I have bought a eurail global  mobile pass for 7 days in 1 month, for 3 persons. I am just confused about the travel days. Please let me know whether I can use this pass on any 7 days as per my choice within 1 month or the days are consecutive because if the days are consecutive then it does not make any sense to buy the ticket as it will not be possible for a person to travel all days. And my 2nd question is what is the travel day and what time will it start how will i plan my trip with these travel days/ My last query is about this 1 month. is this 1 month signify 30 days from the starting day or it is restricted in that particular month when the travel starts. If a person buys a mobile pass for 7 days in 1 month and he activates his first journey on 26th of april then will the pass lapse on 30th april or it will end in 25th may. 

When i try to book ticket from Paris to nice on May 26th i getting one of the legs of your journey could not be booked in last page . Tried almost all the trains on that day but still getting same issue.

Hello,What is the recommended way to create 4 trips on my Global Mobile pass for the 4 family members who travel together?Do I create an empty trip and then make 3 copies and link each empty trip to a person?After that, do I search for journeys and add each journey to all 4 trips at the same time? So, in this way, I start with 4 empty trips and then keep on adding journeys? Our holiday includes 15 days of train rides over a month.So, do I create one trip and add all the 15 different journeys to the trip?Then, how do I add special reservations like the Glacier Express to the mobile pass?

Die SNCF teilte mir heute mir heute mit, dass der von mir gebuchte Zug am Montag wegen Streiks ausfällt und ich meine Tickets ohne Zusatzkosten umtauschen könne. Ich habe ja allerdings nur eine Sitzplatzreservierung über Interrail gekauft und kann diese auf SNCF nicht stornieren (da ich sie ja auch nicht dort gekauft habe). Hi guys, I am a new Interrail pass user and I am a little confused ahahah I have activated my pass and have a validity date starting in summer. I have added journeys to the ‘my trip’ section of the app. However, I do not understand if I need to add/connect it to my pass (the toggle that turns from grey to orange on the right) at this stage? Or if I just do this the day of/day before the train?I am aware that during peak season you are advised to book reservations for certain trains (separate to the app) but wondered if I don’t add certain journeys to my pass, that this will mean tickets sell/run out too?Also, will seat reservations sell out? As I don’t want to book all of my trains right now but I know roughly which ones I would want to get?! Thank you and happy travels :)

Hello everyone,I'm a first time interrailer and had my first trip (from germany to the uk and back) all planned out when I ran into problems for my trip back due to the announced strikes in great britain.My intended itinerary had me taking a train from Leeds to London on the morning of the 30.3. and then the Eurostar to Paris at 17:31. Since this late train would make getting all the way home quite tight and depending on a lot of connections, so I opted for staying the night in Paris and taking the TGV to Freiburg at 17:25 on the 31.3.I'm travelling with a global pass and have already reserved the Eurostar as well as the TGV.With the now announced strikes I'm unsure how to proceed, as at the moment it looks like there will be a high possibility of no train running on the 30st from Leeds to London (there is no strike timetable yet) so I have no possibility of getting to London in time to get the Eurostar.What possibilities do I have here?I'd rebook to an Eurostar on the 31st, but there

I’m from the Uk and am interrailing for a few weeks and then staying in Sweden for a couple of months. This will take me up to the 90 visa free limit. I’m then going to Bulgaria for a month straight from Sweden. I’ve looked online and it says I don’t need a visa because Bulgaria isn’t part of the Schengen area, but I just wanted to confirm this before booking flights etc. 

This is a chronic issue with Interrail staff. Very simply, I cannot fathom how a travel agency can operate with no telephone number, no way of contacting them, no email address. This is at the fringes of legality. All you can do is write to a chatbot that represents the current highest standard in artificial dumbness.Three days trying to get in touch with someone and instead I have to deal with this annoying piece of dumb software that tells me 750 times a day that I have received a confirmation email and a ticket has been created.Can someone send me a phone number or email address? Can I talk to some real person?

I thought I figured it all out… I am travelling with my Interrail Global Pass (mobile) for the first time. My first journey is from Amsterdam to Frankfurt, with ICE 123. In the Netherlands, I have a NS Flex Dal Vrij subscription, which should allow me to travel for free on the Dutch part of the trajectory. I read everything I could find about this, on this forum and on the NS website. So what I did: I added a trip to my pass, manually added a journey to my trip with the ICE 123, starting at Emmerich(Gr), ending in Frankfurt. I brought my NS card but did not check in in Amsterdam. This is how I understand I should do this.However, the NS personnel on the train made me pay a ticket from Amsterdam to Emmerich(Gr), maintaining that I could only travel on my NS Flex subscription without checking in if I had a ticket from Amsterdam to the border station as well. This cost me 61 Euro (1st class). They did not give me a 50 euro fine.Were they right? If so, how could I do this in the future, wi

We live in the UK. We booked and paid for 2 rail tickets with bike spaces (no they do not fold down) from our home town to Newcastle where the ferry to The Netherlands sails from. Then afterwards we bought a 3 month Eurail pass and realised it INCLUDES one trip to port of leaving your home country and one back from port of re-entry in your home country to our home town. I have been to my local rail station and they say there is no issue with giving me a full refund on these tickets - BUT nobody seems to know how to add our bike spaces (2) onto this Eurail pass! They just look blankly at you as it’s not a UK company! Any tips appreciated - I am going to get the money back as it was £122.60!!! Thanks Community…...
