With a 3 month pass does it entirely need to fall within 11 months or do I only need to start the trip within 11 monhts?
Hi!! :) It maybe an obvious question but I can not find a concrete answer anywhere. If I buy a Globall pass, today. You need to activate it before 10th of april 2023. But does this mean that if I buy a pass of 3 months. Also need to travel within the 11 month period. Or can I activate it say the 1st of April 2023 and then travel for 3 months. Thank you!! :)
Hi all, I’m new on this forum and of this kind of trips.I would like to buy a 2 months young pass, and my question is: can I activate it before my 28th birthday, and then starting travelling after that date?For example: I buy young ticket, I activate it the 4th of June, I become 28 the 5th of June, I start travelling the 8 of July (dates are solely for demonstation purposes). Hi, I have a question concerning the Inboung/outbound trip. I actually live in France and I’m thinking of buying the 3 month pass. But I do not really understand the inbound/outbound thing. For example if I buy the pass it would be to do extended week-ends in the surrounding countries for example France/Spain then Spain France in april for 4 daysFrance Belgium /Belgium France in may 5 daysFrance Germany / Germany France june 6 daysFrance UK/UK France june 4 daysas there are direct lines that to these trips (Thalys Paris Amsterdam for example or Paris Bruxelles) is that considered as an Inbound/ outbound travel ? By doing this would I be violating the interrail rules ?thank you for your answer
Hi, I bought a 3month interrail ticket on Saturday evening on my mobile. When booking I saw there’s both a youth and an adult ticket but thought it’s because of some system stuff so didn’t think much about it. Today I realised I basically spend an additional €340 because I didn’t click things correctly. Does anyone know if there’s any way of contacting Interrail directly to figure something out or no chance? :(
Hello everyone, I got a quick question for you.I bought 1 month continuous global pass for interrail which is valid for 11 month. Can I use the half (14 days) in July and the other half (14 days) in September? And during the time in-between, can I go back to my home country? Or once I activated the ticket and start the journey, I got 30 days to travel? Thanks in advance.
Muss mein erster Tag mein Ausreisetag sein? (Ich komme aus Österreich und starte z.B. aber nicht in Österreich) Muss ich zuerst ausreisen oder darf ich auch zuerst einreisen und dann erst ausreisen? Hi,are the passes personalized on purchase or can one add the name of the person later?I would like to buy two 1-month passes from the promo today, but the second person isn’t sure she can plan her vacation like I can.If she can’t make it, I might have to find someone else to use it (or I could use it some time later within 11 months).Therefore my question:are passes personalized during checkout?Thank you for your help.-A.
HiI have installed Rail Planner App, and added 4 pass number I added some trip which is in future dates but I am not able to activate it.error is “Something went wrong”Please try again, or contact customer service if this keep happening. Regards
I have been trying to book the eurostar for days now. My pass is showing in the app but not on my browser so I cannot book through Interrail, and I don’t have a pass cover number as I have a digital pass. Getting really urgent now so can someone tell me how to get around this?? Thanks
If my friend adds me to his MyTrip on his mobile app to book reservations, can I still activate my interrail pass on my own app?
My friend started booking our train seat reservations today and he added me and my other friend to his MyTrip on the interrail mobile app so we could all sit together since he booked the reservations for all of us.Does this mean that my pass has to be activated on HIS app rather than mine when the time comes??
For example: I have a global pass with 7 travel days. My home country is Switzerland. Does the first journey from Switzerland to France count as 1 travel day? Then 6 travel days would be left and I need the last one to return home? Thanks for helping
Hi!I want to give my stepson 2 Interrail passes for his graduation. With the 50% discount it is possible to give him this ánd a second ticket to take a friend with him. However, when buying the 2 passes, I have to fill in the name and date of birth of both travellers. And that is the point, i don't know whom he wants to travel with. That is up to him. Is it now impossible for me to buy the tickets, as i can't change any of the personal information after purchase? Kind regards!
I have bought four passes for me and my partner and our two kids. We still have not started our trip (first travel day planned 18 June). We will first be traveling together and then split up so that I’ll be traveling on alone and the other three will go on together. I now have the four passes on my device and need to transfer my partner’s and our kids’ passes to my partner’s device. What shall I do?
