How can I take this train? It hasn't seats on the öbb website. Should I just ask at the counter in Istanbul? 

I would like to know what Eurostar trains still have interrail ticket places available.Is there a way to view this information before buying an Interrail ticket? Obviously if there are no spaces for interrail ticket holders on the Eurostart service(s) I require, that will affect my decision to buy an Interrail ticket!Thanks for any reply or comments!Alec

While trying to reserve seat from Paris to Basel eurail website did not show me any seat choice.How do I pick a particular seat for that journey? Hello, I have a trip fully plannend to Zagreb on the 9th and back on the 16th of september. I had booked everything except the reservation for the nightjet. Now i was going to plan and i see that there are no tickets avaible for the reservation for the nightjet. I dont care if its a seat or a sleepingcoupe. I would be happy with everything. But my question is, is there any option that there are coming tickets avaible to reservate? Or can i find it anywere else? Or maybe i just go on the train without the reservation? I checked also the BB site but also no tickets. Is there a person who had also expired this? Please help! 

i updated the DiscoverEu app yesterday and i cannot see few specific information about the trains ever since. it used to provide us with codes or names of the trains but they're all missing right now. i haven't checked the interrail-eurail website yet and i believe the codes are still there but does anyone know what happened to the ones on the app?

How do I deactivate the pass? How can I get my money back.Haven't been able to use it. I see that the train has seats at E26… once I click on it, the fee becomes E48.. and when I proceed to validate and pay… invariably reads “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later or find another connection. This connection will be removed from your cart.” I am so frustrated with EURAIL… waste of money and waste of precious time I want my money back. or a solution that works. Please help.

Dutch residents cannot use the Interrail Benelux Pass to travel in the Netherlands, but what about expats from EU that are living in the Netherlands, does the same limitation applies?

Guten Tag, Ich bin grad ein bisschen verunsichert. Ich habe über Interrail ein Platz im Zug reserviert, in der Rechnung stand jetzt nicht die Hausnumner.Ich hatte die Straße und die Hausnummer getrennt geschrieben.....hoffentlich ist die Nummer auf dem Brief angezeigt und findet den Weg zu mir.Habt ihr da Erfahrung? Ich find einfach kein Weg interrail zu fragen.Danke Gruss Pascal

If i am to cut short my country hopping and just stay in switzerland as the last leg of my journey,  Can i use my remaining 4 travel days  (out of 7 in 1 month global pass) in Switzerland? Instead of buying a Swiss Travel Pass (after seeing how much it cost). Suggestion and inputs much appreciated, thanks!

I have to go from Italy to Belgium, I have to take a night train at 10pm and I have to change the train at 8am and again at 10am of the following day, Is considered 2 days of travel or Just One? 

We make a mistake during our plan and we have to receive on train tickets but we can’t.  in fact the web site told us we didn’t will receive the tickets in time.  What can I do.  Pleaaase 😢

Let’s say my pass started last monday and i have a trip planned for saturday…. Could I cancel it and get the travelling day back to use it another day?

The app is incorrectly showing my final destination as looping back to my first location. It is therefore incorrectly showing total distance in statistics is there a way to show the journey as one way rather than round trip?

I sadly had to change travel plans quite abruptly and submitted a refund request for my pass, it was confirmed and stated to be refunded yet I received no confirmation email?

Hi, I would like to ask you: if I go by night train at 23:56 I won't use the second travel day. But if the train will have a delay for example 20 minutes, so I go at 00:16 but officially it starts at 23:56. So would it be a problem? Shall I use the second travel day?

Hello i have a question. Is there a limit for the number of passes you can buy a year? Could I activate a new pass as soon as the active one ends?

We are currently in France (Cannes) after almost 6 weeks of successful planned Eurail  travelling We are now considering spending some down time in Spain. Is it possible to buy seat reservations  in all French stations for Spain. I can purchase through the Eurail app but says needs to be printed  which I can’t do. We want to buy  tickets from Girona to Malaga on 31/7/23. As always any advice is appreciated

Hello everyone, I’m going on a trip with friends during August and we are encountering some issues with the reservation. We are doing a trip from Paris Nord to Amsterdam Centraal and the Interrail app stats that we need a reservation. However, we can’t find any seats neither on the interrail website nor the b-europe one (there’s even 0 train found). Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem or if we can take the train without reservation (because even with other trains the same day or the day after the reservation is not possible). The second problem we have is that for a trip from Prague to Offenburg. The interrail app stats that a seat reservation is required but on the website it stats that it is not needed. It is a night train, should we do the reservation ?  Thank you very much for your help :)
