my second day of a 7-day travel pass. The Rail Planner App is not working, the issue is the same that happend to Tarek here https://community.eurail.com/eurail-interrail-passes-41/mobile-pass-disappeared-completely-771 but his solution it's not working for me. I've sent emails to support but anyone is answering. The mobile pass doesn't shows in the app section and that section requests me to add a pass. When I do the proper steps, the app says me that the mobile pass has been added in this phone and I can check it in the app section. It's a loop: when I go back, the pass stills missing. Any idea?
Hello everybody, My phone got stolen yesterday and I am not able to put my mobile pass on another device because it says that the pass has already been added on another phone. Can somebody help me ? I have to take a train tomorrow from Barcelona and have no idea how to connect with my pass.
Good evening. So today i wanted to activate but i got the following error:“You must be 28 or under on your first travel day"I am born on the 28th of July in 1993 so i am 28. And wanted to start my journey on the 21st of August but i seems that I can’t. I am quite confused right now and a bit afraid that I can’t start my traveling. Hello !My girlfriend and I bought an interrail pass in 2020 that we had to delay to 2021 due to Covid, during the exchange from our paperpass to the mobile pass our birthday dates has been switch by eurail (bug or mistake), so it's not correct anymore (the date were correct on the first paper pass).Our trip is starting in a few days (the 21) and the customer service seems to be really busy, is it possible to be in touch with someone by phone ? We are scared not to be able to travel because of this Thank you,Maxime
Can I buy a pass now and make seat reservations without activating it?? (so that I don’t use up the days) To be a little more specific, my activation date would be August 27th, but it sounds like I need to make seat reservations before then. Additionally, are seat reservations refundable?Thanks!
helloi have a global pass. when i select train Bern to Roma it writes your pass is not valid in some of these countries. i am residence of switzerland. Last week i used pass Switzerland to Germany without problem.when i choose Milano- Roma same error happens.
Hi guys I have two questions! First: Can I add a journey to my pass the day of the journey? Or does it need to happen way beforehand? Secondly: What happens if I miss a train - Can I just take the next one without any problems, if it‘s still on the same day? Thank you! Help would be much appreciated!

Hello, I am a german citizen traveling for a while in France now. Last minute I realise I need to go home for some days. To travel over Switzerland back to France. I am think of buying the interrail pass 4 travel days in a month. But since Germany is my home Country and I am only allowed to travel in and out once, I wonder if I am allowed to use my first journey from France as my “travel back” and my second journey to Switzerland as my “travel out”?Thanks for all helpSina
I travel with friends and we are in Italy, we arrived today and try to catch a train, but we didn’t manage to catch it. But while we were at the airport we activated our passes with today’s date and now we have a minus one travel day and are without any train. Is it possible to get our travel day back?
I was wondering how the month pass works? Is it a certain numbers of days or it is from 1st of the month till the end? So I wanted to get 2 month pass and start traveling on 9th of the first month. My question is, is a pass valid from 9th of the first month untill end of the 2nd month or it is like 62 days total? Couldn’t find the answer in term and condition nor in FAQ.
I bought two mobile passes a few days ago, with the starting travel date on 14/8. I also purchased the Plus upgrade, so 100% refund should be possible. Hi!I have bought two Interrail Passes for 8 days within a month for Italy only, starting date august.As I did this in december, i planned august for our journey. Unfortunately i didn’t get vacation from my company in august, only for september. I now planned my trip for september, forgetting that on the paper tickets, there is a starting and ending date (in my case august). The starting date was the 5th of august and i now want to swap the tickets from august to september. What i read from the website is that this is not possible, after the starting date has passed. My question now is can i get a refund, even though the starting date has already happened a week ago? Thanks in advance for answering! Best regardsAnita
Hello :) So back in january I bought my 7days mobile pass because I didn't know yet when I would travel (and ofc Covid-19).Now I have a plan where I'll go and when but after following this forum for a little bit I have the impression that the mobile pass doesn't always work.. smoothly 😅. Tickets dissapearing etc. Is this really a big problem that happens a lot? How do I prevent this from happening? And what if it happens? Last time I used Interrail I used the Paper pass and that always worked 😂 (plus I had a souvenir hehe)Thanks for all tips and information you can give me :)
I have a 3 month continuous pass I’m halfway through my trip (6 weeks of travel) my journey. Sometimes my app has glitches but normally they work out. I’m on a train from Vienna to Salzburg then to Munich then to Berlin. All in one day. My trip is saved, I have seat reservations, and the trip is saved to my pass. But when I select to show my pass the barcode does not show and it says I have no journeys that day. This time it has been hours and I’m on the train but the barcode is not showing. How do I get my ticket?
