Hello,I have a question. My boyfriend and I are going to travel to Italy in July. I have a ticket for Italy only and because I live near the Italian border and he has a ticket for more countries because he is from Germany. Is it possible to make seating reservations for both of us even though we have different passes? We want to sit next to each other. His journey begins in Munich and mine in Brenner.Thanks in advance

HelloI want to take the 1 country interrail pass for Italy. I'm located in France. Does the pass include the train from France to Italy or I have to take a different ticket 

Dear All,I am planning to take the EC 151 from Mannheim to Milan on Monday 15th May - now the german Train association EVG has just announced strikes for all german trains from 14th to 17th May. Do you guys Know if ECs are also affected from these strikes? Or is it german trains only?

I booked my trip through global pass. I needed seat reservations for some legs of the trip but not all. I loaded the full trip to the app. I didn’t know it at the time but eurail loaded wrong trains for the seat reservations right trains for others. I’m on the right train but now will miss the other connecting trains I paid for.  I am out of the country traveling with a 7 year old and eurail has NO customer service line. All my connecting trains have less than 15 minute breaks between so I can’t even speak to an agent. What ami supposed to do? I don’t know if I even have seats. I want to be safe in Europe. Not stranded with a 7 year old in Switzerland. Please help! 

I cannot find the limit of the ticket’s cost for the 4 days in month pass. I mean it costs 194euros but how much of the ticket’s cost do i save if i buy it?

I need Help…I am in London and i want to go Italy (Modena) on next week, i saw need do some “stops” in Paris and Milano. In the app it appears that at these stopsI need to go to another station "Transferby public Transport". Will thesetransports be available to everyone onthe train going to the same destinationor can I take an uber or something likethat?

 Seat Reservations….a popular topic.  Have already downloaded the the tickets...have my pass.  Now, I need to make seat reservations for 3 of 5 legs.  Eurail app is not possible to book seats.  Eurail website is useless….in timeout when I try to advance forward on the webpage.  Have high speed internet and 9-10 devices working just fine.  Its not my internet provider its the website.  The cute YouTube video on how to make seat reservations also useless. Any suggestions?  

Hello, we are a family of 5 people ( our children are 19, 16 and 10 ) we already bought our 5 passes.We need to buy another pass for a 9 years old child who will travel with us. Is it possible ? 

If i buy the 6-days interrail pass for greek islands, do i need to use 2 days on italy and 4 on greece, or can i just use all 6 of them hopping in different greek islands? Im wondering bc the ticket info says ”2 international days and 4 domestic days”

Hi:) I’m travelling from Athen to Bari by train and ferry in June. My ferry departs from Patras to Bari and so i searched for train/bus connections from athen to patras. i found out that there is no direct train connections due to constructions, but that i can take a train from athen to kiato and there change into a bus that replaces the train until patras. but i can’t find any sort of timetable for the trains and busses, i looked in the interrail app, the trainose website and the hellenic train websites: they all say that there is no connection available on the selected date. i travel on june 8th but i also tried different dates to verify if there’s a connection at all and it just doesn’ show...is it too early to book the train and the timetables are not up yet? or is there just no connection at all at the moment, or there is but it’s just not on the website yet? i’m really confused snd a bit stressed as i need to book the ferry asap and need to know if i even can travel from athens t

Hello, I have an upcoming trip to Europe and I’m already concerned if purchasing a monhtly Eurailpass was the right choice.I want to start my trip from Madrid to Paris on July 3 using the highspeed train and from there go to Seville, but just trying to book the starting point to Paris seems impossible.Any suggestion will be very welcome.Thanks!

I had saved a train in my trips a few days ago. It had required reservations and I planned on reserving it today. The train no longer appears. Does this mean the train is fully booked? The trips is over a month away still. Thanks for the help!

Hello,In the past I have chosen Facebook for login. I absolutely want to get rid of that and create a normal login with my e-mail-adress and a password. Hello,I get the message that I have to buy a separate ticket because I have already used my in/outbound. I have only used my ticket once in my own country and now I want to travel back from abroad to my own country. This should be possible, but he says it isn't. Did I do something wrong, does anyone know what's going on?

I have a one month continuous pass. If I activate it and start my (outbound) journey on the 1st of September should my final travel day (inbound) be on the 30th September or on 1st October? 

Hi guys, I’m planning my trip in August and I’m quite on a budget 😬. So I’m trying to cut costs wherever I can, including seat reservations. Since both direct trains between Paris-Amsterdam and Prague-Budapest have compulsory seat reservations, I looked for different journeys with no reservations needed. This is the result:Paris-Amsterdam: Paris-Amiens-Lille-Courtrai-Anvers-Amsterdam on TER, InterCity and Regional trains; Prague-Budapest: Prague-Wien-Budapest on RailJet.So, reservations are not compulsory here, but I’d like to know if you suggest them anyway for any of these journeys. I let you know that we are 10… but both the journeys will start pretty soon in the morning (6:00 and 4:45)Thanks in advance.

i bought my pass in january 2023. (7 days in one month). It says i can use my pass within one year. But at the pass the valid date is 18.01.23 to 17.02.23. Is my pass not valid any more? But i just bought it.. What is the problem?

Hi travellers, I have selected today as a travel day with my son and have tried to add my trip from the planner / my trip to the pass, but it doesn‘t work.  I have selected several trains, added connections manually and it still doesn‘t work. Spent hours with this now and I‘m travelling today and also have reserved seats. Tried to ask costumer service, but from the autom.generated mail I see it can take up to 3 days to get an answer :(. Can I still travel and explain to the conducteur? What would you do?
