As said in the title, my ID will expire next year and I’ll probably get a new one before I start my travels. I’d like to take the opportunity and buy my Interrail ticket with the current discount though. Is it possible to register/buy a ticket now and ‘update it’ to my new ID once I have it?
I wanted to go tomorrow from Maastricht to Barcelona and can not do the trip right now because of the covid variant omicron. When I want to delete my trip to deactivate my ticket and keep it for the next months, It is not possible. It was not possible to deactivate the pass before, as I just received the cancelation of my airbnb in Barcelona due to an infection of my hosts. I already canceled the reservations I had for some trains. I would appreciate it a lot If you could answer me quickly, as I really want to do this trip when the whole pandemic situation permits it and it will be impossible for me to spend 180 Euros again. Would appreciate your help a lot!
Hello, New to using this service. I need to go from Stuttgart to Rennes on the 31st and back on the 02.01.Now, do I need to buy the global Pass if i understand correctly because i am travelling from one country into another one. Or is there a cheaper version? Cause i just need 2 travel days, not 4.Also, If i get the travel pass digital version, does that work on a laptop? Or do i need a mobile phone? Cause my phone is broken currently. Kind Regards,Baconsoup
Hello!I am looking into purchasing tickets. I am 26 but will be 27 by the time we travel so was looking at the youth pass. However I also have a 4 year old who will be 5 by the time we use the pass.I can't seem to purchase the youth pass and the kids one as it says you need to be 18 (which I am). So my question is, do I need to pay for the adults one even though I fall into the youth age bracket in order to get the kids pass? Sorry if there is a question like this already answered I couldn't find it!Thanks everyone!
Hi!I started travelling with my Interrail Global Paper pass since december 11. I have four travel days included, but I would like to extend it to 5 days or a two months pass with more days. How would I go about changing the pass? Is it a problem that it is a paper pass? Can my new one be a mobile pass? How long would the process take? thank you trainlovers 🚂!
I live in Malmo, Sweden and will travel in Oslo in Jan. I wish to also travel from Oslo to Tromso. Does one country pass cover that travel because google search does not show any train from Oslo to Tromso. I also have an opinion that north Norway train network is not connected to rest of Norway.is it useful to buy one country pass for Norway, 3 days for this travel. I will just go and come back to Malmo via Oslo.

When buying an Interrail pass on interrail.eu, "Plus" (23 EUR extra) is automatically added on checkout. If you don't want that, you first have to notice it and then unselect it. I'm not sure if it's allowed to add optional extras automatically but regardless of that: it is undesired. Please change that. If you click on "Continue shopping" during checkout and then return to the checkout later, then "Plus" is added back again! This is even less desirable, since you should be able to trust that your order is not changed after you've saved it.Any feedback from Eurail (@Nanja :) appreciated.
hello everybody! It's my first time with Global Pass and I have a question:I travel from the Nederlands (Den Bosch) to Munich, i leave at 8:55, I am going to stay in Munich a couple of hour. Then the same day at 23:30 I take the night train from Munich to Budapest, I arrive the next day at 9:02. Is this 1 or 2 days?
Hello everyone! I’m first time traveling with Interrail and in need of your help. I want to travel from Germany to Italy this December. During my stay in Italy, i might travel to some cities there. Then, I will travel to Spain for several days, back to Italy. Then travel back to Germany. My questions are: Global pass will cover train cost from Germany to Italy and return. Is it correct? And it is considered 2 travel days? Does Global pass cover cost for using trains from Italy to Spain and return to Italy? Does it cover trains cost forward and back within Italy cities? cities within Spain? Thanks so much. Truc
Hey everyone,I have a 5 days Global Pass. My country of residence is Germany. I was travelling from Sweden to Denmark, then into Germany and tomorrow I wanna leave to England. In January I will come back to Germany. I have just read that I can only use one inbound and one outbound journey. What should I do? Should I book a ticket to Brussels without interrail so I don’t use another outbound journey, Will I be able to use interrail from England in January? Many thanks Laura
Hello, I have chosen my outbound journey as today but we were unable to make the train as there were no more tickets left so we couldn’t reserve seats. We are now in Belgium and need to use the outbound journey for tomorrow, please can someone help us as we need to change the outbound date to tomorrow! please help us and let us get home for Christmas!! Thanks
Hi, we have booked two 1 months passes for December 13 to January 13 in Switzerland and activated them as we were almost about to leave for the trip. However due to new restrictions we couldn’t travel anymore… we paid a lot of money and would be really pity if it all went to waste. The pass is active and the first travel day already passed but it has never used… is there a way to refund it or move it to another time considering these extraordinary circumstances?
Hello! I‘ve bought a Global Pass with four travel days. My trip is the following:Day 1 (19.12.21): Cadiz-Sevilla-BarcelonaDay 2 (20.12.21): Barcelona-Lyon-Geneve (inbound)Day 3 (27.12.21) Geneve-Lyon-Barcelona (outbound)Day 4 (28.12.21) Barcelona-Sevilla-CadizMy homecountry is Switzerland and I expected one inbound and one outbound journey with this global pass. But on the pass it‘s written „not valid in Switzerland“. Why? Thanks and best regards
Hey there! I just got a new phone and so I needed to download the app again & my pass isn‘t connected to my trip anymore. My flatmate is able to send me the trip and I can see it in my app next to my pass. But I can‘t connect them. Can you help me? (the trip hasn‘t start yet) thank you! :)
I received the below message by email and want to find out how to start the refund process. I tried calling the international phone number but my phone provider plan doesn’t include international calling. Is there a way to request a refund online or via email? I purchased the tickets through eurail for a client. Please let me know if there is additional information needed. Thank you.
