GenteComprei o passe para 10 dias.A família está no 9° dia utilizando, exceto um dos integrantes que já está no 10 dia de uso, contudo, essa informação está indevida.Como posso resolver essa situação com a interail?Todos iremos precisar do passe para o 10° dia de uso, contudo faltaram para um.

I have received an email from Tentialia that I think is telling me the trip I booked from Monterosso, Italy, has been changed because of rail works. It seems to be unclear and suggests that I can call them to reschedule or ask for a refund.I am staying in Florence until 18/4 and then I was planning on taking an early train to Pisa, spending a few hours there, then continuing to Monterosso for the night. I have not made any reservations for that trip. Then on the next day I have booked a trip from Monterosso to Milan.Does anyone know where the best place for me to get more information on what changes I need to make to my plans? I need to work out whether this trip is still going to be possible, or do I need to make major changes.

How far in advance do I need to make seat reservations from Paris to London.  Trip is in mid-March. 

I used my pass to go to Kew Gardens. At the station I couldn't get out. When I asked for help they said the station has no readers for it and I wouldn't be able to to use this pass to get back to London.  What can I do. Pass is good and I have a ticket. Thanks.

Hello, This devudu from India. I am planning to visit to europe from 12th March to 22nd March 2024. Me and my wife travelling. 12th arriaval at Amsterdam,have some official work at Amstardam from 13-15th and will cover local Netherlands.16th travel to Paris.17th travel to Switzerland (detailed planning yet to be done)22nd return to India. Please guide me which places to cover routes and tips suggestions. I am first time travelling to Europe.Should we take Eurail pass or not.I have seen eurail pass but I think it is very expensive for me. Because for eurail pass is costing around 900 euro for 15 days and charging around 30 euro for each reservations. Since I need to show all travel reservations in the airport, i need to make all reservations prior to departure from india, it will not work out form me.so, kindly advise me which pass should I take and locations hotels etc.Thank you. 

I am anxious that the ticket i buy will exclude me from some routes or trains. For instance the fast trains between capitals.

Hi all,I would really appreciate some help with interrailing over the summer. My partner and I are coming to Sicily in July for a week and then would like to travel home (England) by interrail.I understand we will need to get a ferry to southern Italy, but then I am unable to build the trip on the app. We would like to visit Rome, Florence, Milan, Switzerland, Paris, and then catch the Eurostar to London.Any help would be really appreciated.Thank you.

Hola a todos  Los pass global dicen “Puede utilizar sus 4 días de viaje en cualquier momento dentro de 1 mes de su fecha de inicio. Extiendelas o úsalas una detrás de otro: tú decides”… referente a esto puedo viajar de Madrid a Francia hoy y en una semana de Francia a Italia y así sucesivamente sin que superar el mes ? ó debo viajar consecutivamente es decir hoy viajo de madrid a francia y mañana de Francia a Italia. 

OK  I think of myself as fairly savvy and experienced but I’m trying to rough out a train route for an upcoming trip but, although I know there are trains to Bayreuth, Germany, the destination pops up as not known! In the past I know I booked trains from Frankfurt and Hamburg.  Am I missing something?

Greetings,We ill be visiting Paris for the 2024 Olympics.  I would like to purchase a 6 day travel for one month in one country.  Whenever I select the following, the software switch my selection to Global pass.  Why. Can I not purchase a one country pass for first class without going global.

Hi Trying to look into eSim card for May France trip (15 days). Bought “Eurail Pass 2nd class 6 days within 1 month” I would like to know if I need to have data running to show the following:My 3 Eurail Passes? My Trips for a particular day when I’m on the train? Seat reservations with their QR codes will be downloaded from gmail and stored on my phone (as documents)Plan to use data forscenic site “walking” navigation/metro/tram navigation Rail Planner app to show my tickets or explore train options look up a restaurant/boulangerie/patisserie whatsapp, email checking NO streaming of video or music.Last trip I used about 2 gb and a bit for a 15-day trip but I didn’t have a Eurail Pass though. All the tickets were bought at the machines. I also shared it with my mother via my personal hotspot but since it drained my phone battery, we didn’t do that except long train rides and those with outlets. This May trip, I will have the Eurail Passes.I understand whatever you suggest will be an est

We are planning an interrail vacation this summer together with our daughter. During the period we plan to travel, our daughter will turn 12 years old. When we book tickets, should we buy for 11 years or 12 years? This is a price matter😄

Hello, I will be in the UK in June and would like to return to the Continent -- Belgium or Holland, possibly Spain, rather than France, my home country -- by ferry.Is there a list of ferries that offer an Interrail discount, and how much? My Interrail map shows no ferries to Belgium or Spain.Thank you.

"We want to travel from Barcelona to Paris on May 10th using the high-speed train. We have an Interrail pass, but I don't see any trains operating on that date. That's strange. There is a journey from Avi International, departing at 8:19, but it's not valid for Interrail travel. Any tips on how we can arrive in Paris by late afternoon on that day?"

I'm interested in taking the Night Train Narvik - Stockholm, that runs every Sunday  in February and March, leaving Narvik at 15:11, but I don't see this train in April on Sundays. Does it mean the train doesn't run on Sundays, or the timetable just hasn't been published yet? (there is another train (10:30) with one transfer in Bodo though, so it doesn't look like the timetable hasn't been published)Thank you :)

Hi,I seem to have a question every week!Looking at the next part of my interail journey I was planning on getting 9am train from Budapest to Ljubljana on Thursday 1st August, so I can then continue same day with bus/ train to Bled.l am looking on OBB and the 9am Budapest-Deli train says ticket not available. There is 9.40 from Budapest Keleti so assume I will have to get this one. Is it because of construction work ( as stated for 03.10  train, or might the ticket become available at a later date? Many thanks for any info offered 😊 

we were looking to go from Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas) to Krakow Poland by train. Online we saw like 4 or 5 trains going there, but through the app there is none. what could be the problem?
