I check train time from Salzburg to Mayrhofen and it shows that the line between Jenbach Zillertalbahn to Mayrhofen im Zillertal not in pass network. It confused me since train Re 143 Is a part of train in Austria.  

Hi,I am trying to book a seat reservation for italy from florence to rome and we have a eurail pass, i see the reservation, added it to pay and then it wont go through, says not available anymore check another connection

I purchased a rail pass yesterday but never got the email so I can’t book any seat reservations. I’ve emailled support but they say 2 days before I can expect a response.I’m freaking out because some of the trains I need to book are already showing sold out in some time slots. Is there any way I can contact someone from the company?

Hello everybody!I bought an interrail global pass (4 days in one month) and used already two days with outbound and inbound journey. Is it possible to use the other two days for another trip if I do not start my journey in my country of residence?Is there someone who can help me please!?Julie

Hey there!I traveled from Berlin to Barcelona using two travel days. I started with an swiss over-night train from Berlin to Karlsruhe. From there I took a french TGV to Paris. It was counted as two travel days which I planned with.BUT: Also they counted both of my outbound and inbound travels which doesn’t make sense to me due to the fact, I was traveling non-stop from Berlin to Barcelona.How can I fix it? (As no one of support team seems to be reachable and I want to use my inbound travel soon).Many thanks for any advice!Nina

As a NL resident, I want to go to Luxembourg.  The route transits Belgium. And there's the rub.   The public transport in Luxembourg is free… smart smart smart. Can I use a 1 country pass and have it count for the transit country, Belgium?   Or do I need a global pass?Thanks!

I already booked seat for 2 pax, and i’ve randomly got seat number 8C and 9C. However, i prefer seat in the same row such as 8C and 8D. How can I do?

Hey community…I was wondering if anyone has tried to purchase a Greek Island pass in the past couple days and been unable to? Every time I try to add it to my cart I get a messaging telling me that this pass can’t be added to my cart because its not possible to buy a mobile pass and a paper pass together at the moment. to continue, check out with the passes in my cart first then come back and buy this pass separately. Thing is, I don’t have anything in my cart - yep its empty!! 

I’m currently travelling and been using the eurail app with Mobile pass for the last 2,5 weeks. today my mobile pass suddenly disappeared from the app. My trip was still there but the pass isn’t anymore. I tried to re add the pass, but now it is not connected to my trip anymore. It says I used both my inbound and outbound on the pass, I think because I already put my travel home (tomorrow and Saturday) in the first planned trip.I tried to re install the app, but this didn’t make a difference.What can I do to be able to use my pass and the inbound that I need soon? Hopefully someone knows can help me, because I need to be able to use it by tomorrow morning.best regards, Sanne 

Hi,How do you book the Lake Brienz ferry on the Eurail app?

My student son was traveling today from Freiburg-Bruges and forgot to activate his travel day/ticket on his eurailpass (although he saved it to his planner). Throughout the entire journey, he was never asked to scan his ticket. He missed one of his connections making it impossible to reach Bruges till several hours after midnight so he quickly changed his plans, decided to stay on his current train and spend the night in Amsterdam, continuing his journey tomorrow. When he went to leave the train station in Amsterdam he needed to scan a ticket to depart, but when he went to activate it on his eurailpass, the app wouldn’t allow it since it was after midnight. So he joined a line of people that weren’t scanning their tickets and now he is worried about not only being fined for this (50 + 15 euros) but being required to buy a ticket. He is returning to the train station tomorrow to continue his journey and straighten things out, but what I want to know is will the folks at the train sta

Hi All, I am planning to visit Europe in summer and looking to purchase a Global pass. The problem which I am having is to understand the travel days. The pass which I choose was 5 days in 1 month. My itinerary is given below: I arrive to Rome via international flight on 22nd June Rome to Milan -----25 JuneStay will remain in Milan for 3 nights and will visit Venice in betweenMilan to Venice -----27 JuneVenice to Milan------27JuneMilan to Zurich------28th JuneZurich to Paris-------1st JulyParis to London------4th JulyFlight back to home on 7th July Now if you look at it there are 5 destinations which I am visiting and Venice is the one which I will be covering in 1 day and will be back to Milan. When I enter these details in Eurail planner, it shows me 6 days of travel and recommends 7 days in 1 month pass. I am confused because as per the information about the travel day, you can trave

I ordered two interrail passes - one for me, one for my child - but we do not receive any confirmation mail. According to the order overview and the “invoice” it is paid, but I am still waiting for the email with my pass. The chat bot is also not really helpful. We wanted to travel tomorrow and I have already booked seats. The only notification on the upper part of the order is: components.orderState. Does anybody knows what this means? 

Hi! Im traveling from Canada - Can we use the Global Train pass to travel within the cities? or just to outside towns and other cities?  what pass would I need to take busses and trains within city limits? 

I am trying to do the seaet reservation from OSLO to Myrdal  5 May 6:25.But the web always loading for a long time, then showed “ Price unavailable”. I checked VY, they have seat available. Can I directly book the seat from VY?  I have to keep the pass no activate until I can book the seat?

Hi everyone, sorry if this question has been answered elsewhere, I just couldn’t find it…So, we live in Germany and are planning to get a One Country Pass for France to visit some friends in September. Can we use the pass for the outgoing train from Germany and the inbound train on our way back? I know this is possible with the Global Pass, just not sure about the One Country ones…Thanks in advance!

My friend and I both bought a 2-months Global Pass. We are going to travel together for 45 days, then she will depart to her home country, and I will continue to use the Pass for remaining 15 days.I am going to put both Passes on to my iPhone, as she doesn’t use a mobile device.My question is: Would my Pass still working as normal, after she left? Would I get into any problems, as I have two Passes on my device, but only one person travel, after she left? 

Currently in Amsterdam and about to use my pass for the first time. I noticed at the station you need a ticket to scan at the turnstiles to access the platforms. Is this where I scan the QR for that day in my pass? Also I need to buy a supplement, can I do that on the train??

Hello there. So, I‘vê been using the app with no big issues for the last weeks and suddenly on My Trip it says “not connected to mobile pass”. I’ve updated the app but nothing changed. Can I just try to “add my pass” again, like the the first time or will this be a problem since I already activated it? Thank you! 

I planned to travel on Friday the 21.04.23 from Hamburg 06:34 through Munich to Verona Porta Nuova arriving at 18:58 the same day, using my outbound-journey from Germany.Because of the announced strikes in Germany on friday morning, I plan to go to Munich already on Thursday evening with another train and continue my journey on Friday as planned from Munich when the strike is finished. But this way I would need to use 2 outbound-journeys instead of one.What are my possibilites to ressolve this problem? I assume I can't take the train on Thursday, with my planned ticket for friday, because it will not be activated at that point?        Thank you for your help in advance.
