Hi:) I’m travelling from Athen to Bari by train and ferry in June. My ferry departs from Patras to Bari and so i searched for train/bus connections from athen to patras. i found out that there is no direct train connections due to constructions, but that i can take a train from athen to kiato and there change into a bus that replaces the train until patras. but i can’t find any sort of timetable for the trains and busses, i looked in the interrail app, the trainose website and the hellenic train websites: they all say that there is no connection available on the selected date. i travel on june 8th but i also tried different dates to verify if there’s a connection at all and it just doesn’ show...is it too early to book the train and the timetables are not up yet? or is there just no connection at all at the moment, or there is but it’s just not on the website yet? i’m really confused snd a bit stressed as i need to book the ferry asap and need to know if i even can travel from athens t

Hello, I have an upcoming trip to Europe and I’m already concerned if purchasing a monhtly Eurailpass was the right choice.I want to start my trip from Madrid to Paris on July 3 using the highspeed train and from there go to Seville, but just trying to book the starting point to Paris seems impossible.Any suggestion will be very welcome.Thanks!

I had saved a train in my trips a few days ago. It had required reservations and I planned on reserving it today. The train no longer appears. Does this mean the train is fully booked? The trips is over a month away still. Thanks for the help!

Hello,In the past I have chosen Facebook for login. I absolutely want to get rid of that and create a normal login with my e-mail-adress and a password. Hello,I get the message that I have to buy a separate ticket because I have already used my in/outbound. I have only used my ticket once in my own country and now I want to travel back from abroad to my own country. This should be possible, but he says it isn't. Did I do something wrong, does anyone know what's going on?

I have a one month continuous pass. If I activate it and start my (outbound) journey on the 1st of September should my final travel day (inbound) be on the 30th September or on 1st October? 

Hi guys, I’m planning my trip in August and I’m quite on a budget 😬. So I’m trying to cut costs wherever I can, including seat reservations. Since both direct trains between Paris-Amsterdam and Prague-Budapest have compulsory seat reservations, I looked for different journeys with no reservations needed. This is the result:Paris-Amsterdam: Paris-Amiens-Lille-Courtrai-Anvers-Amsterdam on TER, InterCity and Regional trains; Prague-Budapest: Prague-Wien-Budapest on RailJet.So, reservations are not compulsory here, but I’d like to know if you suggest them anyway for any of these journeys. I let you know that we are 10… but both the journeys will start pretty soon in the morning (6:00 and 4:45)Thanks in advance.

i bought my pass in january 2023. (7 days in one month). It says i can use my pass within one year. But at the pass the valid date is 18.01.23 to 17.02.23. Is my pass not valid any more? But i just bought it.. What is the problem?

Hi travellers, I have selected today as a travel day with my son and have tried to add my trip from the planner / my trip to the pass, but it doesn‘t work.  I have selected several trains, added connections manually and it still doesn‘t work. Spent hours with this now and I‘m travelling today and also have reserved seats. Tried to ask costumer service, but from the autom.generated mail I see it can take up to 3 days to get an answer :(. Can I still travel and explain to the conducteur? What would you do?

Hi All, I have purchased a flexi global pass 15 trips in 2 months pass  and I want to book train travel  from Birmingham to Edinburgh for late September, I'm worried if I book it now will that Activate the card or do I put in future activation date starting the date we arrive  overseas. We don't leave Australia until early September., 2023I have a second question, when we are trying to put in my husbands name as per the passport details, it say it will only accept 15 characters, can we use his first name and just an initial for his second name then his surname? even though the passport has his whole name, will this cause us any problems, when we use the pass? Thank you all again Sharon 

I’m traveling Standard Premier London to Amsterdam in June and booked directly with Eurostar, so I can change the assigned seat.  I have chosen a seat that says “window seat” but came to find out there is no window at all, it is simply not an aisle seat, but no window.  I want to pick a forward facing seat with a window, preferably a single seat format.  But it appears there are very few of those with a window in Coach 1.  I was wondering if there is a website like seat guru for airplanes, that tells which are ok seats on Eurostar and which are really bad seats.

I would like to know whether I have to put all my journey on travel day in the pass. Suppose I want to travel from city A to city B in the morning and in the afternoon I want to travel form city B to city C. Do I have to put these two trips into the pass on my travel day?

I have confirmed with the online platform "Klook"where I buy my ticket from, this ticket should able to use during "Muenchen Hbf - Salzburg Hbf", but after reservation on app that keep saying “it's not valid in some of these countries.” It make me so confuse. I'm Greta, I purchased an Interrail Global Pass Youth Promo on November 27, 2022, the information about its validity at the time of purchase referred to 11 months while now, if I try to activate it on the rail planner app it tells me that I can only activate it by, and no later than, May 1 while there would still be 5 months of usability of the ticket.

Hi,I am late with booking (only decided to go today!) and can’t seem to find tickets to get from Paris to Barcelona (in July) and then Barcelona to Malaga. Can I just turn up at the station and book directly with the ticket office or will that be super expensive? Thanks so much.

I’m planning to travel in Europe soon with my Eurail Global Pass. I am not able to book a ticket for a train using my iPhone, but it worked with a laptop. I’m not going to travel with my laptop, so I really need to figure out how to book tickets online with my iPhone. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Ciao, ho acquistato un global pass di 4 giorni, attivandolo ad Aprile per un viaggo in Spagna ad Agosto.Voglio cambiare viaggio e periodo ma quando vado a simulare il nuovo viaggio (in Dicembre) non mi permette di fare alcuna simulazione, dicendo che il pass non è valido.Perchè?..il pass l’ho già attivato ma ho comprato solo un biglietto della prima tratta.Grazie
