Hi,I have a global pass and was thinking of heading up to Finland and then heading to Estonia/Latvia/Lithuania but saw that Eurail is disrupted in this region, although there are buses available.Was wondering if anyone had travelled on the buses and what it was like.Or if anyone has an opinion on best way to move around that region at the moment.Thanks
I have changed my movile phone and now i can’t get my pass because it is active in the oldest phone. So how can i solve this problem? Please it’s very urgent because my trip starts in less than two weeks, so if anyone have this problem and could give me an answers it will be very nice. Thank you so much
Hello everyone,In September I will start my global interrail for 1 month and I have some doubts that after checking similar tickets they have not clarified my doubt. My last travel will be in montpellier and later i will get a train to visit barcelona , then i choose a train from france to spain but i live in malaga,so my doubt is that if i go from montpellier to barcelona and stay 2 days in barcelona and later get a train to malaga, this is considered as 2 inbound journey or like i get a train in barcelona to malaga will be 1 inbound journey. In my Global Pass is possible to add as many journey as I want before the activation of the pass: in case I lost a train during my trip, or a coincidence with another one, what should I do? Is it possible to add another journey and take the trains that are available?
Hi,yesterday we discovered that our dates of birth are wrong on our cards. We want to leave on Saturday (tomorrow), just judging by all the responses, customer service will not respond in time. Is there a possibility to adjust it yourself? Because traveling with wrong data doesn't feel good.-Iduna
I have to travel tomorrow and my app have been showing me a warning saying that i have not connected to internet in 24 hours which it's not true. I uninstalled the app and installed again to see if that works but now i have a problem with the 'reactivation' of my pass. Now a message pop up saying: "There is a problem, the pass' data cannot be load, be sure you have a connection and try again later". Please, i don't know what to do and i have to travel tomorrow. THIS IS VERY URGENT!!!
I’m traveling tomorrow. I made my seat reservations online. I can download and print those tickets and see my seats. I have a mobile pass. The pass is activated on my phone. But it didn’t SEE the trip I had in my web account even though all the account info matches. So I added the trip again manually. But it still doesn’t show my actual ticket that I bought. How can I show the conductor what I need to show them on the train? I can show the paper ticket but that’s not mobile and my pass is. ?? Anyone know how to get the app to SEE what you have bought online?
Hello there!I have a global flexi pass with 7 days of traveling time but I live in Romania so I am relatively pretty far from the rest of Europe. My plan is to go to Spain tho, but I would have zero time in the cities due the the 7 days limit and my question is that if I got on the train in Spain on the way coming back with the intention that I do not stop until Romania would it matter if I pass the day limit? So Maybe I got on the train on the 7th day and the journey back to Romania would take place on the 8th and 9th day. Is that ok or do I have to get back before it expires?
I had to reset my phone, but now I am unable to reload the pass into the app, as it says that the pass is already activated on another device (which isn’t the case). I’ve already set up an case trough the request form. Does anybody, who had to face a similar problem, know another way to solve this problem? Unfortunately it’s a very urgent problem for me, as I want to start my journey by tomorrow. Thanks a lot beforehand Antonia
Hello Recently I have got 7 days in one month Global pass and I've made a plan based on that but I'm Confused whether my plan is suitable for using 7 day tickets or does it exceed? Hi everyone ! I am planning to take the Eurail with friends this summer and it seems not possible to book a train from or to Serbia.Is it included in the pass. And also it seems that it is not possible to go from Croatia to Serbia and from Serbia to Macedonia. Thank you in advance for your help ! Have a good trip this summer ! Pierre.
Hello, I have already purchased the Interrail pass, but for personal reasons I will finally not be able to make the trip I had planned for this August. I have read that I have 11 months from the moment of purchase to activate my Interrail pass, but that it can also be deactivated later. My question is whether I could activate the pass, for example, in November and deactivate it immediately afterwards so that I have 11 more months to go and be able to make my long-awaited trip in the summer of 2023 without my pass expiring and without losing my purchase. Hi, I am traveling around Greece and bought the eurrail. We are trying to go from Milos to Santorini on the 2Oth of July. From Santorini to Mykonos on the 22nd of July, and from Mykonos to Athens on the 24th of July. We are trying to figure out if these lines are possible but the Employees at the ticket offices in Greece told us that we can only travel along the certain domestic routes and that most of our planned trips from island to island were not possible with the eurrail. Is there anyone who can help us out?

I bought a continuous pass during the sale a few weeks ago and am planning on using it next month. However, I have trouble with my account(s).I made reservations on the website, but after activating the mobile pass in the app, I do not see those reservations in the app.I do not see the trip I made on the website in the app, nor do I see the trip I made in the app on the website.It seems like they are two separate accounts even though both are connected to the same pass. Edit: How do you use interrail? The feeling I get now is that where possible you can use the QR code from the pass in the app, but for some trains you need to make reservations, and then you need to use the tickets you get in your mail, and not the QR code in the app. Is this correct?
Hi,I‘m German and during my Interrail trip I want to travel from Vienna to Innsbruck and I‘ve seen now that the only direct train for this journey, for a small bit, passes through Germany but the train actually has no stop there - My question is now am I able to use this train via Interrail without buying an extra ticket or using (wasting) a In/Outbound journey?
Hi:)So I’m leaving for my trip soon, and I need to add my pass to my phone, which doesn't work because I've added it on my computer (didn’t know back then I can only have it on one device). To remove it from my computer, I need to delete my trip. To delete my trip, it tells me I first need to delete travellers from the trip. If I click on edit travellers and want to select the only traveller (myself) to "delete this traveller", I can't select myself because "you can't delete this travellers details" with no explanation as to why or what I could do to change this. I need the pass on my phone so I have the tickets with me on the train.Does anyone know what I need to do? Did I just not get something? And sorry if there’s already an answer to this that I couldn’t find.I’m thankful for any advice!
