Hey! I’ve just bought my global pass for 3 months next year - so excited! As part of my trip I want to get a ferry from Dubrovnik and then island hop around Greece. Is it possible to get a ferry and what pass will I need? Unsure whether to buy the four day Greece pass or whether to just get them when I get there?
Hi. I'm booked to travel from. Vienna to Zürich tomorrow (Tuesday) and have reserved a seat. However I can't travel tomorrow and want to change the booking to Wednesday. Where can I do this? Thanks
Last week I bought two 4-day passes and two 5-day passes for my partner and me.Now I want to make seat reservations on the 4-day passes. But I can’t see what is the 4-day and what the 5-day pass. See picture (our names have been blacked out).
Bonjour,Je cherche un trajet en train ou bus de Narvik à Trondheim pour février 2026 mais l'appli ne propose rien. Quelqu'un a t il un bon plan ?
Hi, my friend and I are thinking of traveling around Europe from mid May until Mid July, the current plan is to stay in hostels and use workaway for accommodations. We'll be moving around every 3-4 days so I'm not entirely sure what our destinations are yet exactly. She has a dual citizenship in UK and Bulgaria, so we didn't think about it until now, but will it be fine to just go without and if not is there a blanket visa I can get because we're thinking to go to about 13-15 places and may use workday multiple times and i don't know what visa's I would need.Thanks.
transfer from arlanda airport to stockolm by trin is included without using a day of the 4 I have in the OCP
Can the pass be used on any of the ferries to cherbourg as the planner won’t allow me to route any way apart from eurostar. I was looking at portsmouth to cherbourg . thanks

Help needed - I'm trying to organise an itinerary for my 19 year old daughter and myself for December 25 Jan 26. With the schedule I’ve currently organised all we will be doing is sitting on a train travelling from town to town. SHe’s here for 3 weeks. What is the ideal amount of travel v’s staying in one town/city. Currently she flies into Frankfurt, then I thought 2 nights in Amsterdam, 3 nights in Munich (we have family here), then 4 nights in Garmisch-Partenkirchen for Christmas. Then Venice for 1 night, Milan for 2 nights, Nice for 1 night, Barcelona for 3 nights, Paris for 3 nights then back to Frankfurt for 1 night as that’s where she will fly out from.Is this too much travelling around? Should I cut one or two places out and concentrate on the other destinations. THis is VERY hard. Open to all suggestions. Thanks
I will be travelling around Germany in December. Frankfurt > Cologne $Euro111Cologne > Nuremberg $Euro159Nuremberg > MunichMunich > Vienna I find that the Eurail pass seems cheaper at 2 pax for USD $500.Whereas the DB train ticket price is as above. Are there any cheaper options out there still?Would also like to check is it a must to do seat reservation?
I am booking a trip from a town in England via London St. Pancras to Nuremberg. I put my departure time as 5 in the morning and it gives me the two legs of the journey with times, but I want more time to cross London and to go through passports etc. I cannot see how I can say I want to leave St. Pancras on a later train.
Hello Interrailers, It seems like the app does not want to show the travel possibilities on the 13th of December, at least for the journey I am planning to take - Copenhagen Central station to Brussels Central station. Is it a glitch or do other people have the same issue? Thanks for the help! 😁Oriane
Hi, I am attempting to activate a digital ticket to travel on a Trenord service. All the advice I have refers to a 14 digit code, although the Trenord App infers 15 digits (in a 5+10 format), but nothing I have on my order corresponds to this. Can anyone help, please. I am due to travel on 28 November, which is the day of another Italian rail strike, and that is another problem I will have to sort out. Kind RegardsMichael
Will there be a Black Friday discount this year?
We have booked a trip from Prague to krakow and for some reason it keeps saying it’s adding a day and the trip taking 29 hours has anyone seen this before? We have removed it and tried it again but doesn’t seem to change we don’t want to be charged for two days on the pass thank you!!
Hi everyone, as I’m starting to plan next years travels I’m wondering about the value of getting a pass vs normal tickets for a teenager under 14.This year I just assumed that it would be worthwhile for my 12 year old son as it was for me, but then looking on the individual train companies, I realized that more often than not, he could have traveled for free, being with a parent, so I came to wonder how this is handled in every European country.Switzerland (my country of residence): kids under 16 can get a Junior Card (30 CHF for one year) and then travel for free if the accompanying parent has a valid ticket (Interrail pass included, at least that’s what a ticket inspector told me) Germany: kids under 14 travel for free with a parent, but have to be registered on the ticket (so as far as I understand not possible with an Interrail Pass). Austria: same as in Germany but the age limit is 15 Italy: seems to differ from region and train type, but for example in Lombardy under 14yo travel
hey everyone, my name is Lars, i am 19 years old, from Belgium and will be travelling with interrail in september 2026. I speak fluent dutch, french and english I have no clue where i wanna go yet, so if you are seeking a travel buddy hit me up on instagram @lars.mussche
Is there a reason why some Polish trains are not yet updated in the app? I am trying to travel between Cracow and Prague on December 15, but no trains show. On the Deutsch Bahn and Oebb websites, there are numerous trains. I have also been able to record trains between Warsaw and Cracow so it’s not that all Polish trains are missing. Any idea when these trains will be added? (And yes, I’ve added the train manually, but I would rather be using an actual ticket not a manual entry.)
I’m trying to go from Amsterdam Centraal (or Zaandam) to Coutances, France. I’m trying book for the day after tomorrow 11/23. I understand seats possibly running out due to how late I’m booking. But no matter how far in advance I check for seat reservations (this photo shows 11/28) every route I check which has Paris to Lison gives me an error code of E0620. Is this the systems way of trying to tell me that they’re out of seats without actually saying it?
Hi, I understand that the pass is the ticket but I do not understand how the pass knows if there is still space on the train. For example, I want to travel from Annecy to Munich. I will have to stop off in Annemasse, Geneva and Zurich. Some of these journeys say "booking recommended". So the booking is not obligatory. But what if I confirm the entire trip, get to Zurich and want to create the ticket for the Zurich - Munich stretch and the app tells me " sorry there is no more space on this train" ? Even on trains that do not require any booking. I guess that if the train is full, the ticket machine or person does not sell you a ticket...? So is that not the same for interrail? Or does the app kind of create a seat for me when I confirm the trip? Even if I have not paid for a seat? I have not taken many trains before 😅
I've log in and planned my trip on my mobile and saved. Now I've log in in my tablet but it doesn't apear there why
Hello everyone.I live in Canada and I need some help here.On 26-OCT I booked a sleeper for two people using my Eurail Global Pass through RailEurope.com. The train I booked is the InterCityNotte number 797 from Trenitalia leaving Milano on 07-JAN at 22h18 and arriving Napoli Centrale next morning at 08h46. My credit card was charged and I received email confirmations from RailEurope and Trenitalia, with my reservation attached to those emails. The problem I am experiencing is that this train disappeared from Trenitalia timetable, as if it wasn’t running any more on January 7th. I haven’t received any email neither from RailEurope nor from Trenitalia to inform me that the train was canceled. I would like to know if it’s “normal” a train that was selling tickets disappear from the timetable or if I have to start to think about another train itinerary to get to Napoli. Thank you in advance Marcelo

Travelling on a 4 day 1st class pass on Thursday 20th November. Ferry arrives at IJmuiden at 9.45. Any recommendations for how to travel to Gent-Dampoort reservation free? There are engineering works between Uitgeest and Santpoort-Noord with a bus replacement service and so I was thinking that we’d start at Santpoort-Noord. NS suggests Santpoort-Noord to Haarlam to Rotterdam Central to Antwerp to Gent. Travel planner suggests Santpoort-Nord to Amsterdam Sloterdijk to Schiphol Airport to Antwerp to Gent DB all include EuroStar which we didn’t want to use. Fortunately we are not in a hurry but would appreciate anyone’s ideas on how best to do this day’s travel. Many thanks
