Venice to Bratislava, how many travel days?

Hello everybody, i’m planning my next interrail and i live in a city close to Venice.My first travel will be Vicenza to Bratislava, using one travel day. But if i add the train to Rail Planner it counts two travel days. Is that correct? Should i really use two travel days, even if it is just a travel from one city to another?

Refund

Hi.I have a 5-day pass; because of a 1 hour train delay, I will miss all of my connecting trains amd will arrive the next day, instead of on the same day. In consequence, I would need an extra travel day, which I don’t have. Am I eligible for a refund for the ticket that I have to buy myself?Thanks in advance

On a train and cant add a pass to a journey - may be thrown off soon

hello I’m on a train now.  I created a trip, activated a travel day but cannot add the pass to the trip.  Please see screenshot with no option to add the pass. I am using an iPhone.  User error?  I saw a mention of deleting the cache but I can’t find a reference to this in the help / FAQ.

Type of pass to buy?

hi, i am travelling from Copenhagen → Stockholm, Stockholm → Kiruna (overnight train), Kiruna → Stockholm (overnight) and then stockholm → Copenhagen. Does this mean 4 travel days? I am unsure of the overnight train, if it counts as a day or 2 days. Also I assume im coming from Copenhagen, I should buy the global pass, so a 4 day global pass? Thanks!

Journey was added to the wrong date and now I can't delete or add anything

Hello, I have a problem with my interrail app. I tried to ad a journey to my home for the 25th of august, (inbound/outbound journey) but out of nowhere it was added to the 18th of august. Now i can't delete it and i can't add new journeys or anything else. can you help me? I feel stuck. Greetings, Siem

Does pass exchange change the end date?

Wrong birth date on youth Pass - expires (?) on saturday

I just bought my interrail Pass for youth People and realized that I indicated my wrong birth month. Because of that the Pass would not be valid from friday onwards (wrong birth date is the 13.8). I already contacted the customer Service, but didn't get any replay. Since it will expire (?) soon, I'm afraid that it can not be changed afterwards and I have to pay the whole Pass again. Additionally I wanted to start my trip next week. Should I just cancel my Pass, pay the 15€ Fee and buy a new one before saturday or what can I do?

Adding a new train on the same day, if i didn't get my already planned train.

Hey, I have a question for the mobile pass. Can I add a train on the mobile pass on the day i want to travel with it, although i have a Ticket with Barcode for this day. To example 2 hours before i get on the train. Hier nochmal auf deutsch: Kann man bei dem mobile pass einen neuen Zug für einen Tag für den man schon so ein Barcode Ticket hat, ein neues Ticket hinzufügen, wenn zum Beispiel mein einer Zug Verspätung hat und ich einen neuen nehmen muss, da es überall heißt das ich diesen Barcode brauche.

My train passes through France, my country of origin. Is that a problem?

Hello, I need help , I live in France and I have a 1-month Global Pass. My first trip and from Paris to Zurich then from Zurich to Buxelles, the Brussels-London train stops at Lille in France, is that a problem because the train passes through France, my country of origin? thanks

Is the unlimted pass good for all trains across Europe?

Hello Friends. I am travelling to Europe this fall with my wife and 4 kids (8, 10, 11, 14). We have plans to visit England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Germany, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Spain. My question is, does the Unlimited pass work on all trains? I know some trains will require a reservation but I want to know if it will work on all trains, or just some. For example, we are spending 10 days in Holland and would like to use the pass to travel around the country between the major cities (Amsterdam, Delft, Utrech, Harlem, De Hagg, etc). Will the unlimited pass work for this?

Changing country of residence

My friend bought an interrail ticket for me but entered my country of origin rather than my country of residence. Now I would like to change it. I already contacted the customer service but they still did not reply, and I already see some of the trains I would like to take getting booked out. However, I read that customer service can only change the country of residence if the pass is not activated yet, so I dont want to book the trains already (as then I would have to pay reservation fees twice).  Is there a way to book trains already, to change country of residence yourself, or to speed up the process?  Happy about any tips!

Hi! I have an interrail mobile pass and have saved my trips on the trip planner app. I have activated the tickets with the grey slide button but somehow the tickets do not show up in my tickets or keep disappearing. Can you help me please?

Deactivating and reactivating a pass on the same device

I activated 6 passes (my family) on my phone but used the confirmation number rather than the passport number in the required box. (Long story, embarrassing I know) We have booked one trip it’s not for another month.  Can I deactivate and then deactivate (on same device) with light affecting my trip? (I’ve paid for reserved seats)Thank you kindly in advance :)

NO ID information in my Interrail pass

I just added the interrail pass to my app and didn’t have to give any identity card information (ID information). This is bad since some people want to check the id in the pass with my id card. What can I do?

One travel day "spent" before even starting?

I have the 10-travel day pass, and will start my trip in September, however when I started planning the trip in the app it says I have already spent one travel day. I put in the rest of my plan but now I have put in 8 travel days and the app says I only have one day left. As I am not starting in my home country I will not need to use a travel day for the outbound journey, but is that day reserved for outbound/inbound or something? I thought I could use my travel days for any trip (as long as I wasn’t travelling around my home country). I can see that the first day of the trip is marked as “Travel day” however, I have to take the bus for my first trip and this bus is not included in the pass, so it’s a manual entry in the app. Should I put the first “train travel day” as the first day of the pass instead? Would I then get in trouble as the bus fair was Interrail-discounted?Has anyone experienced the same thing or know why it’s doing this?

I am unable to track customer service for a refund

Hi, last week I noticed there was a mistake in my pass 20 minutes before the train I needed to take, when asked about this problem their quick solution was for me to buy a pass of equal value. Since then I haven’t heard back about when I will receive my money back, because I do not need 2 passes and need my money back I have been writing without any answer. Is there anywhere I can call since the mails/ customer service request are not stating anything on when I will have my money back? thanks in advance

Mobile pass journey not adding.

I have added the journeys to my pass. The tickets are now showing on the rest of my family's passes but not mine. I've tried doing again but still saying no journeys on my pass even though I'm saving/adding them. Please help if you can!

My Handy broke and I need to transfer my interrail pass

Hey there, so my Phone broke and I cant access my interrail pass anymore. I bought a new Phone and wrote the customer service via the website support chat-bot about my issue and submitted a request, so they would transfer the pass to my new Phone. The Problem is they still havent answered until now an I am going to Amsterdam on the 27th of July and I need the pass transferred until then. Is there any other way to get into contact with the customer service? or other options? Thanks for the helpNici
