Hello, I would like to buy an Interrail Pass today or this week-end starting from Monday, July, 18th 2022.In the Interrail website, it's not possible to buy any Pass at this date. How to proceed? Help me please. Thank you for your answer. Best Regards, David Gruson
I cannot activate my eurail pass to travel in Spain. And I need to use it to make a reservation within 15 hours.I have already checked that my application is update. I have already checked this process and it doesn’t work. Go to More > Settings, scroll to the bottom and enable error logging. That won't solve your problem directly but should generate logs for customer support.
Problem with adding mobile pass after reset -''can't add because it's already used on another device''
Hey!My name is Rieke.I‘ve already activated my mobile pass on my phone and now I had to reset it (my phone). When I now trie to add my pass in the Rail Planner App again it says that I can‘t because it‘s already used on another device.I hope someone can help me fix this somehow as soon as possible since I‘m starting my trip on June 15th.
Dear Interrail-Team, we urgently need a Pass Cover Number for our son. We are not able to book a seat reservation for him in France. It is not possible at our train station in Germany and it is not possible via the Eurail Website.Therefor we would need the Pass Cover Number and I would ask you to send us the number. I read the instructions, and help with FAQ to change travel day: I start in 2 weeks. I first had first travel day on 15th, but I can only start the 16th, and I need all of my travel days at the end of the journey. I cannot find where to change this date, on both mobile app and on website.
Hello there! It is my first time visiting Europe and I am unsure of how the One country pass works. Would really appreciate if anyone could provide me advice so that I can plan accordingly and buy the right tickets.My itinerary for Italy is as follow:15 August: Travelling from Domodossola to Milano Centrale. Then travel from Milano Centrale to Venezia S. Lucia (considered as 1 travel day) 16 August: Travelling from Venezia S. Lucia to La Spezia (considered as 1 travel day) 18 August: Travelling from La Spezia to Roma Termini (considered as 1 travel day) 19 August: Travelling from Roma Termini to Naples Central station (for a day trip to Pompeii). Then travel from Naples Central station back to Roma Termini (considered as 1 travel day) 20 August: Travelling from Rome Termini to Fiumicino International Airport (considered as 1 travel day) As long as within the day itself, and within 24hours (ending at midnight), I will be able to take unlimited trains with the One country pass? My pass was bought for me as a present in December 1st 2021. I will not be able to use it due to work until after April 2023, will it last until then or will it run out ? I am nervous about downloading the app and activating the pass as I don't want to start a clock and leave me unable to use the pass.
Good morning,I am a student living in Venice, Italy, and I have won an Interrail pass (7 travel days in one month) via the DiscoverEU portal. I’ve found as the first train, the route without change from Venice S. Lucia to Vienna which leaves at 21:48 and arrives the following day at 07:41. The return journey, always without change, with departure from Munich at 23:20 with arrival in Venice S. Lucia the following day at 08:34. Considering these journeys, how many travel days will be counted by the interrail pass? Thank you in advance
I am new to this and I have to purchase a pass for my gf and myself. We are traveling from Nice France to Imperia Italy (95km). Do I have to purchase a global pass for this one trip? we will be renting cars the rest of the time we are in country.
Hi everybody, I was trying to book a 15 days in 2 month ticket for this summer. When I had to enter the start date of my journey, I was only able to pick from the 26th of July or later. Does anybody know why this is and if I can also get my ticket with the start date for the 8th of July?

We're from South Africa 😊We plan on traveling to Germany - Netherlands - Belgium - France - Germany (spending 2-3 days in each country). If we buy a Eurail pass, can we use it for day trips between cities e.g. Utrecht to Amsterdam? Any advice on whether we should buy it (or not) will be appreciated!

On the website, the train I want (and that I already confirmed that exists) is available, but doesn’t show on the app. The thing is, the next one requires a seat reservation. Can I board a train that is not in the app? If it comes to that?Thank you in advance
Activated my pass in February when I purchased 7 day mobile global pass, not planning to travel until July 2022. Selected travel day as 14th July which is date I am flying to Amsterdam, but will not be using my initial travel day till Sunday 17th July. Tried to edit or delete trip and traveller but will not allow me to do this online or in app. Please help! Naomi
Is it possible to get a refund at an Aid Office once I arrive in Europe? I no longer need the 2 passes I purchased in November. I am having no luck with the refund page (error message) or with getting a response from a Eurail agent. I have an agreement that guarantees 100% reimbursement and have never activated/used the passes. It distresses me to have over $2200 CDN tied up as I prepare to travel. Suggestions?
Having trouble understanding outbound / inbound travel days, I basically want to know if I can use them at all. I’m from Ireland and will be flying to The Netherlands, and then flying home from Italy. Am I able to use my first and last train journeys as inbound/outbound journeys, or would this be invalid as my country of residence is Ireland? Is it just for trains in Ireland for me for example?
Hello, I would like to add my interrail pass on the Rail planner app but it says that I can't because it's already been saved on another device, which is true because I saved my pass in the app on my former phone which has been stolen 2 months ago... so I would like to know if there is any way I can add my pass on my new phone without having to "remove the pass from the other device" as it's suggested to do on the FAQ platform and I obviously can’t do it. Thanks !
